I switched to State farm because of Austin’s professionalism and character. Austin really cared about what was the best move for me in the long run. They have out standing customer service and focus on breaking down, detail to detail on what they have to offer. As far as what I am paying now. With the help of Austin’s service, State Farm Insurance is helping me save more. I highly recommend State Farm’s insurance, specifically “MARK HANCOCC-STATE FARM INSURANCE AGENT”!

This is a really great spot and team of agents- they’re friendly and seek to give the best customer experience. I had some concerns about Renters and Homeowners insurance, so I needed some guidance- their website was easy to follow and Hillary was a huge help in answering a lot of my questions about these and other kinds of insurance offered as well. Definitely recommend!

This review isnt just for this firm but for Statefarm as a whole.My only issue is with there road side assistance. I think it needs to be fixed as its pretty horrible. I tried using it once and it was more frustrating then useful/helpful.

Ive been with Mark Hancock State Farm for a year now and have loved working with them. I somehow never actually met Mark, but his employees are awesome. They were always so personable and friendly! On the rare occasion something went wrong, they always owned up to it and made sure to get it fixed right away. Theyll try to sell you on every possible type of policy that they can but if youre not interested, theyll respect that and leave you alone. Im super sad to be leaving them (because Im moving to Arizona) but Ive appreciated the time theyve spent to know my wife and I and for the care they put into our lives. Five Stars, Would Recommend!

Ive been with Mark for almost a year and every person Ive spoken to at his office has always been incredibly helpful and kind. From giving me insurance quotes and updating my policy to helping me get into my locked car, theyve been quick and efficient. I absolutely love having insurance with them and plan on staying with Mark as long as possible.

State farm is absolutely the best! Adam helped me get into a policy that was perfect for my budget. He hooked me up with a ton of discounts, and I mean a ton, like discounts I didnt even knew existed like the fact that Im a student- discount!! And a ton more. If you need insurance go talk to Adam, he knows his stuff!!!

So not only did I work there for a little over a year, but I also had my insurance with Mark after I moved onto another career. Mark is a hard working agent and pays very close attention to detail. He certainly dislikes when things are left undone. Aside from taking care of my policies, he was a great leader too, and I learned first hand how much he deeply cared about forming a reputable and ethical brand. He puts his family first, but his work family comes close second. Being part of his cliental is pretty much being part of his family, and he takes everything you say seriously, (unless youre just there to shoot the breeze with him, which in that case he is also proficient at friendly conversation). Mark requires a very high standard of personal work ethic and skill in order to work for him. He pays his employees well, and in turn they do phenomenal work. If you drive by his office late on a holiday evening after business hours and see the lights on, its most likely Mark improving his office, or one of his loyal team members working late with a customer, going above and beyond to improve the quality of life for others. All in all, State Farm is fantastic company, but truthfully you dont get State Farm for the quality of the product (although it is a premium company), you get in with State Farm to protect you and your family because the agent there has your back, and Mr. Hancock does just that without question. Give them a shot, you will be thrilled with the service and care they provide.

Awesome service. The guys there were extremely accomodating (Adam Cannon & Mark Hancock) and found us better deals for less. Adam was very down to earth and explained what we were getting ourselves into so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Very happy with State Farm.

In my experience they’re unwilling to admit to making a mistake nor take measures to correct it- which is not a quality I want involved when I need competent insurance representation.Sadly, the worst experience I’ve had with a State Farm representative in many years of doing business with the company. Deceitful and lazy day-to-day business practices that permeate the entire culture of this office from Mark to his associates.

My family has been with State Farm for a couple generations, and I finally started my own policy, Jon and Mark were awesome and helped me get affordable insurance and were very fast and professional, but most importantly, they treated me like family!
