My agent Ellie did an above and beyond helping my husband get set up with our insurance needs.We were pretty new to some of the insurance we would be getting and she was very patient in answering my questions and helping us to get us the best deal possible. When talking to friends who pay the same types of insurance we do, we found that we were saving so much but had the same coverage.Even through they are in Idaho, they were able to work with us via email and phone. We live in Utah BTW.Looking forward to continuing to work with them!

We had Black Bell Homeowners insurance through Kemper and I called during a windstorm and we decided that the roof damage wasn’t worth making an insurance claim but fixing it ourselves. Because of that conversation they sent us a letter saying they won’t renew our home owners insurance because some granules are missing from our roof - GRANULES, not even significant damage. Glad to know you can’t even ask a question without them deciding you’re not worth covering anymore. We’ll be taking our home and car insurance over to Page Insurance in Idaho Falls and save ourselves some money and headaches. 10/10 would NEVER recommend working with Kemper or Black Bell.

Nick is a great agent. But he is never there any more. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They changed my familys plan without consulting us. We went from a 200 deductible to a 6000 with no notification. Simply unprofessional.

Misleading $40 a month sign is actually for them to set you up on the subsidized Obamacare if you qualify for the credit. Not helpfull. They have a short term thing that will let you wave BYUIs requirement, but will not cover anything.
