Just came here for my first visit and had Carol as my hygienist. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. The receptionist, Kathy was very sweet as well. I have yet to meet Dr. Pak, but so far am very impressed! Rare to find a dental office with such genuinely nice people working that seem happy. Definitely a good sign!

The best Dental office I have ever been too my entire Life!! Staff is super sweet and understanding. Doctor is so calm, walks you through everything makes sure you feel no pain explains everything!! I give a 5 star to the whole dental office. The have great customer service, the health and safety precautions they take during Covid is exceptional and the dentist is amazing. I like that he uses high tech technology/equipment. He is very good about explaining what you need done if you do need something done. I have been going here for years and would definitely recommend this practice.

Best dentist! I am terrified of the dentist and they make it such a comfortable experience. All the ladies at the front desk are so sweet (especially Kathaleen :)) I’ve had some crowns put in and my teeth are so sensitive, it was so awful but Dr Pak explains everything he does to make me feel better and Tara also is so sweet and helped me as well. They truly make sure you are ok and comfortable the whole time, and keep asking you throughout the procedure which I appreciate so much. It really does make the whole experience so much better when you know the dentist and assistants care. I will never go anywhere else.

Annual cleaning, as always they were very professional, sanitary, and very nice chair-side manner. Dr Pak showed me a small cavity that we are going to take care of. No surprises, no extensive list of repairs. Honest, & upfront in communication.

I had a broken tooth that bothered me all the time. I stopped in to PAK dentist without an appointment. I was just a walk-in. They were very nice and it did not long for the dentist to see me. I asked him to extract my tooth and he did that fast and it did not hurt me at all. He was very nice and kept asking me if I was in any pain. The cost was quite reasonable. Now it does not hurt when I eat cold food like ice cream

Dr Gene Pak is an exceptional Doctor in many ways. He makes you feel comfortable with his knowledge and his connection to the patient . He is very through in explaining your situation and is very skilled. The ladies that work in the office are the best. They all make you feel glad that your there. Even though it is a dentist office.

Everything is good and comfortable and I wish that I was as good as keeping the fillings away as the doctors are at fixing them. I also love the conversation I have with my dentist.

In for my regular cleaning which was completed efficiently. The staff is friendly, always greeting as I arrive and welcoming. Dr. Pal checked and was his usual cheerful and helpful personality. Not a major ordeal and I always feel as though my business is valued.

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but Dr. Tessier, Pak and their staff make the experience very pleasant. Dr. Tessier usually has a good joke and Carol does a great job keeping my teeth clean and healthy. I highly recommend these wonderful folks for your dentistry needs.

I’ve been coming to this office for over a decade, before it was operated by Dr. Pak, and I was apprehensive to hear about someone new taking over the practice. However, Dr. Pak and his team have been awesome! Very friendly, thorough, and accommodating. The office has undergone some beautiful upgrades, as well. Even after I moved to a different city, I’ve remained with Pak Dental... well worth the drive!

Both dentists at this practice are top notch. Im also a huge fan if their hygienists. I still drive almost an hour each way to visit them. The front office staff are always friendly and really helpful with regards to insurance stuff. I cant say enough good stuff about Pak Dental. Uber thx.

Ive been to many dental offices in OC but I think he is the far BEST one I have ever came across. Ive noticed he is very different from other dentists. He is very HONEST, skilled, and passionate doctor. I first went there to get my $39 new patient cleaning deal and be done with that office, but I ended up liking that office so much. I like the fact that Dr. Pak did not try to sell anything. Dr. Pak and his entire staff made me feel so comfortable (Im terrified of the dentist) and earned my trust immediately. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist who you can trust.
