I cannot thank the team at Medrano Oil Change enough for their help today! I was traveling back to Dallas from Odessa when an alert popped up on my dashboard for something that needed to be looked at right away. They went above and beyond to help fix my problem and also educated me on why it happened and what the solution would be. I was welcomed with such a friendly experience and was able to make it back home safely. I highly recommend everyone make a stop here for their vehicle needs!

Best oil change and car wash in the City of Big Spring. Every single person there is friendly and kind. Every one pays attention to each and every detail of their job. I have been to many places for an inspection and most of them bad. Medranos however was not like that at all. The people inside were very polite and FAST. I waited a total of 5 minutes with three people ahead of me even.I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

These folks love their veterans, dropped by for a quick oil change and a new air filter, and received the best service Ive ever had. They vacuumed my car changed the oil and air filter in less than 15 minutes and I got a great price and good conversation. Would recommend this place above all others.

On Tuesday, July 23, I was traveling from Midland to Austin Texas, with a trailer full of outdoor furniture grills etc. I stopped in Garden City to make sure my trailer was still secured. Only to find that stuff had adjusted itself and become mobile in my trailer causing issues. So I started to try and Secure some things down. I look up and coming towards me is a group of guys on motorcycles. All of a sudden they pull off into the gas station where I was, and before I knew it they were all trying to help me put my trailer back together so my things would not blow out or damage other furniture in the trailer. These guys were exceptionally kind generous and took time out of their night at 11:30 PM on their way back to Big Springs, to stop and help!Steller group of guys.I’m very greatful for their kindness and thoughtfulness to stop ans help.Thank you very much.
