Happy with the maintenance team! Chris and his team have been efficient with following through with my apartment needs and fixes. Recently Patrick and Shaquille have really been patient with me hearing out my concerns the past few visits. The whole team understands my passion for detail in maintaining a beautiful home inside and out! Hoping upper management approves one last detail to have home fixtures/aesthetics looking nice.

My husband and I had been in search of an apartment for about a month and a half, we had inquired to several different apartments throughout the area, as well as other cities. We came across the Bel Air Apartment Homes, and we fell in love. We came across the community, on Apartments.com, and scheduled a tour, and I received a phone call from Alexis, just confirming our appointment and other details. We arrived to the office and we felt at home as soon as we stepped foot in the office. We took a self guided tour to the apartment we were interested and fell in love immediately. We walked back into the office and sat down with Alexis, she explained everything kindly & thoroughly. Our biggest fear was not being able to bring our kids (2 Huskies) along with us, as throughout our search, several different apartments wouldn’t take our large animals. However, to our surprise Alexis reassured us that they are more than welcome to come along! Which was what sealed the deal! Alexis, and Jessica, made our paperwork, and transition feel as breeze! They were so communicative with all of us, from day 1 till this day, I have had no issues whatsoever, the community is full of tranquility, everyone starting with staff, residents and even gardeners are so kind! There’s also lots of parking available for extra vehicles and visitors. I absolutely love my apartment and I’m so glad we came across the Bel Air Apartment Homes.

Ive lived here for over four years and Ive never really had any complaints. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. Any time Ive had questions, the office team has been very helpful and attentive. The apartments are very nice inside, and the huge patios make them stand out from other communities. All appliances are included, so you dont have to worry about buying, moving, or maintaining a fridge, or wahser/dryer. Theres lots of available parking, even at night, another thing that sets them apart. Overall its a quiet, well maintenaned community in a good location. My rent increases have always been reasonable. Id personally do away with the valet waste service, many residents ignore the guidelines, even though the office tries to enforce them, so it seems to do more harm than good. Other than that, I wouldnt change much.

The Staff have been very friendly and helpful. But the community is getting very dirty and ghetto, lots of trash everywhere, dumpsters overflowing, furniture laying around... Watch where you step, seems to be a lot of vomit in the parking lot... Its pet friendly but a lot of people not keeping their dogs on a leash and several vicious dogs as well. Its been several months after a wind storm and our roof got damaged, been reported several times and still not fixed, now there are squirles living in the attic. This place has fallen apart.

Nice place to live if your not near the major street. Office personal are friendly & helpful. Alexis & Ruth are always ready to lend a helping hand & Jessica cares about our concerns also. The maintenance workers are the best. Robert, Patrick, & David know what they are doing & dont guess at their work. The whole team is speedy to get to our requests, they are neat & clean, & very friendly. The main downfall is having to pay extra for the waste pickup. Before you sign-up, ask them how their residence trash pick-up works, and also the water bill is not your own...your sharing with other people....very weird.....

I looked at these apartments online they had a 2 bedroom for $1850 listed on their own website I also noticed that every link had different pricing. I called and confirmed the price and availability and scheduled a tour. The community isnt much to look at old and poorly maintained. Inside was ok they slapped paint on everything and tried to pass it off as new. Bedrooms are small. The appliances were nice thats about it. I figured the price is right so Ill overlook the rest. Then when we got back to the office the price was suddenly $2200 I showed them a screenshot of their own website they called me a liar and told me to leave. Then threatened me with the police. Horrible experience shady people. Dont do it.

The staff is good its not their fault the apartments are old and overpriced. Corporate comes up with the policies making you pay three different trash bills making you pay for your neighbors water usage making you pay for pest control and making you pay to receive mail. Bottom line add $400 to the rent quote for their miscellaneous fees. $2500 rent = $2900 after their mandatory monthly fees.

They flag negative reviews to get them removed. They harass and threaten residents who leave negative reviews. They leave fake positive reviews. They are slumlords. They overcharge for everything. $400 water bill per month in an apartment. I asked why, they said its not their problem and laughed at me. I told them I keep getting disgusting roaches they told me theyll send an exterminator out but itll cost me $250. Why would I pay for it anyway but I could hire one cheaper.

