I have been here many times, and every single time has been wonderful! They are kind, professional, and do an amazing job. EV (apologies if I misspelled her name) did my nails today and did a fantastic job! She took her time, was considerate, and went above and beyond. Couldn’t have asked for more, and will definitely continue coming back and will continue to recommend to everyone I know! Thanks again to EV and everyone at Polished!

I made a reservation for a few members from my bridal party to get some pedicures before my wedding. We had to add a few people last minute and were hesitant at first, but then they were super accommodating. We got champagne and they even let me pop the cork! There was music and we had a small dance party, it was a blast and my pedicure looked great, would definitely recommend!

When I say I LOVE this place. Made a day of decision to get my nails done because I’m going on a cruise in a week, called when they opened and they were able to get me in at my desired time.came in with a inspo picture an sis did not disappoint. Was just going to do a gel polish an until lilly told me the color powder was the same price as gel polish an the color would not chip I was sold.these are hands down the prettiest nails I’ve ever gotten from here with nail art add on on both my ring fingers I paid 75$.

My feet feel amazing after getting the all in pedicure! Chris was helpful and friendly in helping me decide on colors and the right service. Thus was my first time but I will definitely be back soon!

Ive gotten a pedicure here a few times and had mixed experiences. Overall, it is better than the handful of other places I tried, but the atmosphere is loud and bright. The quality varies by the person I get but still averages better than other places Ive went. I would not go here when you have a specific time frame to stick to. Ive always made an appointment but it does not seems to make a difference to the time you receive service. The salon is also nicely located to many other things including some delicious Thai food and a parking garage.

Chris is the best! Four stars because my friends nail tech didnt do a fantastic dip and her nails started peeling after a week but I had a great experience. Make sure and ask for champagne!

I really loved this place and the vibe/staff but unfortunately my dip nails are turning gray after less than a week. I went to another nail bar in the area a few times and got white dip polish on my nails. They always turned gray after a few days and were almost dark brown by the end of 3 weeks. I told the nail technician at Polished this and she told me that it wouldn’t happen with the dip products they use. Less than a week later and my pink nails are turning gray. I think it has something to with the gel polish they use on top of the dip polish. I previously went to a salon in LA that didn’t use the UV gel and my white nails never turned colors.

It was a fairly nice place though with an odd middle bar type setup rather than individual tables, but nothing wrong with that. I had an appointment, got in early and was seated. It was a little busy so not too big of a deal to wait a few minutes. However one of the ladies was about to start on me (got supplies ready and had me pick my color and everything) when she decided to go and help a walk in customer who came in after me because she knew her. This caused me to have to wait even longer for the next available person which was fairly frustrating when youre already waiting past your appointment time. But the lady I got was very nice and I think she did a decent job so that made me happy. Overall it wasnt a bad experience, just be cautious if you are tight on time.

I gave this nail salon a try because it seemed very cute walking by. I was seated immediately but had to wait a while for service - not the biggest issue. Logan ended up being my nail tech. If I ever came back, I definitely would not be serviced by him. I felt like an inconvenience the entire time he did my pedicure and fill in. During the pedicure, I asked if I could have a thin white “French tip” line added to see if it looked nice with the polish color. He told me “if you want it. But if I put it on, you’re going to have to just get it - it’ll just be a waste of time to take it off.” Clearly I didn’t mean for him to do all my toes to see if I liked it, obviously you could just do one or half of one. But, his response was off putting so I didn’t comment.When it came to my fill in, he rushed my filing, buffing, and shaping. I hate to correct them because it feels rude, but I had to on multiple nails. $85 later, I’d like to try this establishment again, but to feel like I’m a burden to someone isn’t worth it.

I feel conflicted as I write this review. On one hand, the 2 nail techs who helped me were very nice and efficient. I liked that one did toes while the other did nails. They did a good job. On the other hand, the man at the front was very rude to me and of no help when I asked him a question. I was charged $70 for an acrylic full set. Online it says $35. I was offered no explanation for this, I am assuming they just Jack up their prices whenever they like.

First, the communication between me and the nail techs were very poor. Gave me a service I didn’t ask for and still charged me. I asked for a soak off and full set. They gave me a manicure without acrylic nails. I kept telling her I wanted acrylic but she kept saying next time next time next time. Finally someone else did my acrylic nails; however, today the gel polish has peeled off! They charged me for the manicure that I didn’t even ask for. Also, they charged me for coffin shaped, but made my nails regular squared. Horrible service and communication. Will never go there again. Come of my nails are slanted to the side. Spent a little over $90 on everything just for me to have to go to another salon and spend more money to get them redone 😡. They also made me bleed twice. I do not recommend this.

