I lived at Evergreen for almost a year. Here are the positives and negatives of my experience.POSITIVE: - Clean, beautiful and friendly community - Very attentive and respectful maintenance serviceNEGATIVE : - the process of getting my deposit back turned a bit ugly. I had to threaten legal actions to receive a good chunk of it back. Unfortunately, that is a common practice with all of these complexes, so I wasnt surprised but it wasnt pleasant either.Something that was not positive or negative was that the management office is respectful on the surface most of the time, but they dont try their best as they say they are. I believe they are trying to work toward getting more bonuses and they will do enough to stay on the path of getting the most out of the complex.Overall, I would say the experience was positive with some disappointments, hence 4 out of 5, but I would definitely would stay in a complex that have more transparent policies with more attentive management office but do these complexes exist? I am not sure. It is down to our residents to not accept their unfair actions and get them to up their games.

0% co-operation by the employees. Also you cant have more than 2 cars even if you rent a 3 bedroom place with them

We have been living here for 2 years and I can say everything was great! Its a clean and quiet community for everyone. Office management team are super helpful and perfect. Thank you! Unfortunately, we are moving out this week because of job relocation. Evergreen is strongly recommended for families and people who looking for an apartment in the area.

Very clean and quiet complex. Sometimes my neighbors dog yowls the day off, but no matter. I love dogs. That poor thing just needs more exercise. I love the fact that the mail station and pool is right next to my apartment! Wonderful community, too. One time, an item got delivered to the wrong apartment. No, they didnt just take it for themselves. They walked to my apartment and gave it to me! WONDERFUL COMMUNITY!

Moving from a house to an apartment has been quite challenging. But, Thanks to Rosemary and Sabrina, the transition has gone smoother than anticipated. Lovely, well maintained grounds. More amenities than most apartments offer. Prompt and thorough maintenance crew. Many weekly and monthly activities for all ages. Keep up the great work Evergreen staff!

Pros: its quiet and you feel a sense of security, front office service is outstanding, the maintenance people are very polite and courteous. Problems get resolved in good time. Tenants do pick up after pets excrement.Cons: Water Master Meter, Ask about it.We pay for each others water use.Example: *building J has 4 out of 6 apt. occupied. The 4 tenants will splits the water bill. In other words, If tenant A. uses the water excessively and tenant B, C, D conserves water use. Tenant B, C, D, will split the water bill with tenant A. It defeats the purpose if youre saving water when the other guy in building J is wasting it. We all end up paying for it.*

I really enjoy living here at this apartment complex. I have been here for a little over a year now and am glad we moved here. The location of the complex is in a great location with lots of parks and shopping areas close by. The actual complex is very well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and maintenance is always very helpful if we have an issue in the apartment. Everyone in the leasing office tries their best to be helpful. Rosemary always goes above and beyond to take care of us. Overall, I think this is a great place to live.

Community is clean and family friendly. Staff is responsive to maintenance requests and courteous. Evergreen is nearby numerous shopping locations and offers reasonably easy access to the Inland Empire freeway system. The management runs fun monthly social events. Apartments are comfortable, but not luxurious for the price.

Walked by the hottub one night and it was filled with bubbles. Pretty awesome.Decent apartments. The interior was a little bit outdated. Property was always nicely maintained. Gym is pretty nice too. Not too crowded in the mornings.

Bait and switch pricing,

This place is quite excellent, both in terms of location and facilities. The new management is infinitely better than the old one (the old one being the only reason that I put 4 stars instead of 5). The difference can be seen throughout the complex, all the way down to the way maintenance works.Maintenance and the night manager are very friendly and helpful.

Just moved in last month. So far, it has been the best apartment experience I have had. The staff is friendly and respectful and the property is well maintained.

Place is excellent and staff is really nice... until you move out and they over charge you to have your carpets cleaned and snatch your one months rent deposit because your carpet is worn and they say they have to replace them but in all my time there I saw them remove and replace the carpets of EVERY resident that moved out.Once you run into this issue dont expect them to be nice and understanding like they where the day you signed the papers.And if they respond to my 1 star rating its to decieve ANYONE thinking of moving there because in the end it is way more important to them to get there 1000.00+ profit off you when you decide to leave/ move out.Someone warned me and Im warning anyone who reads this that THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT, dont believe me....go ask anyone who has lived there or currently lives there and if it hasnt happened to them I guarantee they know of someone it has happened to. 💯

I love living at evergreen. Its quite and tranquil compared to other places in california. Its child friendly and always something to do.

Ive been living here for just over a year and I LOVE this place. Everything is basically great, but the best thing would be the courtesy of the employees.

They deserve no stars. This is a horrible rental establishment. They are liars and cheats if you can afford to move somewhere else I would do it Immediately.

We moved in a little over a year ago we absolutely love the place the staff is very friendly and the property is maintained very well I love the pool the jacuzzi and the gym we enjoy our privacy the place is amazing youll love it

I havent had a problem here . I love this place

Been here for a couple months and so far everythings been ok. My biggest issue is the loud creaking and cracking and foot steps coming from my neighbor above me. Not sure if my neighbor could actually hear that while hes walking, but its really loud. Its so loud that sometimes I think someones in my apartment. I know the apartment complex is pretty old and not really updated as far as layout compared to the other apartment buildings surrounding it. I just hope my neighbor doesnt fall through my ceiling!

This place is horrible. They take down a majority of the negative comments. The staff if the office sell a good game. Brandon is rasict and biest and discriminates againt Hispanic culture because he agrees with Trump. My 3 kids were bullied for months. But once the other kid cried wolf they believed him without getting the other side of the story they kick up out. So dont allow your kids to go outside. There is a lady that goes around taking picture of your kids and they do nothing about it. They let you sit all summer without AC because fire and ice are busy. They had a child molester living on the property. I cant wait to get out of here. Last but not least they dont even keep thier word. Make sure you get every agreement in writing. They will lie staight to your face saying they never agreed on something when they did. So think twice.

Call in to help out a friend i cant pay anything because its third party? Heres money for this. Oh no sorry sir we can only take money from the Tennant because even though we use a 3rd party payment processing center we cant except a 3rd party payment? Seriously if i called to pay your electric bill for you just because and your electric company basically said screw you we dont allow nice things to happen anymore. Stupid absurd ridiculous bullshit

We tend to take things for granted until something breaks down in the middle of the night. Last night my refrigerator broke down at 10:30PM so I called the after hours emergency hotline. I reported my issue and expected them to show up in the morning to service it. Little did I know that Aaron was on call and who lives in Menifee about 45 minutes away was on his way here to the Evergreens within 10 minutes. @ 11:05PM there was a knock on my front door and Aaron was standing there with tools and parts in hand to fix my Fridge. He Aaron had the fan out and replaced it within 20 minutes. I can not express my Gratitude to the outstanding service that was provided in the middle of the night by Aaron and staff.Thank you once again,Robert A Sotela #161