I really dont understand the need for all the negativity in these reviews. I have been living here for more than 2 years and the grounds keeping have been the best since the new management team came in. I remember not being able to take my child swimming because the pool and the surrounding area was really poor. I have been blessed to get every issue taken care of and handled within a timely and professional manner. Even during this Covid pandemic I seen the manager Jessica, walking the premises and asking me if I had any issues or problems that I can address them to her or any of the staff. I thank the good Lord for finally sending a manager that cares and takes the time to listen and get things done. Im very grateful and pleased. May God bless all the people who just want to throw negativity and shade to the management team when they are naturally essential to everyone living on this property. Thank you Jessica and your team for all your hard work and dedication. May God bless you all and your families. Love and Peace be with you.

Ive only lived here a few months and this is the 4th time they have entered my apartment home without my permission. The first time my door was unlocked even though I had locked it and my rug was moved. Nothing was missing but I bought a nest camera because I was freaked out. The 2nd time a maintenance guy came in walked around and left. I was alerted on nest app so I asked them they said oh he had the wrong apartment well thats a scary error and the least they could have told me. The next time I had requested maintenance and specifically said they dont have permission to enter because by now I didnt trust them if Im not there. They entered and did the repair anyway. I called and they just kept telling me it was my error and I put that they could enter when I didnt even do the request I called and they did it so thats their error. Now I came home to my dishwasher missing its door. They said oh were doing the repair your asked for. Um no I didnt ask for a repair there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher. They didnt even apologize and they told me well they through the door away and ordered a new one so itll be 3 weeks before they can put the door back on the dishwasher. My privacy was invaded and now Im without a dishwasher for 3 weeks because of there error.

With the strong winds the other day a tree fell on my car. Belair said they wont pay for it that I need to use my insurance they said they wont even pay my deductible so Im supposed to pay $1,000 deductible because their tree fell on my car? I called my car insurance they said Belair has to pay for it. I told Belair they said try claiming on renter insurance so I called my renter insurance they said that Belair needs to pay for it. They said that Im not the first one thats had this problem and that Belair is notorious for not maintaining their trees or property to the point that my insurance company wont insure new Belair residents because its an unsafe high risk environment. So I have no car Im paying for a rental and Belair wont take responsibility for their unsafe trees.

Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this apartment complex. I lived there for seven years. When this company took over they raised my rent $350, the next year they raised it another $200. I wasnt in a position to move at that time. My most recent increase was a proposed $250 but this time I was prepared and opted to move rather than accept their proposal. The entire time I lived there I never paid my rent even a day late always first thing in the morning on the first of the month. Keep in mind I lived there for seven years with the same paint and flooring but when I moved out I left my apartment immaculate, everything was spotless, I had no children or pets, never wore shoes inside, rarely had any guests, etc. I was waiting for my deposit return, expecting to get all of it back, instead I received a letter stating that they kept my entire deposit as well as a bill for an additional $1,700! It listed cleaning, flooring, and painting. When I called them to discuss this outrageous bill they told me that my carpet was heavily soiled and damaged, the paint was in bad condition and the oven was broken which they hadnt even mention in the letter. First of all none of that is true it looked as nice when I left as the day that I moved in. With the length of time I lived there flooring and paint shouldnt be an issue even if it had been damaged, which it was not. Plus theyre replacing flooring, appliances, and paint as part of their renovations for new residents so those items would have been replaced anyway. I left my apartment spotless and move in ready, theyre just trying to get me to pay for their renovations and its not happening. I filed my paperwork with small claims this morning and I will be recovering my deposit, court fees, missed work, etc. Steer clear of these fraudsters!

The high water bills are a scam against existing residents. Ive seen the reviews about high water bills, in talking to neighbors around the apartment community I see what theyre doing now. When your lease is ending they offer you a reasonable rent increase so you sign for another year, but youre actually not getting just that increase, they also increase your water bill to recoup what they would have gotten from a larger rent increase. But of course they dont tell you that. Ask around the community, the new residents pay far less for water than the existing residents even though theyre in the same building with the same floor plan and the same amount of occupants. Pretty shady.

