What a great experience. I knew nothing about window tints other than they make the car darker, but apparently thats not all they do. The girl at the front desk took the time to educate me and explain the differences in each tint level and the reasons for different price points. This helped me to make a better decision between just dark windows and windows that keep my car cooler.They called 2 business days prior to confirm my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and they were nice enough to put samples on my windows so I could see real world what itwould look like. I was originally told about a 3 hour wait, but they cut that way down and I was fine waiting for the car in the lobby, never really got bored between the TV and cell phone. Just have patience and dont try to rush them. Now I need to leave my windows up for 3 to 5 days to give the film time to dry, glad my a/c works well!So give them a chance and the pricing is very upfront and no hidden add on. I wont hesitate to take another vehicle to them.

Everything was seamless from start to finish! Emailed Emily on Monday and she provided a very detailed email on the process. My appointment was Thursday and went quicker than expected. Everyone was nice, through, and knowledgeable about the process. Great place 👌!

Emily was super helpful Im coordinating a time for me to have tint installed on the front two windows of my truck. She explained all the options and showed me samples on my own vehicle. I was in and out in less than an hour. My tiny just finished drying over the weekend and it looks great and reduces heat inside the truck.

I had a great experience here! Tint looks extremely professional and I was in/out in under 2 hours with 4 windows and rear completed, for a great price as well. This is the darkest shade legal, on my Model S. Comes with a lifetime bubble warranty through 3M which is amazing because I’ve had tints bubble in the past (not completed here) and hated it. Every car Ive had over the past 15 years gets a stop at this shop before I take it home. My Honda, Mercedes and recent X5 have all been done here. I called at least two different places in Cary, before calling this place. The other window tinting locations were charging me about $80 and more, and on top of that telling me that it will take a couple of hoursI called this place and they set up an appointment for me. I showed up there at least 40 minutes earlier to drop off the vehicle. I was able to stay in their lobby, get some work done, and they took less than 20 minutes removing the tent from my windows (I need it to pass inspection)I was super happy with themIt was quick and painless!!!Thank you guys!!!Definitely will recommend

This tint company did not give me good customer service and I will not to business with them again because my back window defrosters was damage in the process in getting my tint removed and put back on. I spoke with everyone involved with this and have paper work showing proof of damage and I even have spoken with the manager and they refused to fix the glass for free but wanted me to pay for the glass and only tint my back window for free after I have spent over $300 dollars there for the work done there and another $120 dollars at precision tune to tell me that it was damage by this tint company and they could fix it but said I needed a new glass in order for my defrosters to work. I have photos and paperwork to show what happen as well from precision tune and my cell phone to proove it. I spoke with the manager and he stated to me if I change my review that they would fix it so should the work get done first before changing reviews? I thought you fix the problem first then change the review right? This is not acceptable for me. I think the corporate office should look at this review and fix my back window and tint it for free. I also should get my money refunded back to me for the tint job from the beginning and I will think about and even. Consider doing business with this tint company again so I advise anyone who reads my post to look into another tint place and go to them because you will have the same problem like I did. I hope to hear back from this tint company soon to fix this problem. I will be waiting on the response. My defrosters are still not fix yet? This tint company just doesnt want to pay for the damage they have done to my back window and that is not good customer service because the customer is always right and should be satisfied and in this case I am not.

I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called in. I got the front windows of my truck tinted 35% and it only took them 30 minutes to complete the job. The tint looks great (no bubbles at all) and the employees are nice and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality tint work. Due to social distancing they are appointment only right now, not a big deal to me just giving you a heads up.

I stopped in on a whim without an appointment after being fed up with getting my burned up with a black interior. All I knew going is was about what I was willing to pay and that these guys had some good reviews. The staff gave me a hands on demonstration of what each film would do against the suns IR radiation.After deciding what level of film i wanted in my price range they immediately started work on my car. I was in and out just under an hour and given instructions on letting the film cure for the next few days. After two days, I cannot find a single flaw in the workmanship. I looked. Hard. I am very happy with the service and product and I look forward to having them do any of my tinting in the future. Oh, and it works!The difference inside my car was immediately noticeable.

I made the appointment with the very nice lady over the phone(I think her name was Emily, sorry if its wrong) but she was able to get me an appointment for the day I was hoping for. My appointment was at 10:30am, a very rainy Saturday, and by 11:10am I was out the door and on my way!!! Love it!!

I had previously gotten tint on my back window from another place.. and needed it redone, due to damage from the hail storm back in May of 2019... To Whom:I had been shopping around for window tint. I called Emily over at Raleigh window tinting and she was just a pleasure telling me my options and listening to me tell her what I wanted. Price point was very inline with other quotes I had received. I made an appointment with Raleigh window for the same day @12:00pm. When I pick pulled up all of the window film selection where outside the building because of COVID so, I felt they were really wanting to protect the health of everyone with the pandemic. As soon as I checked in one of the techs approached Emily for keys to get started. All the techs were professional and professionally dressed. Everyone here is knowledgeable and very helpful for the customers needs. 1 hr later I was done. Beautiful tint done and a very happy customer.
