Stopped in for a guest visit. Very satisfied with the space, the equipment, the personnel & members. Wasn’t crowded & equipment was clean and the members clean up after themselves. It would be great if there was a location on the Rockmart side of the county.Will most likely stop in again. If you live on west side of the county this place is great orif you were traveling & needed a fitness center to utilize this would be the place to go.

Went down to cancel my membership and the power had gone out so they wouldnt cancel the membership. I asked if they could just take my info and deal with it later, but they refused. Would call management about the situation either. Came back the next day and they had already charged me for the next month. I truly believe they make that rule only so its harder to cancel your membership. The alarm is far too sensitive. Staff is decent and facility is clean. Just felt management is far to greedy. Do yourself a favor and dont come to planet fitness.

I have a black card, I love it. I can work out quick. I can tan or get a massage. I travel a lot, so I can also utilize Any of the gums I come across which is my FAVORITE feature!!

Every one was nice. They gave classes, tanning and much more included in their price. I think I am going to like it..

This is the best place of all the Planet fitnesses that Ive been to in Georgia. It is always clean and the staff is always phenomenal. The equipment is always kept up to date and never has holes in it like the location in Hiram. It is never overcrowded either. I always go out of my way to go to the Cedartown location as opposed to the one in Hiram. The one in Hiram is usually dirty staff is not as nice and the equipment almost always has holes in them.

It is very clean!! Gym is clean and bathroom is clean!! Members were wiping down used equipment unlike the one I transfered from. It is a pleasure to be a member there!!!

Clean, plenty of equipment, and the staff are kind and helpful. No complaints. Ive been visiting semi-regularly for a few months as a visitor.I do wish they had more than one arm-operated cycle, as a health condition prevents my use of treadmills or regular bikes to get cardio workout.

I go 5 days a week

Planet Fitness is AMAZING. I went to this location many years ago when Golds Gym owned the property, and I can tell you the entire atmosphere is completely different.Somehow Planet Fitness changed the game. Its no longer a competitive and intimidating place to be. Its a place that you feel comfortable with your imperfections, Because you are just like everybody else...youre trying to be a better YOU.The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. They call you by name and greet each person with respect and kindness.The facility is always very clean and comfortable. Even the bathrooms/locker rooms are kept in top condition. There are several showers so you can freshen up if you decide to go before work, and theres an abundance of lockers to store your belongings in. Theres plenty of counter space if you need to do your hair or makeup before leaving.Theres LOTS of equipment to choose from, from an entire bank of cardio machines, to weight lifting, cross-fit, abs & stretching. Theres a workout for you.Also, if you choose the Black Card, you get to use the Hydro-massage tables, massage chairs, Beauty Angel with infrared light and several tanning beds and a tanning booth.....The tanning facilities alone make the whole membership worth every penny.....Where else can you tan every day if you want for just ~$20 a month?LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!Since joining, Ive encouraged three others to give it a try. They loved it too!

The equipment is good and a majority of the staff are great. I genuinely hope they get a in house fitness trainer that has better people skills and cares about customers. Since I cant bring in a personal trainer Ill take my business elsewhere.

Very clean however new staff member every time I go so was wondering why such a turn around.. staff needs to work on attitudes. I went there today and staff was all propped up sitting on counter acting like she was to much into her phone instead of signing me in and letting me into the tanning bed.. wish they would get one person to stick with..

Do not use it as much as I want. Will when time allows. Doesnt hurt wallet when I cant get in like I wish. Staff are great.
