I recently had my second vehicle tinted at the Youngsville/Wake Forest office. My Grand Cherokee could not like better. The tint was installed perfectly. Huge shout out to the Youngsville office. I was in to get my new car windows tinted, Eric and his staff are professionals at there work I arrived early and the were running ahead so they were able to take me right end to start right away... The wait wasn’t that long when they finished my car looked fantastic and much better it gives me some privacy while in the car ...

I called for an estimate for my 2021 Honda Hatchback. I spoke with Eric who asked if I had a spoiler on the rear of my car. I told him that there is a spoiler on the car but it’s the original spoiler that comes on those cars. Eric proceeds to tell me that they may not be able to tint my car because of the spoiler and how time consuming it will be which IMMEDIATELY turned me off. He also told me I would have to bring my car in to be looked at first to see if they can do it...which doesn’t make sense if you’re a professional. If a paying customer is wanting and willing to do business with you-your reply should never be “those are too time consuming”! Eric told me I will more than likely run into this problem with any tint shop because my car had a spoiler. I called another tint shop that was able to get me in the same day and didn’t make a fuss over it being a hatchback or having a spoiler. The tint is superb. That’s how you do A1 business!

I went to A-1 because of all the great reviews on here and they werent wrong. Jose is genuinely a nice guy. He took the time to show me all the different tints and not just the expensive ones. They took about 3 hours to tint my Ford Focus RS, which goes to show that they take their time and get it done properly. The windows look great and I couldnt be happier............... if youre reading this then take my word for it, you dont need to look at any other company to do your tinting......these guys are the best.

Looked around 2 have my Maxima tinted @ a few places. While I did find some places that were cheaper, I dont mind paying more 4 premium work. You get what you pay for & it looks great. Called them Thursday & it was done Friday. Would definitely recommend over any other place in Raleigh. They even pointed out some scratches on my car that I wasnt aware of.

I am very happy with the outcome of my windows on my 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited. They spent a long time explaining all the different types of tint they offered. They actually went into why each tint is different besides heat refraction. Once they were done I was happy with the level of darkness and look of my windows. After a few days in the sun and once curing was done they looked even better. No bubbles and not streaks. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Eric was extremely patient and informative. I needed a Virginia Legal tint for my Lexus SC430. Not an easy car to work on but they exceeded my expectations.

I have a black car and during the heat of this summer, it has felt like hell getting in it. I got the tints done and AM NOT DISAPPOINTED! I love the look and how much cooler (temp) it feels in there. Jose took great care of my car!

Yesterday, after 2 years, a bubble appeared in my rear window. I took my car in this morning, on a Saturday, no less, and the customer service was nothing less than phenomenal. They were quite busy, and still made sure to take care of my issue. That, alone, says it all for me. Other than this bubble, the tint held up perfectly for 2 years. It turned out to be a defect in the tint, and not the installation. The tint was replaced under warranty, no questions asked. I highly recommend getting your tint done here.

Great experience all around with Jose and the rest of his staff. I took my 2006 Nissan Armada and they were very professional and had in-depth detail on all my questions that I asked. I have had all my cars ( Camry and Lexus brand cars) tinted at this location and have walked away with excellent service every time. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the latest in the industry so as to provide the best for their customers. The tint is high quality and professionally done. I ended up at A-1 by the fact that they were my third choice, but they should have been my first! The first place I called told me they wont do tint until March (what?), the second place I flat out couldnt find, and so I decided to give these guys a try. Everyone there is nice and laid back, and they finished my vehicle in about 30 minutes. Perfect work. The place is around the back of a medium size complex, but dont be deterred by that. These guys know what theyre doing.

Ive gotten 2 different trucks tinted at A1, and have never been disappointed. Perfect tint work on each window, and after 2+ years there is no bubbling, fading, or peeling. Staff is friendly and great to talk to as well.The tint also comes with a lifetime warranty - cant beat that! This will be the only window tinting shop in Raleigh that I will continue to use and recommend to others, with an excellent selection of 3M films among others.

