This is the second time I’ve taken my vehicle to Banker’s for body work, with the issues being unrelated. They have a decent turn around, and they’re are easy to work with as well! Mark has a good sense of humor, and was in touch with me during the whole process and always returned my calls. I’d recommend them for body work in Renton any day. My Lexus IS250 looks brand new, and not like it had its entire front destroyed. New bumper, fenders, hood, grill, etc. a big job done right.

They have a Uhaul pickup point here and they are the worst!Never pick up your Uhaul from these guys.Went to pick up a prescheduled Uhaul that was supposed to be on site waiting and when we got there not only was there no truck but they were rude about it and said it has nothing to do with them that Uhaul would give me a code for the key box.Code for the key box means nothing if there is no truck at all.They were very unhelpful and rude.

Our vehicle was legitimately and rightfully towed by Bankers when we were forced to leave it improperly parked for 30 minutes due to a time-sensitive situation after spontaneously breaking down. The same day when I called them to recollect the vehicle I was told they had my vehicle but they were closed for the day, not even an hour after they took my vehicle. I waited until the next day to come in and get the vehicle back. When I arrive there I am told that our vehicle was actually taken to a different tow yard and I would have to go there to get my car back. It isnt exactly easy to get from one place to the other when you have my car. The one who towed the car also told me it was towed for blocking the entrance to a parking lot which I know isnt true. I know where my car was left, that just seems like a strange thing to lie about.

The customer service is outstanding. They did an excellent job on my repairs.Highly recommend this business.

This place is in the middle of a residential area which is ok in most situations but here it seems to bring down the nice neighborhood feeling ... they must have a lot to protect or to keep from the residents near them .. i say this due to the razor wire fencing .. and the unfriendly expression i got as i asked for assistance from a employee here ... I feel like service is a thing of the past and businesses like this definitely make me believe that Im right ... I think that a service oriented business as this would welcome all inquiries from local residents who live so close to their location... looking forward to positive interactions in the future !!

Didnt find what was left in the car when we left it,there were a couple items in it that shouldnt have been in it as they werent mine or my fiancé a brand new item never used used or punctured and nothing within the car that could have punctured the new item,if you value your belongs big or small,have something to.give them or it aint coming back.

The lady I spoke with was quite rude, customer service is an essential part of a successful business. Id like to add, I was not the least bit rude or disrespectful, so there was nothing that prompted this.

This is the first time I had used them after being referred to them via Younker Nissan. They were everything you would expect from a body shop. Their work is top quality. They don’t corners like other shops do. They also told us the repair would take 3 days, and they finished it in 2 days. Fantastic!

Unfortunately I was rear-ended twice within a few months and after going to Bankers the first time, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. They were very nice, easy to work with, did a fantastic job and handled everything with the insurance company. I have been there 4 times now and have my husband and I have always been pleased. From my experience they are honest and I highly recommend them.

If I could give 0 Stars I would.These people are absolutely no help when it comes to inquiring about information related to their policy.They unhooked my transmission linkage and then just left it that way and never told me so I drove around for days in a potentially dangerous situation.They towed away my vehicle and trailer with my dog inside and my wife was chasing them down the street screaming for them to stop but they never did, they wouldnt even tell her where they were going.This company and the people who work there are trash.Theyre in bed with the crooked Renton Police department too 👎

I am so happy that I was referred to a locally owned body shop. They got me in and my car fixed so quick. I called other places they were weeks out and they were able to squeeze me in. Thank you for the hard work and dedication.

Got rear ended and had to get my bumper replaced. Bankers used OE parts and the paint matched perfectly! They even buffed my headlights for me! When I went to pick my car up they had also washed and vacuumed it.

They did a great job repairing my car in a timely manner. The front desk lady just need to work on her customer service skill little bit.i will definitely go back there.

Basically the front desk woman makes it as difficult as possible to get anything done. She straight tried to extort us for more money. Thankfully one of the other workers spoke up and stopped that from happening. Dont go here! They have terrible customer service and shady practices.I had an accident (car was totalled) and we were giving them the car to junk, but the front desk lady did everything in her power to screw us over.If your in an accident DO NOT HAVE THEM TOW IT TO THEIR YARD.Trust me, just have them park it in front of your house or whatever. Once its in their thieving hands she will do whatever it takes to screw you over - just to power trip you.I wish I could give them a negative star.

After being in a bad accident, WSP called Bankers Towing to take my car. The driver was a big help and very kind.

Had my car detailed there and whatever they used on the seats discolored the leather.

I brought a car thefe,& after few long weeks I picked it up I DID not like the way they fixed my car ...I mean it was awful the bumper wasnt been installed correctly & my back bumper was hanging on few clips on the side s.which is suppose to be supported from top to bottom but they didnt even bother to finish it...I even got the pictures taken .so if any one plans on going there please do not go because you will regret going there.very upsetting & unprofessional.very rude employees.
