They are reliable and I am satisfied with their service. My car broke down and initially I asked Progreesive to find a towing company for me since I had roadside assistance coverage. I waited 5 hours and nobody showed up, and finally I gave up and searched for towing service myself. Jonnys towing arrived quickly after I called them, and later on they provided me with receipt so I was able to get reimbursed from Progressive. I would definitely recommend them.

I broke down at 8pm on a a Friday night and they sent someone out to me in 20 minutes. The employee was very polite, careful with my vehicle, and payment was easy. I would recommend these folks and use them again myself.

Amazing and timely service! Our car was in a weird spot and the gentleman made sure my 4 yr old was safe in his truck before anything else. He was also was also very great with him! He showed up quickly, was very polite and professional.

The tow truck driver was somehow able to maneuver into an area that is tight and uncomfortable, even for my small sedan. To drop off the vehicle at its destination, he backed up a very long, curvy, steep, and narrow driveway with multiple hazards on the sides. There was no space to do a three-point turn. I’ve seen some pretty impressive driving in my time, and this was certainly up there.Jonny’s Towing is not the cheapest (nor the most expensive), but if you want the job done right, my experience indicates to me that Jonny’s Towing is a fairly safe bet, even if your situation is a bit complicated. They accommodated my admittedly annoying requests without any complaints, and the driver was very polite.
