I started coming to this gym a couple months ago and the gym is always kept clean and organized at all times. Employees are always helpful, including the manager is always there to help anyone in need. The staff is outstanding! Nothing bad to say and my experience here has been nothing but great!

Ive been a member at Fitness 19 for about 4 years now. One thing is for certain, The staff has always maintained the highest degree of commitment to its members. Whether it be through maintaining safety protocols through COVID, or simply helping you reach your fitness goals; their commitment to their members is obvious and their friendly atmosphere makes me proud to be a member!

My mother and I have been coming to this gym since it was opened, we both trained with the trainers provided at this gym and had great experiences with all of them. The atmosphere is welcoming to everyone and staff members are helpful and friendly. The facility is also very clean and Covid free which is really great.

Love this gym! Nate is a beast!!!! Wont get better training anywhere else!!! Plus Bucked-up for 40 bucks!

Simply because there are barely any COVID-19 guidelines other than wearing a mask. I suggest to have more disinfectant supplies like spray and paper towels to clean the machines/weights after each person uses it, more hand sanitizer checkpoints, doors at the front should be opened for better air quality due to what’s going on, and temperature checks. A few things to think about.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM !!!I do not recommend this gym. When I joined this gym Isaac one of the managers there help me open my account and he told me that I could cancel any time. Well, it has been three weeks calling and sending emails to cancel and they told me i cant cancel that i have to send them a medical reason for me to cancel or pay a $50 dollar fee. I told them that i wanted to pay the $50 dollars and they said i had to resend an email which i already did like 6 times. Plus the gym is super small and always crowded and all the workers are so rude! Join Planet, 24 hours, or other gym, this gym is a scam

I hate how theres no hiding spots hahahaha but theyre all very friendly and professional. I had my mask down a few times and they told me something which is good it was my bad Im still getting used to wearing it at the gym and I sweat a lot from my face. It just shows they care during the pandemic we all have to do our part. Every other machine and the people who come here are all wiping their machines down as they go from one to another so good peeps good vibes all around.....

Good gym for its size but always too crowded and not enough space, sometimes it will be elbow to elbow and hate when people are there taking up the machines not even exercising, just talking with their buddies or on the phone while other people are waiting to use the machine. I feel like the gym staff should moniter the people that are taking up space. If they are not working out on the machines then have them move to allow others to workout. Only went here because they was the only one open during the covid lockdown but since PF is open I canceled my membership here and went back PF which is alot bigger and cleaner than F19.

Great leader ship in communication with all of the staff. They really care about their team in their members. They’re consistently cleaning and checking on people! No gain is left behind!

I like the place. The staff keeps it clean and well supplied with disinfecting wipes. I just hope they go back to their regular schedule and open earlier.

I absolutely love this gym! Staff is extremely friendly and the classes that are offered, are so fun!

Fitness 19 is on top of their game ever since they open back up,the only issue I do have is I think they should keep the restrooms fully stopped at all times

Been a member for about three years. I love it. Very affordable price. Never have problem finding available equipment. I highly recommend signing up.

I feel much better now knowing going to the gym that they are checking everyones temperature.

My husband and I joined about 5 weeks ago. We checked out 3 other gyms before we decided on Fitness 19 in Rialto. Jareds customer service was outstanding and he explained everything about the gym and answered any questions we had. We signed up that same day. I had my last session with my trainer, Jonathan this week and he was so encouraging and informative. Thanks for being patient with this old lady Jonathan!!

Not helpfull. Got the run around. When I decided to maybe cancel was told they couldnt help. Then the number I called told me to go online after asking more personal info. Then told to go to a difficult website that was difficult. I get why everyone is leaving. Pay the extra money and go to a decent gym.

Awesome gym! Easy parking, lots of weights and cardio machines, big classroom... and the staff and trainers are super nice

Worse place ever charging the yearly fee when you are closed due to covid. I explained my mother had died the one month they were open she signed the contract not us. No one knew they take a yearly fee especially when they are closed. Heartless place. Im taking you to small claims court.

I know its no big gym like LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness, but this place is a good gym to workout at. Its affordable and they have enough cardio machines and weights and they also have classes here.

Tried calling for a simple question and they didn’t pick up. Called again just for someone to pick up and hang it up right away. Really rude and has made me choose not to go to this location anymore.

Its an affordable price but it’s dirty and smelly. I wish the employees and managers could clean, dust and disinfect inside. They need to understand how important it is to prevent bacteria specially since it always busy🤧😷

Its a cool small gym for a small neighborhood community, it has all your basic needs for left weights, plenty of treadmills, it does get full with high school kids around 4pm. As long as you have your headphones youll be left alone. Over all its fine for a good workout

If you simply want to do some working out with basic equipment, this is the place. There is nothing wrong with this place. The trainers are very nice. It is simply tiny and very busy during popular hours, which are weekdays after 3 p.m. During the busy hours, it may make you feel as if you are working out at a high school gym. It is crammed with youth. And, like I mentioned, it is designed with basic equipment, such as fundamentals for bench press, curls, cardio, etc., On the good side, I come here when I truly want to focus on working out. This is because it is just you and the weights.

Do they have a play room for kids??

