Efficient professional service that worked with my budget. I had to have tint removed from my front windows to pass NC inspection and I was already overdue to renew my registration. All Pro got me in very quickly and performed the service very quickly as well. TJ showed me all of my options and explained the different types and grades of tint so I could make a well-informed choice. I still have to wait for the tint to fully cure but it already looks great! I was concerned about a cloudy residue on the chrome around the windows but was assured that it is just soap residue from the installation that will come off. I mention it because you can see it in the photos. They don’t clean it so they don’t risk scratching paint or trim but they offered to take a look when I called. I didn’t have time to go back so I will just keep an eye on it- I trust these guys- they were very professional and clearly experienced.

TESLA OWNERS LOOK NO FURTHER!!All Pro Tinting Staff is the most friendly, yet professional crew that I have ever dealt with when it comes to window tint. After several referrals from my fellow Tesla owners, as soon as I received my 2021 Model 3 I took it straight to them. They gave me the run down on how to eliminate as much heat and UV rays from the cabin, which in return not only protects that precious white interior but also helps conserve my battery usage and allows me to get the most out of my electric vehicle.After tinting the front of the vehicle including all 4 doors and the small triangular windows —— (which they shave by the way as you can see in the pictures. Meaning the tint goes all the way to the edge of the glass and you don’t have that gap of light coming through at the edges that every other tint shop leaves you with)—Then came the notorious back glass that brings terror into the eyes of all the Tesla owners. Most places will give you an outrageous price and then on top of that put a bunch of pieces of tint together in order to cover the entire back glass, leaving you with some kind of Frankenstein looking creation. Keep in mind the entire roof is glass which leads down to the rear window. All pro is the ONLY company you will find around this neck of the woods who will do that Tesla back glass in ONE PIECE. (And man does it look nice)I couldn’t be more happier. It was such a clean installation!Keep in mind I drove over an hour just so that these guys could do my car once and do it right. Not to mention there are plenty of fun places to grab a bite to eat and have a beer while you wait, just within walking distance!

Found some small defects in the initial tint application but am currently working with AllPro on getting these issues fixed. Hunter has been on top of communication and is helping me resolve these issues. Will update post with more info upon resolution.P.S. The facility is very clean and professional. Hunter did an excellent job demonstrating the different films and sold me on the Pinnacle 30, which has been doing an awesome job of blocking out heat. They have a nice sample display utilizing a heat lamp to show the effectiveness of different films. They also have a nice cozy waiting area.

I have been doing business with All Pro Window well over a decade now. The service is outstanding and the product does not disappoint. TJ and company took care of my wifes car today. Happy wife happy life. I am extremely particular about my vehicles and they treat them like they own them. They took care of my Super Duty as well and did a Professional job. If you want something done correctly, this is the place to go. They also made sure my new truck with a defective rear glass with defrost was noticed by dealer. Thats a 1500 dollar part I did not care to replace out of warranty. They pay attention to detail. Very rare in todays business sense. Five stars all the ways guys.

Today I dropped my car off for tint removal and to get new tint. TJ and Colton are very professional and did a great job on my new car. I highly recommend they walked me around my car after the work was completed. I will bring my vehicles here from now on I drove almost a hour for this great work!!!

So lets talk about Paint Protection Film (PPF). There are a couple of important aspects you need to know going into this. First of all, this is a process that takes a LOT of time. You will not drop your car off in the morning and have it back that afternoon. Doing just the front-end of a car is a three day process. To PPF the entire car its a week. Next, this is a very labor intensive process. It takes many hours of skilled labor to get the surface ready for the PPF. It has to be absolutely perfect. This usually involves at least one paint correction process. Even a new car, right off the showroom floor will most likely need some correction. Again, this is time and materials to get the surface to the point its ready for the PPF. The crew at All Pro will do whatever it takes to make the job right. Theyre unquestionably skilled and detail-oriented. These are pretty much the traits you want when it comes to PPF.

