Over all a good place to come if you come early in the morning its clean etc..my only compliant is if youre paying $400 those spray bottles of Disinfectant at ever work out station NEEDS TO BE FILLED OR REPLACED. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DO THE EMPLOYEES JOB IN DOING THAT....(UPDATE)They seem to be getting there s**T together. Hopefully it gets better

I arrived at 5:20am for my workout. Parked on the second parking space of the the third lane. When ten minutes in some one broke my window opened my trunk and stole my purse. Please be careful and watch your surroundings. Don’t bring any cash or valuables. As you can see windows are not a barrier for thief’s. I am saddened and heart broken in my faith in people.

I was not impressed with the 3 day pass. I am not a 24 hour fitness member but I have family that have joined and love it. While visiting, they wanted to work out and show us how 24 hour is better then planet fitness. Once there we were denied entry since we were not local. Not only was I standing there embarrassed, but when I looked further on the 24hour website it said that we could go to any 24hour fitness. I don’t understand where this requirement came from but I don’t understand why you would have a 3 day pass to use where you have to type in everything including your birthday only to be denied because I wasn’t “local” where the only verification is my IF which might not have my updated address! Besides fixing the website I would highly recommend at least making that a requirement that you have to put a zip code if it’s actually a requirement to be “local” as a gate to deny the pass BEFORE sending it to them and sending fase expectations.

Gym was clean, hot sauna could have been a bit hotter, but overall nice place if u go after 6 be prepared to possibly share machines

So I updated my easy pay due to my card expiring this month, made sure all my updated info was done at the counter. I wanted a protein shake today and they told me a nonsensical answer that made my updated information and updating card seem irrelevant. Im getting tired of doing this and hearing anything similar especially after now taking the initiative

This gym is very unprofessional. The staff is lazy. Weights are scattered EVERYWHERE. People are rude and dont wipe down their equipment after use. I really can go on and on.

There’s no crowd it’s quiet I’ve been coming every day in the am the pools open not the sauna or steam room friendly staff

Personnal training dont go if you want your monies worth. Beyond the trainers that you randomly catch not training and looking around as the suppose to be client is doing the train workout. This just shows how not well connect trainers at the rialto 24hrs gym can be. Not to mention when you pay for service too often the trainers for what is called BURN a SERVICE if you dont show up. In my experience nothing was scheduled to burn and only after now a year thinking I had sessions Im being told i have 1 of 4 left. When I paid for 4 with the Agreement that it would be 6 for $250 paid upfront. So would I recommend this gym for services paid as such no i WOULD NOT. The gym itself is okay minus the cycling teacher that failed to show up on Saturday @1030am class or the Thursday 6pm class giving no notice at all. Total waste of time and self dedication one want to place when the other party failed to comply. 😶

One of my favorite 24 Fitness clubs. Clean and well maintained.

Very clean and maintained. I can usually find the equipment needed in its rightful place due to employees cleaning up and re racking weights when reminded. I love kids club! And so do my kiddos! All the activities that my kids are able to participate in and have their pictures taken (not obligatory). KC employees are extremely nice and remember kids names, greeting them even outside of KC. GO KC!I would really like for the equipment in the studio to be available though but maybe due to cleanliness and order it isn’t.

This is a high volume gym. May be due to the new years crowd and its the newest location in the area that attracts more people. Peak traffic hours makes it hard to get a good workout of any type. Grabbing a hi-lo pulley is almost impossible at times. Gym rats stay away!

Not trying to put anyone’s name out there but I’ve walked in the gym a few times without a mask and it’s never been a problem. Literally you need a mask just to walk in. Once inside you can take it off. Today my sister forgot her mask so I gave her mine. I was not allowed to work out. Since opening day I was allowed in without a mask. Today, the one who checked my phone allowed me to walk in but some dude at the computer told me I couldn’t. I was already by the cardio machines before he told me I couldn’t go in.

A certain negative comment made by a head trainer about a gym member’s body, has made me uncomfortable there. I’m canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. No point in working out in a place where even the trainers judge you.

Great clean gym. I love the staff here. The people at the desk are very friendly. My personal trainer Ken is awesome. If your going to do personal training I would recommend him. This 24 hour fitness Is alot nicer than the other ones in the area.

Very nice clean gym. The turf is a great feature, including the free space and extra lifting racks. The different treadmill options are the best. The front staff is friendly and attentive. I wish there were more like this one.

This gym is great aside from not having a basketball court. I do have a major complaint to the management, there’s a number of “bikers” that are choosing to park on your sidewalk instead of respective parking spaces. One nearly ran me over just now on the way back to my car as he drove to seek his fav position on your sidewalk.Besides from the safety issue with folks like me walking in and out of the gym and even people walking to the movie theatre 🎭 the side walk outside the gym is now getting caked with motor oil spots. Not a good look. Please stop this

The sales personnel are extremely disrespectful and deceitful. They signed me up for a 5 week training program with one free, if I felt satisfied I could have signed up for the next 5 weeks but after just one session they charged me for the next 5 sessions and I had to speak with Jorge and Vin about the unauthorized charge (with no refund). I would not recommend doing any of their extremely overpriced, average, programs with their so called personal trainers as you can get a better workout anywhere else. My one workout felt like I was pestering the guy, because he told the girls he was speaking with at the time to just wait for him while he helped me with my workout (that I paid for and was scheduled for). I ended up starting without him anyway. It was so pathetic that I did not even want to use the next workout sessions. It seems like unless youre a pretty girl dressed in skin tight leggings with full face of makeup, they wont even acknowledge you. HANDS DOWN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE. There are other gyms that will take the time with you and make it much more personal for your training needs. Beware of this place and their shady deals .