I used to workout here all the time, but moved to lake arrowhead. Staff was always friendly. Had a tricky agreement with childcare membership, and accidentally got over charged. I talked with staff member and they ironed it all out no hassle.Update 1 year later: so it was not ironed out and they kept charging and then had no idea what to do. I ended up paying a $30 stop payment fee because I was tired of money constantly leaving. Now ABC financial is harassing me and Im looking for legal help to get them to stop calling me to collect and working with my bank to try and get my money back since they have falsely continued to pull money.

The gym is ideal for my daughter. Convenient and close to home. All the equipment you need especially for her to workout. The gym has aided her to become stronger for Track & Field and Cheerleading!. The elliptical bikes are always open and the weight machines all most of the time available. Sooner or later thou the gym will need to add more racks

Very clean and organized

Its a solid gym, not much extra, but plenty of treadmills, ellipticals if thats your thing. They have three squat racks, two on platforms which is nice. The only have a couple of bench presses, but none of the equipment is really good for using bands, unless you get creative. I really wish they had some turf for sleds though. They have classes too, but not my thing. Its not too crowded, at least not early in the morning. Ive been a member since they opened and Im happy with it, even if Id like to see some new equipment brought in.

I open my membership on september and cancel it kn octuber i send the email because thats how they want you to do it or by mail. So i send the email and never got a reply and i just check and i been charge every month and today was deducted the monthly payment plus an annual fee they are horroble with cancelations you can do it in person and they are bad checking their inbox and thats not my problem but like always they will not refund my money worse costumer servise

My son was at the rialto location on Sunday with friends he ended up passing out and hitting his face on the ground from low sugar and his friends were some how able to wake him up and buy him a candy and what makes me mad was no one had the common sense to call 911 what if he never woke up he could of died I got there and he was out side and I took him to the hospital they should be watching the people working out instead of being in the back room hanging out thank twice about your kids working out there for there safty.

Okay gym but it feels like something Is always out of order. And it seems like for the employees the place is more of a hang out spot then a job. They huddle around with friends talk for at least a hour. Much of the time no one will be even near the front later in the day.

The gym was modified. expand more the gym. New members must first be trained to use the most of the machines and free weights. at the end stretch 20 minutes. good luck .

Pretty nice for a small gym.

This gym is too small and has too many people. They care more about signing people up and taking your money, than having enough room to accommodate everyone.... But I guess you get what you pay for. As for me I cancelled and go to La Fitness, and I do not have to wait a single second to use a machine I want.

Gym is always clean, staff is very nice. Trainers are awsome, they know what theyre doing. There is plenty of equipment for everyone. I would recommend this gym to anybody.

Bit crowded at times, though they offer a lot of equipment and classes. As well as a room for doing your own thing like weight lifting, dancing n stuff.

Wish the babysitting hours were better I need the sitter when my minders get out at 1245 n the sitter is closed from 12 to 4 the only hours I need it and I pay for the service that I cant even use

The gym is nice and clean. Its not the biggest gym around but I like it there. The staff has always been friendly.

This gym should consider a policy where people should be 18 years old to join. Too many little kids and high school students who dont know what they are doing. They sit on the machines for a long time and do nothing but text on their phones and do little exercises. Constantly have to wait to use any of the weights or treadmill machines.

Good gym but dumb kids just taking up the machines and weights. Alot of people dont wipe down the benches after use, pretty disgusting. Finally, they should have a gym rule, Either Lift, Move for someone who will Lift or Go Home!

Very clean and calm. Not too loud and everyone is in there own place.

The gym is ok. I mean people only pay $5-15 for the membership. This location is cool, because its bigger than the Fontana gym. The employees are always doing their own thing. Not professional at all.

The gym is pretty small but, its very clean and the staff is very helpful.

The gym itself was fit for the ”price”, the only problem I have is that I cancelled because I couldn’t pay anymore. Besides the fact they charge you “first and last month” at the beginning and end up charging another month when you cancel that appenrently the “first and last month” didn’t cover. They charged me yet another month and some fees. So my advice go to LA Fitness or 24 hour because you’ll end up paying the same anyways.

Really bad service!!! they tell you topay one omount and once they have your credit card info they over charge you and they joust take it away with a sorry for the mistake its not the first time that happens!!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!

Love going to that Gym. Its clean, staff is friendly, good atmosphere and complete for a good training.

Need hours to be longer on weekends other then that its great.

Its tiny, good amount of cardio machines and employees arent friendly. However ive never had a problem. I like 24 hour fitness a lot better. But hey you get what you pay for. I just come for the tredmill.

I believe you should have security for our cars!!!!!!!!!!!!! you make plenty of $$$$ from us..to many break ins... nobody cares or does anything about it.When I noticed a suspicious person by my car (already several cars broken into) I went up to tell an employee and they did nothing!! so I had to leave .How can I workout comfortably when NO ONE cares about my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or any others!

THIS PLACE IS VERY DISHONEST!This place charged my dad over 300 dollars for 3 visits! My dad was told he would only pay 17 dollars per month. When the first bill came it was over 80 dollars and my mom received messages that if she didnt pay it would go to collections the next day. My dad hurry and pay the bill and complained about it since he never gave any information about my step mom. He wanted to cancel so they offered him a deal of just 7 dollars per month with all the gym benefits due to this mistake. Next thing another 80+ dollar charge to the bank. He went there to cancel his gym subscription and was charged 15 dollars, this was cancelled 3 times costing my dad over 300 dollars, a horrible experience and a big disappointemnt.
