Dan was/is the best auto insurance agent I’ve ever had. I was looking for a local auto insurance quote and I couldn’t ask for anything better!!!

The staff is very nice. The rates are very reasonable. At times can be a little tough to get ahold of them, but all in all I am very pleased with them.

Farm Bureau is always so helpful! The people are friendly and great to work with. Casey has always been so great to help and is so on the ball. We would highly recommend Farm Bureau because of her!

A few things are annoying about them. Such as how their frobt desk people are not able to fully help you. You have to speak with the agent. And that they are not able to inform you how how changes to you policy will affect your premium/payments. When other insirance companies are able to let you know how changes will affect your premium/payments and the front desk people are able to help you just as much or almost as much as the agent.

The people at Farm Bureau are very nice and helpful, always with my vehicle coverage.

They are real nice and helpful until you need to make a legitimate claim. I do not feel like they took care of us when we needed them the most. We had to fight them to get help and in the end they found a way to cover half the damage that was done.
