Texas Tool is a fantastic store. They carry a wide variety of high-quality tools, and the prices are very competitive. I could spend hours (and thousands of dollars) browsing the aisles. The tool selections at the big orange and blue hardware stores in Lubbock pale in comparison to Texas Tool, and the employees here are knowledgeable and friendly.

Wide variety of tools and equipment for the farm, house and vehicles at reasonable prices and a really helpful staff. I had lost a piece of from my tool set and asked if they could order it? They said sure they could, then to my surprise he just went to a new tool kit and grabbed the piece I was missing and said no sense and waiting for it. When was the last time a big box store did that for a new customer? Let me think never! They have all the name brands tools just like Home depot and Lowes. I am glad I found a new tool store!With great customer service!

Good store witha huge product line especially those hard to find tools. I do find that consistent supply varies, call ahead to see if they have what you need in stock. Plan on little extra time to browse around, its an interesting place to shop.

Toy store for wayward adults. I wish there was one like this in Houston. They pretty much carry items youd have to go to several other stores to find what you need. Friendly helpful staff. Unexpected Gem in the panhandle.

I just love this place. They have so many tools that you didnt even know you needed.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! You can literally wander around looking lost for 15 minutes and no one will ever ask you if you need help. Then when you walk to counter without anything in hand they will look down or walk away. I usually support my local businesses but this company is why I will choose online any day!!

My favorite Lubbock tool store. Their inventory varies from one visit to the next, but for quality and price Im satisfied.

Bought a high dollar flashlight on special order in feb., flashlight turns out to b less brighter than old one so i asked tt if i could return it for a refund & they said no....now im stuck with it, im never buying from them again & i was actually gonna buy frm them again but when businesses put money & policies b4 customers they lose em, not smart tt. Thumbs down

Purchased a $80.00 benchtop vise and the first time I used it it broke. Called Texas Tool and was told it was out of warranty and no parts are available for it. I guess they no longer sale quality tools or stand behind the tools they sale.