Very poorly maintained inside and out. The grounds look awful, they overwater the grass so even when they cut it its overgrown within two days. And we wonder why our water bills are so high. You can see rivers of water running through the parking lot each night I just shake my head as my hard earned money goes down the storm drains. They allow residents to charge their electric vehicles in the carports for free so my rent increases are paying for their commute. Great for them, bad for the rest of us.Inside my husband fixes most things himself as the staff is very unhelpful although usually somewhat friendly. My car has been broken into three times in the past year. The ceilings creek and pop like they are 50 years old (dont make the mistake of getting a downstairs apartment). The toilet rocks when you sit on it. The back slider doesnt lock so any thief can break in easily. Expect a $90+ utility fee per month in the summer to water your neighbors lawn. That being said, ever since the new company came in and changed it from Woodsong to BelAire (which by the way is a dumb name), Ive been looking to move out the moment my lease is up. The new management does NOT care about their current residents, only about making unnecessary adjustments in order to justify an increase in the rent by $400. Every time an issue needs to be addressed, management is less than willing to work with us. It took them two weeks to fix the outdoor lights after having told them three times, which caused the trash service to ignore our trash. I have no problem taking my trash all the way to the dumpster but when Im required to pay $30 a month, Id like to use the service. It was not until I got rudely approached by one of the workers asking about why there was trash outside my door for them to finally attempt to do something about the lights (which did not even work). They repeatedly have told us we cannot park in our assigned parking spots (which we rent as per our lease agreement). Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. Only down side is storage is small rent is a high and its makes more sense to stay then to spend more money to move somewhere cheaper, and the parking situation isnt ideal. Appliances a re a bit on the old side but we havent had any major issues. So all in all if you can afford it its a great place to live.Update: this place in now under new management and has taken a turn for the worst. They turned the parking lot into a construction zone, they are painting when the all the building were painted less than a year ago. They removed all the energy efficient LED lighting and replaced them with incandescent bulbs. They keep forgetting to turn the outside lights on, coming home to a pitch black apartment is fun. Your own website reviews have dozens of residents asking you to discontinue the valet trash service but you keep making us pay for it because the company is compensating you for it. Stop the corporate greed and listen to your residents! Woodsong felt like home, they cared about us, no one moved, you had to get on a waiting list for an apartment here, now theyre all about money and there are dozens of empty apartments to show all the long time residents theyve driven away. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I previously rated this community five stars because I loved living here. Then a few months back a new management company took over and it has gone downhill fast. The pool has been closed for renovations for two months, yet it still looks exactly the same except for the padlock on the gate for the last two months, and they say they dont know when it will reopen. The leasing office and our very small gym have also been closed for over a month for mystery renovations which dont seem to be happening at all, they dont know when the gym will reopen either. A section of exterior lighting went out for whatever reason, so instead of fixing the problem they brought in huge construction lights running on very loud generators which are currently shining directly into our bedroom windows for the last few nights, no end in sight. They started painting the building exteriors, they chose dark, ugly colors that dont go with the community, the style of building, or the surrounding neighborhood at all. Theyve been painting for three months and not a single building is completed, theyre all just half painted, no time frame for that project either. When they started doing the prep work theyd show up first thing in the morning and start pounding at our apartment walls for hours at a time, then theyd disappear for a few days and show up on another random morning to hammer some more, this went on for a month. They replaced wood on the buildings, but removed some roof tiles to do so. They broke several of the tiles, leaving broken terra cota laying around and leaving several buildings with broken, loose, or missing roof tiles. One of the exterior light poles rusted and broke. After leaving it dangling by a wire for a few days they finally removed it, but left the wiring sticking out of the ground with an orange cone stuck over it. They said they were doing concrete repair, all they did was grind down some of the sidewalks, leaving them just as uneven, but now looking even worse. They removed a bunch of mature, beautiful bougainvillea from the entrance, only to replace them with different vines in the same exact spots with ugly, crooked trellises. They should have just left what was already there. They raised the rent by $300 initially until they drove off long time residents, but then no one wanted to move in because it was way overpriced so they lowered the rent, after creating a bunch of unnecessary vacancies. They promised interior upgrades, but they havent done any or mentioned them again. Although when you go to the website they list the apartments as newly renovated when nothing has been done to them in 11 years since they were remodeled in 2011. They started charging us $25 a month for a service that collects your trash from your front porch, its completely unnecessary but they force us to pay the $25 a month for the service, theres no way to opt out of it. Thats also created problems because now everyone has piles of trash on their front porches day and night seven days a week which looks trashy and attracts bugs, possums, and other pests. So if you want to live in an overpriced, half painted construction zone with piles of trash all over and lights shining in your bedroom window bright enough to give you a sun burn all night long, come on down! Youll get the pleasure of paying for a pool and gym you cant even use and be forced to pay for a trash service you dont even want.