It’s a good size gym compact with new equipment obviously. Parking lot is huge the staff is friendly. Very nice looking view of the mountains location is pretty great right off the 210 free way . Honestly thought it would be more busy but I was in from 12-2 so 🤷🏽‍♂️

This is a very rude gym! Trying this specific new 24 Hour Fitness gym, after years of general membership with 24 Hour Fitness, when checking in with finger ID, you’re told rudely that you can’t come in because this is a Super Sports gym only. There is no sign outside or anywhere inside that is noticeably visible to tell people that this is a restricted gym.

I love 24 hour fitness, been a member since 2011. I love to take there groupx classes. The instructors are the best!! 💪🏻

Lots of shiny new equipment (turf, rope machines, that jungle bar looking thing for stretching, cycling room, pool, etc). Compact, clean, love the layout overall, even when busy doesnt feel too overcrowded. Wish they had towels like the one on Slover tho lol I dig it overall.

Nice gym only downside is they need more squat racks I have to do leg day at the SB 24

The best part is the restroom - which is always cleaned and kept tidy. Kuddos to the Janitors..Thnx a lot. ( I have seen the worst at fitness 19 and LA fitness, even other 24 hr fitness)Lot of equipments to hop on, new ones, and to exerciseTrainers - awesome..Staff are always welcoming.

This gym should be available for active or sport club members, this is an extremely small gym to be considered a super sport!, I’m so disappointed with the direction 24hr fitness is taking on charging more for a small size gym. I would always rave about how 24hr fitness was the best gym in the world, today that opinion changed!!! 👎🏻👎🏻I was convincing my cousin to move from LA to this gym she went with me after she signed as a visitor they kicked her out cause she is with LA wich is so disrespectful and disappointing to the new people right away from the first day. In addition they change a $20 fee for a visit which is they didn’t mention in the beginning that is why we left at the moment.

I went here its a good place everything new but as far as customer satisfaction not so great with me as others got. So it appears once u sign up they dont really care about the customer anymore. Before signing up i explain that im getting surgery done in the next couple of days. They told me i can sign up for 10 dollars to lock in the price and freeze my account so i wouldnt get charged until im ready to go back. So thats what i did and sure enough i get charge 3 weeks after my surgery. I mean come on u guys but whatever it is what is is i just cancelled my membership i not even asking for a refund it was total customer unsatisfactory for me.

Disappointing soft Opening! No swag just sales pitches! This gym is full of shiney new equipment and the interactive GX rooms are pretty neat, but its not worth was 24 expects people to pay. The staff was plastic like always! The salesman (not even fronting about being a trainer at least!) explained that even though this gym is across the street from my home, and Ive not only lived with all the construction and trucks tearing up my streets Im a member for 13 years... Id still have to pay quadruple for admission to this gym.24 Hour is shutting out established members and Rialto residents alike. Its a very disappointing business model, but Planet Fitness and LA Fitness have some good deals right now! As a consumer I highly recommend shopping gyms in the area before signing on the dotted line because I guarantee you! Those friendly salespeople arent so nice when you cancel your $50 monthly membership.

The only thing that would make this even as close to a sport is having the basketball court and racquet ball. It seems like 24 Hour fitness as a corporate has sacrificed some amenities that most 24 Hour sports gym would have. To have a nice squat rack/platform over basketball, hard to say. I’d rather have the nice squat rack/platform though! The staff keeps the facility clean and organized. Sadly the sauna is already dirty because people can’t read the sign. 😩 this is probably the same size as the San Bernardino... crowds seems to be fine around 5AM and 4pm-6pm. I can’t really speak much around other times of the day.

There is absolutely nothing super about this gym. Dont understand why there isnt a sign that says supersport under 24hr fitness logo. Maybe it really isnt one but are charging as if it was???? only good thing about this gym is that it is new. Pool size is the same size as the one off Summit in fontana. There are no basketball courts or racquetball courts! It just doesnt make sense. All super sport 24s should at least try to emulate the one in Ontario off Archibald. That is what i was expecting when they were under construction. Very disappointed.

No toilet paper in the stalls. I informed the employees in the greeting area so they could take care of the man in the handicap stall. Regardless there is no reason this as it was 5pm and 15 minutes after the team clean.

THE SHOWER WATER WAS COLD, WHICH MIGHT BE JUST ABOVE THE BODY TEMPERATURE, AND ITS PRESSURE WAS LOW... I SHALL NEVER CAME TO THIS LOCATION...

This gym is is ok but bad customer service when I was working out on the bench the sun kept blinding me so I ask can you put down the curtains at first they said yeah then they change their mind and said no I been a member over 10 years this gym has the worst customer service so I had to keep working out with the sun blinding me that’s a safety hazards

I signed up i went to go freeze my account to stop payments for 2 months because i going on a business trip out of US and i still get charge dont care for customer as much as i thought.

New gym. Very clean. Like any other 24 hour, the music is very low and not gym related.

No basketball court, only 1 pool, its really more of a sport not a super sport
