1st time at Planet Fitness and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. This is a value gym membership but it doesnt feel like it. Staff was great and answered all my questions. I found the gym to be engaging and made me excited to start getting in shape again. The Black Card amenities make the difference. The place is very clean and this location wasnt too busy on a Saturday! I would have given 5 stars but out of nearly 3 dozen different Gatorade flavors there were no Gatorade Zeros (or some sf non energy option)! For us diabetics this would be huge. Please please stock some or allow guests to keep theirs in your fridge while they work out. All around great experience. Highly rec!

Low prices,,clean, good place to get into shape without the pressure of buying a fitness coach, and the staff is 90% of the time nice (everyone has an off day, so dont hold the 10% against them). The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 is they dont have a sauna or steam room. On the plus side they do have massage chairs.

For $10 a month this is excellent value if youre looking for somewhere to get in shape. When I was there the staff were friendly and the other patrons were being courteous with their COVID cleaning. There are plenty of added options if youre looking for something a little more advanced. So far I would highly recommend.

I noticed on, on my bank statements this company was charging me without my consent. In March I called this location to tell them you are taking money without my consent can you please stop and refund me. The person I spoke to said send us and email in writing for cancelation. Then management will take care of it and they will respond to your email. I Said ok perfect three months later I was still being charged no one responded to my email. On Monday I went in person spoke to josh the supervisor was trying to help me he still said I have to talk to my manager diana and Leticia these are the same managers post to canceled my membership since the pandemic they were not open so I signed up with LA FITNESS. In February started a new membership elsewhere. I dont understand how they can fraud customers and not respond to customers with questions and concerns. I reached out to their corporate office they are a joke they have no say so they have to refer me back to my local club. By sending them and email to respond to customers its been 7 days no one reached out the SCAMS IS REAL

Covid precautions in place. Not too crowded. I how they recommend that you get the app if you are using this gym it has a crowd meter on it that way you can look on the crowd meter and judge whether you want to go out of particular time or not

Easy enrollment. Except for my down payment want really 1$ like they advertise. Which is false misrepresentation. But I still joined

Lots of workout equipment sanitizing station readily available staff was very helpful

I’ve been going to this gym for almost a year now. Positive things include $10 a month, good not old equipment and 24/7 with exception of some holiday closures. Dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs but for those beginning weight lifting it’s good enough. There are only Smith machines for bench press or dead lifts. Again for $10 a month it’s not a deal breaker. Plenty of treadmills for those who are more focused on the cardio side. Also bathrooms are clean and I haven’t used the shower so I can’t comment on that. Only bad thing is there are members who don’t wipe down their bench or equipment after use. So always wipe before using the equipment to be on the safe side.

Planet fitness is a great place to workout with the Covid restrictions. There is social distancing, cleaning products to wipe down the equipment, and hand sanitizer all over. Everyone is wearing a mask.I feel safe to workout and happy that I can keep up with my health and fitness!!!

Great club unfortunately they dont enforce the 30 minutes express workout policy and people not using the circuit can come in and interrupt your workout.

Never crowed good place to workout but they never answer their phone. And charged me without notifying me the gym reopened.

All is great and nice being back in the Gym. 5 stars when no masks required

Great place to workout. Facility is clean (although some customers may forget to throw their water bottles and other trash away from time to time) and the staff are very nice. Smaller than many big name clubs and that gives it a homey-feel and thus not intimidating. Classes, create your own workout, new machines, tanning, body enhancement machine (love it after my workout!), massage and hydrotherapy chairs as well!

Good gym with lots of cardio and weight machines. I appreciate the air conditioning being on for our workout.

Got me back in shape

Alot of people dog this gym franchise since its geared towards casuals. That doesnt bother me and it gives the place a more laid back atmosphere. The equipment is in good shape and usually very clean. Same with the facilities. Also people tend to leave you alone and keep their options to themselves.

Planet fitness have great facilities including this location. Get in, sweat, feel the burn wash up stay healthy! Only complaint is the people who walk out of the shower through locker area with no clothes. No shame...

I’m get there

Not a lot of bells and whistles but if your looking for a place to train for a bargain price there is nowhere else you need to look. Some massage chairs and tanning booths but Ive never used them so not sure how it goes but overall a good place to get your sweat on.

I am very happy with Planet Fitness. It is very inexpensive, yet they have all the equipment I need. The only problem is at least half the people sit on their phones taking up equipment that could be used. I keep my routine down to a time schedule. There is only one sign up and it says for the consideration of others please talk on your phones in the lobby. So I guess this means its alright to text about 50 of your friends in between their sets. The staff seems to ignore this rule. If these people spend as much time working out as on their phones they would have killer bodies. Dont chat on my time.