When this backwards management company took over they removed the rent drop boxes forcing us to pay our rent during business hours only. Most of us work during those hours. As with everything, they gave us no warning and we were forced to adjust our lives to comply. This month Labor day landed on the 3rd, the last day to pay rent. They gave us no notification that the office would be closed on the 3rd. So when I went to pay my rent, it was closed. I had to rearrange my schedule on Tuesday to go in and pay my rent. I was then informed that I would have to pay a $100 late fee. My money orders were dated the 1st, I clearly tried to pay my rent on the 3rd and couldnt. I told them that they should have given some type of warning and they told me that they sent out an email. In my opinion they should have left notes or something but I thought ok, my fault, bad planning on my part, I didnt check my email, but really who does?? Then I go to look for the email they claim to have sent and it was dated September 2nd at 1:40pm so you tell me how that was any type of warning? That was hey you only have four hours left to pay your rent so you better hurry. Im sorry but most people are at work during their business hours and if theyre closed for a holiday they could give us an extra day or at the very least give us some warning. I dont know what their schedules or days off are. Youd think theyd want to make it easier for us to pay them, not harder. Its just a ploy to make extra money on late fees. And yes we can pay our rent online but some of us have been victims of identity theft and prefer to minimize our risks by paying the old fashioned way. By the way Ive always paid my rent exactly on the 1st, the only reason I now pay it on the 2nd and 3rd sometimes is because theres no more rent drop box for me to use and I have a job duh how else can I afford rent?

Trinity Management you need a NEW KNOWLEDGEABLE about handling and managing an Apartment. I always pay on time for everything and Guess what I got a warning notice for $65 (utilities) it should be on my Credit. I called 6x and stop by 4x on the office and can’t find the Office Manager. They don’t know how and who stop by to ky Apartment to give my Warning notice! Tsk tsktsk maybe the owner of the Property.

Unprofessional management. Since Trinity propertys took over it turned into a nightmare. before them it use to be the WoodSong apartments where the staff actually cared about their tenants. BelAire treats you like cattle and will come on your patio without notice. The community is changed so much over the last 8 months of the BelAire takeover. They are letting anyone and everyone move in. I have moved out a month and a week ago. It was getting to the point where I didnt feel safe at night in the community. Parking is the worst. I always had to park on the other side of the complex. MY DEPOSIT hasnt came after 5 weeks and now we just got an email stating its going to be another 3 weeks because they need to put a stop pay on the original check that they never sent out to us. RIDICULOUS. nothing but HEADACHES. THIEVES. They by CALIFORNIA LAW have 21 days to send out your deposit. THEY CARELESS about the laws!! All they care about is taking your $$$!!!!!!

I Love The staff at Belaire! Melanie,Anda,Alvarro, and Maria are extremely optimistic and dedicated to helping solve any concerns weve had since moving in. Their enthusiams and customer service alone spoke volumes for us since when encountered by other apartment complexes we werent greeted with such services. Robert and Mario from maintenance have been extremely attentive and have handled all our concerns in a timely manner! love love love !!!

Im not going to mention all the things wrong since this new management took over. I dont have enough time to list all of that. But then out of nowhere they leave notes on everyones doors saying that they changed our parking spaces. So were all confused about where to park, then three days later they leave another note, exactly the same as the first one, but now with a completely different parking space listed! The worst part is that the note says to call the tow company and have people towed. Like how is that right, theres so much confusion because of their unprofessionalism and they want neighbors to start having each other towed. What a joke. There was literally no reason for them to change the spaces and Im pretty sure its illegal because my parking space is listed on my lease, so how can they just change it. They left everyone confused because they didnt even say like effective immediately or starting tomorrow or anything, just this note saying welcome to Belaire Apartments and then very unnoticeable at the bottom it had a parking space number listed that was different than my normal one. For all I knew it was a typo because they mess up on so much at these apartments. Now a lot of peoples spaces got moved across the street from their apartment when their spaces were right in front of their building. It just makes no sense and everyone is super mad. I think we should all get together and sue because our leases list our assigned spaces, and they cant just keep changing the spaces every three days with no notice, people are getting mad, fighting with their neighbors, and people are going to get towed because of the confusion.

