Broke a tooth and was new to the area, so I needed a dentist. Found JP Dentistry in our insurance directory and looked them up on the internet. They had great reviews. I liked what I read on their website about their values and mission. I immediately called them to get an appointment. From the get-go, when I talked with Riley, I knew this was going to be a great place. She worked me in the schedule the next day to see Dr. Gurion. When I arrived next morning Riley greeted me and Shannon was waiting to take me back to the exam room. A few hours later I walked out with a new same-day crown. This is an awesome place with very caring people. So glad I found them. My wife and I now have a new dentist office to call home. You won’t regret coming here for dental work and an “overall add” to your day!!

After going through a very traumatic orthodontic experience years ago, I was not able to step foot at any officie where I was required to open my mouth.My husband found Jordan and Pham dentistry and scheduled appointments for the both of us. Of course I was very hesitant about going but I knew I had to do it. I have to admit that I wanted to cry once I got there, but Shannon was amazing and made feel comfortable right away! She was very patient and understanding. She truly cared about my feelings and my fear. Dr Jordan was very nice and polite. My wife & adult children have been going to Dr Jordan for yrs & have raved about him & his staff as I continued to go to a dentist closer to my former business location but as I prepared for at least 3 complicated procedures I decided to get a second opinion & saw Dr Jordan twice in Sept 2020.Immediately I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff pre-visit & especially during my 2 in-person visits. Their COVID procedures are indeed impressive using the perfect combination of the latest technology & courteous human interaction. From scheduling, check in, treatment plan estimates, dental insurance expertise and timely, thorough & professional phone/email replies - this is by far the most professional office staff I have ever encountered at any healthcare provider I have ever utilized including doctors, dentists, optometrists, physical therapists and diagnostic centers. A particular shout out to Riley whose knowledge of key insurance and treatment plan scenarios and all other areas is unsurpassed as is her professionalism. Bravo!As far as the dental consultations and actual dental work, the professionalism, technology, doctor and assistants skills were exemplary. The practice uses the latest digital x-rays, CT scans, in mouth diagnostic scans, equipment for making the porcelain crowns in office - I was thoroughly impressed with the amazing technology they use in diagnosing what needs to be done and the professional manner Dr Jordan explains complicated procedures in a way that a layman can completely understand to make decisions easier for the patient.I was particularly impressed with how Dr Jordan can pivot mid procedure based upon what the technology and his expertise reveals during the procedure for instance placing a resin bonded build-up in my cracked tooth before placing the crown to enhance the possibility of success. His assistant Celia was absolutely wonderful, courteous and professional during the procedures - a real expert with wonderful interpersonal skills.Overall I give this office and the professionals running it the highest rating Google allows and highly recommend them to all from routine checkups & cleanings to the most complicated dental procedures needed. The entire teams performance was EXEMPLARY!

Great experience. I have dental anxiety. They are kind and understanding. They offered me several solutions to overcome anxiety. It was clear that they but my well-being ahead of theirs. They have state of the art equipment and technology. This allows a crown to be a 1-visit procedure. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this dental practice, they have a really nice and comfortable office and they offered new techniques and services that I didnt even know existed. Everyone there is really nice and goes above and beyond. From Dr. Jordan, to his assistant, to the ladies in the front. I especially liked the dental hygienist she was really great and gentle. Hands down the best dental practice I have ever gone to and they make going to the dentist bearable.

Scheduled a routine cleaning and was in/out in under an hour. The hygienist who performed my cleaning was awesome! Super thorough and friendly. I really appreciate everything about this office after having gone through some poor dentists lacking in customer experience and questionable treatment recommendations in the past. I feel as if everyone at Jordan & Pham cares about me/my dental health as opposed to getting money of out me/my insurance.

I know a lot of people are denta-phobes like me. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist for any reason. I had to get a crown for the first time which, needless to say, was a little nerve wracking to say the least. Dr. Jordan was very good about communicating with me and making me feel as comfortable as possible. At one point, I needed more numbing, and he was more then happy to make sure I was comfortable. (Unfortunately, this has not always been my experience with dentists- sorry that my low pain threshold is an inconvenience for you🙄).Dr. Jordan worked efficiently, competently, and as gently as possible. I have always been sensitive/sore after even just a filling, but not the case from this trip.I’m very happy that we found this practice - I will prob always have some anxiety about the dentist, but now I will be able to move forward with a little less trepidation.Thanks Dr. Jordan!!PS. My wife and I have had good experiences with our cleanings as well;)

I never thought I would say this about a dentists office, but I love this place! Everyone is super nice and the cleaning I get is gentle and thorough every time.

My teeth cleaning appointment went quicker than expeceted and I was so impressed. They found that I had a cavity starting and because I was only going to be in town for that week the Dentist immediately took care of the tooth and did the filling right then and there. Very friendly and kind.

The staff is awesome. The doctors are concerned about the patient and listens.

I think having an elder patient who does not speak English was too much for the staff to handle. They looked stressed specially while taking the x-rays. Also, the way it was suggested to us to buy the subscription toothpaste, was a bit bushy and over-priced.