AllPro did a professional job on my Mercedes-Benz in a timely manner .The day before another local tinting shop had my vehicle all day and they were unable to complete the back window and had damaged plastic trim in my vehicle.All Pro had it retinted professionally in a couple hours. I took my Mercedes Cl55 in to have the windows tinted as dark as legally allowed in NC and the headlights and taillights smoked.I dropped my car off at the shop located on Newton Rd at 8:15am (open at 8am). When I get there the woman inside the gate didnt know how to open it, so I hand my keys to her over the fence, she didnt ask for my name or any information.The first call from Hunter states that my car had some tint on it and they are going to charge me $70 to remove (fair). Since they had to remove the old tint it is now going to be picked on Tuesday (ok). I get a call later in the day saying that the car is finished, I let him know I cant pick it up until tomorrow. I show up Tuesday morning around 9am and ask for my car and they told me it wasnt there...what! They never told me my car was being moved to a different location. So I head over to the other location to pick up my car and Im told it isnt ready and that they have no idea why I was told it was done.They call me a few hours later to pick up my vehicle. I head up there one more time to pick the car up. The tint is lighter than I was hoping for, but I was told that this is as dark as NC allows and they were going to give me $50 off for the miscommunication. NC legally allows 32%, they couldve installed 35%, but they went 40% and said it is as dark as they can go. I paid for my bill and when I get home, I take a look and they charged me $80 to remove the old tint, instead of the $70 Hunter quoted me. They also failed to give me the $50 credit for the miscommunication.So overall the quality of the install is good. The communication was subpar. The didnt honor the $70 removal price (charged me $80) and they didnt honor the $50 credit they told me they would give me for the communication breakdown. The film install was good, but I wanted It to be as dark as legally allowed and i was told thats what I got...but it looks like that isnt true either!

AllPro was a great experience for getting tint done on the Corvette. Friendly, fast, and they know what theyre doing. Tint came out great!They have a pretty baller waiting area too. Coffee, WiFi, a full bathroom with a shower for some reason. Just in case.Highly recommended.

Ive had 2 cars tinted here recently and both turned out fantastic! I typically have my tint work done at a very trusted shop in Greensboro, however I moved to Raleigh recently and figured Id try a local shop for a Mercedes I recently purchased. The shop in Greensboro always did a good job, however the craftsmanship that was done at All Pro was much, much better in my opinion. My mother lives in Greensboro so I had her originally go to the shop I trust there. However, after they quoted us a crazy price there, I told her to drive all the way to All Pro as their work has been far superior. Once again, both cars turned out beautifully and I am extremely picky on the craftsmanship of a tint job. Dont look anywhere else!*Edit*I wanted to post an update since my first visit with All Pro. I’ve since had several other cars tinted here and each time I do business with these guys, the experience is better each time. I don’t have any experience with any other shops in the Raleigh area, however if you’re unsure of where to go or really picky about the craftsmanship of a tint job, I wouldn’t go anywhere except All Pro. Check out the pictures of the last tint job they did on my Mercedes. And yes, there is tint on the window, they got the tint so close to the edge you literally can’t even tell it’s on there; it looks like it came this way from the factory. Another thing I wanted to point out is the fact that there’s only one guy who tints cars at this location. So you know when you see good reviews on this place, you can expect the same quality of craftsmanship on your own car as Tyson is the only gentleman that tints cars here. Don’t look anywhere else folks; these guys are the real deal. Shoutout to Hunter and Tyson, I don’t know how you guys do it!

Let me first say that I was recommended this shop by a friend that I trust completely, thanks Sean. I spoke to Hunter and we discussed my goals and expectations. Hunter knew some of the challenging aspects of tinting my BMW 335i coupe of the top of his head. Thats experience at work. We settled on a project and set a date.Installation day: these guys were professional and efficient. They identified that this car has previously had tint and there was glue remaining on the back glass. I, of course, paid them for the extra work. Everything went smoothly and by the look of the other vehicles being worked on I was sure to be happy with the job.Result: perfection. Hunter and I discussed some wrap for my car and Im sold on these guys. I grabbed some business cards and I will recommend All Pro without reservation.

They did such a great job on my 2020 Challenger Hellcat Redeye. They took their time to install the clear bra and even shipped my decals off to have them re-taped before placing them back on. Will definitely be bringing all of my other cars to them in the future.

I got my windows tinted here today and they did a phenomenal job and the staff was great to work with. I rate this 3 stars because my back seats were covered in foot prints, dirt, and crumbs all over the floor. I got my car detailed 6 days prior to this appointment so it was spotless before. It was very upsetting to see these stains on my new car. I had to get my seats professionally shampooed in order for it to come out. Im super happy with my windows but upset with the mess.

My tint started coming off because I decided to save a buck and get it done through someone on FB marketplace. Massive mistake. Colton and TJ at All Pro are pros and great their craft.
