Dr. Sayed is the best! We have been seeing him for over two years. Between my three kids, weve had extractions, cavities, sealants, and regular cleanings. Each time we walk away feeling so cared for and that weve received excellent dentistry. He is extremely detailed and explains all treatment plans well. The rest of the staff is amazing too! The dental assistants are wonderful with xrays and making my kids feel safe in their office. I also appreciate how the front office staff is always so welcoming and efficient at getting us in and out in a timely manner. Overall, an excellent dental office and I wish I had found them sooner!

Tatyana billed insurance for 9 fillings for my then 4 year old daughter as a “favor” so the sealants were paid, even though not covered by insurance. I didn’t ask for this and questioned what happens if she ends up actually needing these teeth filled down the road. Fast forward to 2020 and my ex wife and I both have insurance, Tatyana billed BOTH policies for the entire treatment. Of course the patient statement didn’t show the double dip, I noticed it when I received the statement of benefits from the insurance company. We paid close to $200 out of pocket, then they over billed insurance. I have sent 10+ emails asking for updates, refund status, and just a current statement. I had to open a second email account because they blocked the first one. The last response I got when asking for an updated statement was “No change from last ttime”. No greeting or email sign off, just a typo ridden, short and unprofessional response. Now I am forced to post reviews in hopes that someone will actually respond to me, refund our overpayment, and stop committing insurance fraud. Tatyana is the gate keeper and doing your business a disservice!

Dr. Sayed is the best pediatric dentist in Orange County! He is calm, easy to talk to, and will explain what needs to be done in detail. My daughters have seen him for the last 6 years. He is gentle and only does things that are necessary. He explains what needs to be done and doesnt try and up-sell anything. After procedures like crowns or fillings, he always sends a personal text to check on your kids and make sure theyre doing ok. When my daughter had a minor issue with a tooth while we were on vacation, he called me back immediately, and even had me send him pics for him to examine, so he could better help me. This was a live saver and relieved me of my worry.The office is amazing, as kids can watch Netflix, and there are TVs on the ceiling for each patients chair. Of course, each kid gets to pick a prize at the end of an appointment.The office staff is also super friendly. I LOVE Tatiana. She is so sweet and even brought my husband and I coffee in real mugs when my daughter had a lot of work to be done years ago. All of the dental assistants are sweet and friendly with kids and easy to talk to. They are all like family!

Dr. Sayed and his staff were amazing. My 4 year old son had not yet been to the dentist before, entirely my fault, so we were a little nervous about how he would react. The staff made him feel comfortable right away and made every aspect of the visit enjoyable for my son. They explained every tool, machine, and procedure before they did it anything so that he was aware and at ease. I sincerely do not believe that he could have had a better experience. I would recommend to anyone with kids.

Dr Jon and his staff are amazing I totally love this kid friendly place. Dr Jon is so knowledgeable and he is so gentle. My son had a wonderful experience at his office they play whatever movie that you ask for and my son was so relaxed during his treatment I love this place 😊❤️

Super friendly staff who know exactly how to handle children of all ages and anxiety levels when it comes to seeing dentist. Very nice office, they have TVs mountend to the ceiling with a plethora (tv channel and youtube channel ) to help calm nerves. Id give 10 stars if i could 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you Dr. Sayed!!

I am the mother of a 15 year old son with Autism. Going to the dentist has been very challenging, starting with my son refusing to even lay down in the dentist chair, to keeping his mouth open for more than a few seconds. I brought him to Dr Sayed who showed me that he had 3 cavities. Dr was very patient and kind. His staff was wonderful and kept my sons attention on the movie that was playing, instead of the work being done. With the help of laughing gas all of his teeth were filled!! I would highly recommend this office. My son was the only patient scheduled during his appointment, so he had uninterrupted attention.Sincerely from a very happy mom!!!

My son, Hunter, was stressed out thinking about drills and pulling a tooth all in one visit. After Dr. Jon was done, Hunter had no idea what happened. No pain and all was well. He has no fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Jons team is fantastic and I would recommend to anyone with a child to see him first so they have a positive experience with dentist visits.

We had been using a pediatric dentist for my daughter’s annual checkup and cleanings for years. On a recommendation we switched to Dr. Sayed. What a wonderful choice.The staff is amazing, the practice immaculate. My daughter loved the TV screens on the ceiling.Most importantly though, is the state of the art equipment. He was able to detect 4 cavities at such an early stage that he could fill my daughters teeth without Novocain or major drilling.It saved my daughter from having to have larger deeper fillings.She won’t be going to any other dentists.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sayed, his beautiful office and his staff! I have three girls, the oldest is now 12 and we’ve been going to him since their first ever dental appointment. I’ve refereed other family’s to him and they are beyond happy! He is so gentle/soft spoken and someone I completely trust! I highly recommend Dr Sayed!

I wish I had been to a dentist like this as a kid! Thier office is fantastic, lots of toys, movies and games while you wait. Even though we have never waited when we have had a appointment! There are fun kid friendly murals on the walls, every chair has a flat screen on the ceiling which really helps keep the kids still.We started here with our oldest for her first dentist visit and have never even considered any place else. Dr. Sayed and his staff are fantastic. They have text appointment reminders, are very knowledgeable about insurance and do a great job explaining everything to the kids and parents.We just had our first visit for cavities and my daughter did great thanks to the welcoming natural of the staff. Dr. Sayed even sent me a message to check on her later that evening. I dont know any other doctors that show that kind of follow up, especially for just a simple filling.I can not recommend this office enough. The only downside is they do not see adults! Lol!
