2am in the pouring rain, this man was my hero! Professional, kind, trustworthy and efficient. He does a dangerous job and all with the most lovely personality!

So I was looking online for a tow place that had good reviews. I’ve never gotten a flat before and after searching, I found J&J’s and figured I should give them a call! Very satisfied with my experience. I called at 1:45pm and got an appointment for 2:30pm the same day! The tow truck pulled up and immediately I was greeted by a very nice man, I believe his name is Juma. We had great conversation and he was very positive. Made me feel a lot less bummed about the flat I got!! Very comfortable being around and he was very quick and proficient in his work. I know now if I’m ever in a rut again this place is the one to call!! Thank you J&J’s !!

Quick and professional! We got a flat tire and have 2 kiddos. We called and 15 minutes later, we were being towed to Discount Tire. I was very impressed at the speed in which J&J Towing showed up and was able to get us somewhere that was able to get us back on the road. 11/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!

Friendly, on time, professional, and experienced. Needed car towed for repairs and called Jay based on other reviews. Was not disappointed. Excellent tow truck that can reach difficult places and lift the whole car instead of ones that just two behind them. Jay is also familiar with repair shops in the area and knew just where to park the car. Hope I wont need to use them again, but will be happy to know they are there if I have to.

When J&J showed up, before trying to tow the vehicle, they were able to get it started thus saving me from an unnecessary trip to the mechanic. I was in real bad problem with my wife and my son stranded in a very bad area with unknwon problem after 1 a.m and after traying many towing service i found this from google and the guy came very fast and he just checked my car found the problem and fixed it and make me go home with my own car and checked me later if i reached home safe. I had scheduled J&J to tow my classic Mustang from Renton to Issaquah today and kept him my rear view the whole time. Not only did he show up on time, this guy drives very well and was able to keep my car safe. He did not short stop or jerk his truck around with my cargo on it. I plan on calling him again for the return tow.

The gentleman that came to change my tire was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about spare tires. All I needed was help changing my spare tire, the nut was really stuck, and the towing service came out to help me at 1 in the morning. Not cheap but very helpful. Worth the money!

J&J is hands down THE ABSOLUTE BEST, bar none. Over the last three years, J&J has been our go to towing service company. They have pulled us out of some very tricky situations.There’s two that stand out to me. Last winter in Fall city, a 16FT box truck was stuck and impossible to move. Additionally, J&J’s tow truck came out and actually got stuck. He spent 6 hours.... SIX and figured out a safe way to get both vehicles out safely.Today, brakes failed going downhill and had to dump a vehicle into a ditch and up an embankment to avoid a potentially catastrophic accident. The steep angle of the embankment, the mud and a broken axle made it impossible for this tow.However, as usual, “where there’s a J&J, there’s a way”. Always dependable, always professional, goes beyond and above and shows up in record time. Try them out, they will not disappoint.

I sent this man to THE WRONG ADRESS across town! And he came and got my car and didn’t charge me and was so friendly. 5 stars.

Back on July 11th, my Mazda broke down near IKEA and I needed it tow back to my house in Renton so I called up J&J Towing. The tow arrived pretty quick. The gentleman tried to jump start the car (wasn’t the battery) and then offer suggestions to check other things as possible cause, then he hooked up the car and drove us home. He was a very upbeat type of guy talking and joking with us along the way and addressing us as ‘mamm’ and ‘sir’. I was VERY impressed with his service and would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you J&J!

My Ranger died 30 miles away from my house and I needed a tow to a local shop. Two towing companies I called informed me I would have to wait 90 minutes for a tow, when I called J & J Towing he immediately headed to my location. I was met on the road by J, a very handsome man, who was able to give me a lift to where my vehicle was. The loading, travel and unloading all went flawlessly and I was able to get my Ranger in and out of the shop before COB.10/10 would get towed again

J&J were willing to pull me out of a spot that AAA refused to pull me out of because they didnt want to be held liable for potential damage to the water main and underground electrical cable that were beneath my car.J&J took that risk and helped me when AAA and emergency services couldnt!