I have been getting my nails done for years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I went in yesterday for nail extensions for my bridal shower this weekend and the guy who did my nails was in such a rush and didnt listen to anything I wanted. Not only are they so thick looking and the length is different on each hand but its not even the color I asked for. The worst part was I left with bloody hands, he worked so fast and was so focused on the rest of the salon that he literally burnt/cut several of my fingers with a NAIL FILE and then told me I was too sensitive! My fingers are in so much pain today from the deep cuts. I was weirdly kind enough to let it go and then he ripped off a huge area of my cuticle being too hard and rough. Needless to say I will not be back and would not recommend this salon to anyone! Its a huge disappointment because I used to go here before quarantine all the time but now they are so busy its like they are trying to get you done as fast as possible to get to the next person. Super disappointing. And yes, I ended up paying the full thing even with bloodied hands. Horrible service, Im so upset. Now I get to try to hid my hands at my own bridal shower. I could not be more upset after this service.

I wish I could say I had a good experience at polished, but I didn’t. I heard good things about them and was eager to try it here since I couldn’t find a nail salon I really liked, but unfortunately my experience was bad. I made an appointment but my nails were not being worked on until 30 minutes after my appointment time. They did give me a glass of wine while I was waiting, which was nice, but the overall chaos of the salon took away from any relaxation. Once someone finally started on my nails, they went extremely fast. I got a gel manicure and I think it took her maybe 20 minutes. Everywhere else I go would spend double the amount of time on my nails. I did not receive a real manicure expect for having my cuticles done. On top of that, two of the nails started to chip only a couple days after getting them done. I understand that a lot of places are understaffed, but I would’ve appreciated more care being put into my nails but I just felt rushed. I can’t say I’ll be coming back here.

Terrible service over all, do not waste you money here. I called in to get a manicure and a full set in white, simple. They told me to come in and I arrived 10 minutes early. They sat me at the bar in the closest seat to the door and computer. Didn’t think anything of it at first until I realized the person doing my nails would also be the same person answering the phone, receiving and seating customers coming in. Finally after he finished directing his team and sitting more people down he came up to me and asked me what I wanted. I specifically asked for a MANICURE AND A FULL SET. He started to work on my nails and immediately started gluing the tips to follow up with the process of acrylic nails (NEVER got the manicure I asked for) meanwhile he was working on my hands without looking down at the nails half the time. He was too busy greeting costumers, answering the phone and directing his staff on who to sit and work on next. While he was applying the acrylic he was still looking everywhere but at my nails so he was leaving BIG GAPS on the sides of my nails without product, I told him I didn’t like that and I asked him to fill it up with more acrylic but he said it’s ok that way because he’s gonna file it anyway. He didn’t measure my nails so my left and right hand nails were all different sizes and filed slanted to the side. I asked him to file them straight and he said it was because my fingers were crooked that the nails were crooked. He put the clear coat on dried my nails and told me to go wash them then I was done. I couldn’t believe the way he left my hands and said I was good to go, I wanted to Cry. I payed 60 dollars besides the tip I left him. I left the establishment and chose to go back because of all the excess product and extra skin left all over my fingers. When I came in I explained to him I didn’t like the finished product and I wanted to fix it. He blamed me for the crooked nails, gaps and excess product again. Saying they were crooked cause of my finger shape, that the gaps because I chose powder acrylic and the excess product because I didn’t wash my hands right afterwards. He finally filed the nails and added some product to ONLY my thumbs on the side but not the rest he put clear coat again and told me I was finished then sent me to “was my hands correctly” so the excess product comes off. So after the second time I STILL left unhappy. I had to fix them at home and give myself a manicure.

Great service. Got seen right away and they were very friendly. I live in California and every time I come out here to visit friends I make sure to come here. I love this place.

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and I’m usually pretty picky but this was the best experience I’ve had at a salon by far!! My best friend and I went in for last minute pedicures and we were immediately accommodated & service was phenomenal!! The nail techs were beyond friendly and carried on great conversation. We will most definitely be coming back here!

I had a great experience getting a manicure and a pedicure until they tried to charge me $10 more than the price advertised. It was explained to me that prices had changed since they printed their menu; they had updated the coats online, but not on the printed menu. I had to go back and forth with the manager to get him to charge me what was advertised on the printed menu (it’s all I saw before selecting).Overall, the staff was great, the services were executed well, and the drinks were flowing, but the management turned me off to this establishment.

I have been coming to this shop for about 1 year now and I absolutely love this place! Every time I go in they always get me started right away and staff are amazing, they get me seated and pour me a drink (before COVID-19). Donnie did my nails today and I LOVE them. Best nail place in Raleigh.

