Outstanding customer service. Stopped for dinner and car wouldn’t start. Called a1 issaquah and asked for a tow. I followed up by describing the issue and he said I’m five minutes away.The gentleman came and said let’s try jumping you first. Sure enough it started and he advised me to go get a battery ASAP as it was only a few minutes until auto zone closed.It is rare to get this type of service and they went way above my description. If your stranded don’t hesitate to call them.It’s also a pleasure knowing they are in my community servicing my neighbors etcThank you, is all I can say.

James, the owner of the company, was very professional and did a great job. This is the second time that Ive used them in the last year, and they were excellent, yet again. The communication was great, and they were very punctual. A great service company, and would highly recommend for any towing services that one might have!

Friendly and fast! I dont know how much tows typically cost but I didnt feel it was too much. The driver was the owner of the company, which was really cool to see. Hes no pencil pusher!

Very friendly and went out of their way to make sure you have as little stress as possible. My car broke down coming up a hill about 4 miles from home. I was able to get my children to come and help move the vehicle off the road and tried to find the problem. Finally gave up left the car there and went home to find a good towing company.These guys came out to my house to pick up the keys and I showed them on my tablet where the car was parked. The went and got it for me without having to have me go with them. They brought it back and backed it into the alley for me. It took a little longer than usual cause I needed a flat bed for a 4x4 vehicle but I was home anyways. The price was reasonable for the amount of service they did and the great attitude they had. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing towing services. They do offer other roadside emergency services too, like flats and gas.

I had to tow my car from my house because my engine wouldnt start. Before towing, they took the time to make sure that it wasnt a simple fix that they could do, so as to not have to tow the car to my mechanic. I was impressed by this, as this showed integrity. They were very professional, and Id recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

Stranded on I 90 after dark with a blowout! AAA let us down and so did 5 other tow companies.. one was busy but kindly offered to help in 3 hours. We got a hold of A 1 and we are so happy we did!! He was there within 30 minutes or less! You just don’t get service like this anymore! Thanks again!!

I was stranded in 90 degree weather with a baby. Not only did they show up fast, the driver brought us cold bottled water. Thanks for the excellent service!
