My car started smoking and stalled right before I got onto the 405-S freeway. James got there quickly and safely towed my car off the entrance ramp to the service shop and even offered to drop me off at home since I was on the way. Thank you for coming out in the rain to rescue me tonight, James! You made an unfortunate situation much more pleasant and I’ll definitely be recommending your company to anyone who’s in need of a tow.