Very dissatisfied with my experience and the quality of the tint job. I normally go to Raleigh window tinting but the reviews here were better and photos of the facilities looked cleaner. All my windows had tinny bubbles in them and some even had debris under the tint, went to the Cary story to have a few windows re done, they got the back window good the second time but still some bubbles in the two other that were redone. If your not very detail oriented or have bad eye sight then this wouldn’t bother you, but Raleigh Window tinting always did a killer job no tiny bubbles or debris under the tint.

Ive had four cars done here in the past five years. Ive used both 3m and suntek films and they carry both. They are professional in their customers service and quality of work. Three years later in brutal hot summer days, the tint still looks new, without any bubbling due to awesome installation skills. Their prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend this place.

The bro at the counter was totally professional, courteous and very meticulous. I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early and he ushered me right in even though I was early, he took such great care of my truck, he put towels inside to protect my seats from any moisture from removing my old window tint film and he made sure there was no old glue left over from the previous tint I had done from someone else who didnt do nearly as good of a job as A1 Tint Pros. I will definitely be going back to A1 Tint Pros for all of my future tint needs. GO TO THESE PEOPLE, THEYRE THE BEST!

The tint job I had done on my car looked fantastic. There were no bubbles and it looks very professional. I really liked the friendliness of the environment. They were very busy and treated each customer like they were an old friend. I would have given 5 star but they tinted a little darker than I asked.

I had all of my windows tinted on my A4 with 35% films all around a few weeks ago. I am very impressed with how the films came out looking. Very clean and not too dark. And theres not a single bubble that remained after the films were given time to cure. The representative at the front desk was very knowledgeable. There was an error in my appointment scheduling, but he was able to still get my car in and out in an hour. With that being said, I highly recommended this shop to others.

Got tint job in March and the service was excellent. The employee that assisted me was Jose, and I was exceptionally impressed with his positive demeanor and attitude (considering the fact that it was a hot day and I was the last customer of the day). The tint job looks great, no smears, or uneven tinting. I would recommend this business to anyone, especially if you are looking to feel appreciated as a customer. I was going to go and have the job done somewhere else but I am glad I came here.

These gentleman did a great job on my tint! They provided good customer service, rapidly scheduled my appointment, and completed the job in a timely fashion. They offer quality tint with a warranty, gave me the facts I needed and allowed me to make my own decision without trying to sell me whatever THEY wanted to sell that day. They tinted the windshield and side windows on my Chevy Silverado, the side windows are FLAWLESS, WITHOUT gap in the film at the top, and the huge windshield is NEARLY FLAWLESS. There are a few VERY small specks that didnt bake out completely, but its a BIG area and wasnt done in a negative pressure room. Would recommend these guys any day, and will be back when I have other tint needs!

Took my Infiniti M37x in today and Jose got my vehicle right in and listened to my needs then made a recommendation. This is my 3rd car to be tinted at A-1 Tint Pros. The first was a 90 Honda Accord, the second was a 05 Chevy Cobolt and now my 2013 Accord. I can tell you first-hand that these guys do absolutely flawless work consistently. The staff is extremely detail-oriented and they use high-quality tint that will never bubble on you or turn purple. They did a great job on my car, and the customer service is exceptional! Recently, I came back to have my windshield tinted, the rest of the car was done earlier this year by them as well. After waiting a couple of days I noticed a few minor imperfections, mostly because of my OCD, so I called Jose up and came back in to have it checked out. Without hesitation he immediately set me up with an appointment to have it redone. This time it looks great and I couldnt find anything wrong with it. I never actually got my car tinted here because it seemed impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone despite calling during working hours; nobody returned the voicemails I left either. I ended up going to Mr. Stereo down the street who scheduled a next day appointment for much cheaper!

Had two of my cars done here, they have great skill with their work and always return the car clean. Never any issues with bubbles or delamination. Their shop is enclosed with climate control to make sure the film goes on perfect. Great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Had tried to go to another tint shop and they were way over priced for the quality of materials and wouldnt have been able to get me in for over a week after I called. So I called A-1 Tint Pros to see what they could do. Top notch service and materials. They were able to get me in the same day if I had been able to make it before closing. Great Job! Fixed the bad tint job that another tint job couldn’t do. No creases or debris. Even showed me where the other company cut my brand new windshield. Excellent job. Hands down beats any other competitor on Capital Blvd.