This place is a joke!!!! After the new management company took over this place has gone downhill . They are doing all these renovations but really just making a huge mess of the community. They power washed the outside of the apartments and left several rusty nails on my patio and mud inside my apartment. They are raising the rent ridiculous amounts and not to mention all of the amenities we pay for are closed. They said the pool would be open 6/30 and its 7/3 and still not open. Our gym has been closed for awhile ... no opening in sight. The water company has changed and gone up $30 a month and they force you to pay for some stupid trash service you dont even need. The office staff is beyond rude . I went to put my 30 day notice in and had to deal with Maria, she was beyond rude the whole time and as I was leaving she slammed the door after me. If you want to live in a construction zone, be forced to pay for a pool and gym you cant ever use, be totally overcharged for rent for a standard apt and be treated with no respect then the BelAire apartments are the place for you .... Im sure they have lots and lots of vacant apartments.

Give up on the stupid trash service that you force us to pay for, it doesnt work. Trash cans and piles of trash on all the front porches its tacky and gross. Leaving notes threatening fines and evictions doesnt work because everyone knows theyre not going to follow through. Cancel the whole thing and let me save my $40 a month Im forced to pay all so the property management can get kickbacks from the trash service. And cut the grass once in a while its always overgrown and the landscaping looks horrible. And theres a mandatory $5 fee for pest control added to our water bills every month, thought we wouldnt notice you snuck that in even though its not in our lease, but when do the bug people ever come? I had less roaches when I lived in Colton. Welcome to the slums of Rancho.

I lived at Woodsong Apartments for 1.5 years. While living there was acceptable, it was by no means worth the very pricey amount that they charged. The back pool was occasionally locked for no apparent reason, there were never TP in the pool bathrooms or seat covers and the womens restroom for the entire 1.5 years that I lived there was under construction. Which really means it was locked and never going to be fixed. Try having two young daughters that need to use the restroom and are forced to use the mens with no TP or seat covers or soap in the bathroom. Great hygiene practices. The windows in the apartments are old and are not double panned so insulation is always an issue. One of our windows did not even properly fit the window frame leaving a .5 inch gap. Our shelving in the pantry cupboards were warped and uneven, but I did not think much of it, canned goods are quite heavy so I understood that. Our carpet was not new but was recently cleaned which we all know means that the stains underlying the surface, stuck in the padding will arise to the top of the carpet again once walked on enough.Upon move out, we had paid a $660 deposit and received $28 back! We left the apartment clean, paint was not required, and carpet in the living could afford to be cleaned again but that was it.We were told that the entire apartment had to be cleaned for 5.5 hours at $25 an hour which totaled $120, the apartment was painted and so were the cabinets because the shelves in the kitchen were not protected which was $305 and the entire carpet had to be replaced due to pet stains which totaled $690. Funny because we had dogs but they never went in the two bedrooms nor did they have accidents in the living room. I was prorated small amounts of these bills due to the fact that the carpet was not brand new when I moved in and the paint had I lived there for 6 more months would have been fully covered. I find this to be amazing because I have never lived in an apartment where I had to pay for paint and cleaning, that is called normal wear and tear and part of the business. Carpet cleaning yes, replacement no.You dont even want to know about the outside water, trash and sewer company they use. Which forces you to get paper statements, pay an extra 5$ a month for that paper statement and upon move out they tack on a statement closing charge of $7. Please tell me how for my tiny apartment I pay more in water and trash a month than my parents do for a 1200 square foot home on an 8000 square foot lot with beautiful grass??? We pay on average between $55-$60 a month! Um Hello!! Water and trash is an every other month bill and is not that much money!!!!! Oh but according to the apartments we dont pay for water for the grass out in the grounds for the apartments. But how come the gardeners can put their trash in the trash can that I pay for? How come when a resident moves out you dont have a special large pick up for that dumb person that left all of their stuff, but instead the facilities maintenance crew puts all of that junk in the trash that I pay for? Hmmm. Something tells me that this LLC is running a business with protocols that simply dont add up.If you ask me, this place is a scam when it comes to your deposit and they fully take advantage of their residents. I will be happy to post our stream of email communication once I have resolved my case with the Fusion LLC corporate office.