Always clean! It gets packed at certain times but if you go past 10, its not as crowded and most machines are available.

Really should have the mens lockers and womens lockers not on the same side. Pretty sure I wasnt the first person to walk into the other genders changing room. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Things happen.

Gym is clean and huge space as well as equipment. The staff is highly motivated and friendly. Great environment to exercise.

Just joined a few weeks ago, best decision ever!! Marisol (staff) is very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of workout machines available with no time limits. They keep all their equipment very clean!! I would highly recommend getting the black card for the extra benefits and unlimited guest privileges.

THE work out was great need new tread mill machines. Please make a noise while putting incline up.

There is plenty of equipment that I like to use. Free trainer (have not used this service yet). Went on a sat morning and it was not crowded.

Nice gym, clean, and good size. I got my workout done and left. People generally just workout move onto the next equipment and mind their business. It’s not ghetto so that’s a plus! Enjoy!

This facility is brand new and very clean. Staff is helpful and nice but pretty much stay out of your way and let you do your thing. There are lots of members that use the provided wipe downs and cleaners for the machines after use which is really nice. I have yet to wait for a machine, even during peak hours.

My friend & I tried the 1 day pass to see if we liked it & we are going over prices and defenitly coming back ! Marisol helped us and explained everything very well.. she helped me over the phone & when I came in she was so helpful and nice! I can’t wait to sign up for my black card membership

Planet Fitness is very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful to me.Some of the people that go there will make inappropriate comments. While showering I have had other people open my shower curtain, peek through the sides of the shower curtain and watch me shower. I have caught them. When I asked them what they were doing, they responded I didnt know you were in there. Other than some of the stalkers that go there, Planet Fitness is very nice.

Very neat and nice has all the equipment you need also very organized.The management is very nice you can get a great workout here.

Yay its open

I was walking in to sign up for membership and was asked to wait to be helped. I waited patiently, and asked to use the restroom. I was told that restrooms are for members only. I was 10 minutes away from becoming a member of planet fitness, I changed my mind because of the lack of customer care.

Ì visited early in the morning. Nice friendly staff. Large variety of equipments available and the staff is always wiping them down.

The staff here was terrible the 3 females at the counter had no customer service when we spoke to them they ignored us then said sign in and sit and they would help while they were just standing there giggling and talking amongst each other. I was interested in becoming a member but felt instantly uncomfortable from the disrespect of these 3 employees. Sorry planet fitness but your rialto location is bad.

Love this place! New and clean and all friendly staff. Love the tootsie roles too ! The massage beds are my favorite best gym!

They give you free Dominos Pizza and have lunk or link alarms that tell your overusing a exercise machine its really great there

Gym is practically empty after 11pm, and empty during the weekend when I went. Speaking with the front counter associate he said its normal to be empty on weekends. I went around 2pm on a Saturday and there were 10 people in he gym. Facility is clean, but dont expect sweaty people to wipe off the bench when theyre done with it.

Nice place just recently opened very clean, new equipment, staff friendly(at least the ones I have interacted with).

The new gym is nice for the most part. It is kept clean and the night staff is very helpful. I am upset that they do not have free barbells for deadlifts or bench press. There is a lot of cardio machines but it lacks in free space and weight lifting materials. It would be nice if there was more room to do push-ups and sit-ups. If you have a black membership you can use the massage beds and chairs, if they are working. Whenever I go, at least one of the three beds is not working. I decided to take a guest for the first time and was unaware that they needed their ID with them. A girl named Marisol at the counter was very rude about it and made sure to tell me that she will be putting a message on my account In case I try to do that again. The staff is very nice most of the time with her being the exception. She doesnt just make you aware of the rules but is very rude and stern about enforcing it. She doesnt know much about customer service. Overall an okay gym if you like a lot of cardio and need a cheap gym membership, just know that you get what you pay for.

I got all my personal belongings taken from my locker, I was told I can use the locker however I must provide my own lock, I spent 15 on a locker combo, and a while later I came back to claim my things. The employee at the front desk said the lockers are only meant for one day use; however, I was not notified with that knowledge when I first got my membership. I ended up losing my backpack, a green towel water bottle, 3 new shampoos, a scrubber, sandels and soap. Not to mention lock got broke. They dont even hold the things for you. Im paying the same price like i did with 24 hr fitness. Im switching back to 24 hour where their employees have better customer service and better trained.

This planet fitness is my new fave. I used to go to the one in Fontana but this one is closer and close to the growing side of rialto. Close to many restaurants. New machines, TBE machine, and also the only PF that ive visited with the 360°area. Highly recommended with the black card membership