Loved the atmosphere. They need better service though. I noticed they provide beverages or ask if you’d like something to drink. Everyone in the salon had a glass or was asked if they wanted something to drink I was never asked neither times I was there. I asked for dip but needed to have my nails soaked off. After sitting there for 30mins without being acknowledged I asked if someone could come drill the acrylic off my nails so I could leave. I waited for an 1 1/2 just to have my nails soaked off after I decided I didn’t want to get the full service

I dont tend to leave reviews, but here I am. I thought I had found the salon for me, but recently, the service and performance of techs hasnt been worth the trip. Since they arent accepting reservations, the wait is insane. My most recent visit left me with multiple cuts from the tech rushing and clipping my cuticle way too short. I also got a chip in the dip polish the following day, so I was highly disappointed in the quality of the work done. Communication amongst staff and between customers and staff is nonexistent. I will be going elsewhere from here on out.

Great pedicure! Loved my technician. Place could use some deep cleaning--everything is white so all the dirt shows up easily. Also wasnt a fan of the loud music while trying to relax. Parking is validated which was nice. Place also had a ton of regulars so apparently the skill is there.

Odd interpersonal experiences. One of the staff members laughed at my friend and communication was off. Additionally, when she wanted a different color the technician made her get up with her wet feet and go get it herself even though she knew the name of the color. Nails looked good but chipped the next day after $45 for regular mani/pedi. Additionally, I am usually asked what shape I want my manicure done but she just started giving me round. I spoke up and asked for square (which I am usually offered) and she said it wasn’t possible. Odd! Don’t think we’ll be back.

I had a great experience and the services were on point!!!! I was greeted with a polite Hello and because of COVID-19 my temperature was taken and I had to wash my hands as followed by State laws. I enjoyed my visit and I will be back.

So I normally do my own nails and about a month ago I decided I would treat myself. I wasnt happy with my first salon choice so when it was time to go again I started looking into new places and found Polished. The experience here was so nice and my nail tech was amazing. I let him choose the style of my nails which I havent done in awhile and I was very please. They are a little pricey but I feel like its worth it.

Under new management..felt rushed and still waited forever...not my top go to any longer. Thinking to give them one more chance for old times sake, but well see.

The service was wonderful but the end product was not. A friend and I both had a mani-pedi with a full set of french acrylics. Her toenail polish chipped the next day, my nails started breaking a week later. The prices are too high for such a short lasting product. Again, the service exceeds expectation but sadly, the product does not.

I have been coming to polished for over 2 years exclusively. I was never the type of person that would get manicures or pedicures on any sort of normal basis. After coming to polished for the first time with the exception of quarantine last year I have been back EVERY 2 WEEKS! I just love it here. I look forward to my time here where I can just relax listen to some fun music and chat with everyone. Especially with all the restrictions due to covid, I look forward more now than ever people greet me when I walk in by name and always make me feel welcome. I always enjoy seeing Donnie, Coco, Paige, Jerry, Chris, Jen and all the rest of the polished family. ❤️

Chris gives an amazing pedicure! I love his attention to detail. He always makes genuine conversation and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed! Will did my nails for the first time yesterday and I was really pleased with those too. Thanks guys, I will be back!

I arrived there this morning shortly after a bridal party and I was taken care of immediately. I had an SNS dip change and toe polish change since I was in a bit of a rush to make an appointment. They did an excellent job and I was very satisfied. They were friendly, great conversation, and efficient. I will say to bring cash because they only do cash tips. I completely forgot about this and did not want to pay my banks ATM fee (they have an ATM inside) and was in a bit of a rush so I’ll be sure to tip them when I come back. I highly recommend this place to all. It is also fun and the music is great!!

This place is awesome! I called to get an appointment last minute and they gave me the best gel set on my feet and nails.... they are also one of the few nail salons where the technicians are friendly and conversational.

Kelly did a great job! I get a gel manicure. Parking is not great but found out you can park in the deck on the side of the shop and get your ticket validated.

My husband went yesterday to get a manicure and pedicure. Weve been to Polished before and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. However, his experience was subpar. Not only was it not clean but they also overcharged him for his manicure and pedicure.

I had a wonderful experience with my nail tech LILY! Her spirit was amazing! She was kind and professional. This was my 2nd time there and overall I can say that they are really consistent with their cleanliness. That in itself is a big deal for me. The atmosphere overall is great! My only critique would be the music. At times it can be a bit vulgar. If thats the music of choice its fine but Id rather they plan the non-explicit version :-)

Polished is by far the best nail bar in Raleigh. The staff is extremely attentive and hospitable. The building is both beautiful and clean. The staff is sure to check temperatures of all clientele that walks in the door and cleans to an extreme degree. Everyone that works here make the process of getting your nails done so fun! Coco is incredible at styling and designing my nails. She picks a new product for us to try each week and Im always blown away with her work! If you want incredible nails that will last come to Polished.

The place was very dirty. Don’t waste your money. You’re better off doing them yourself than going here.

My sister and I went for manicures and pedicures today and received poor quality and service. Our appointment was at 1:00 pm, we were seated and waited with our feet in cold water for 30 minutes before someone came over and we had to request the water to be warmed up. Our pedicures felt rushed and the technicians messed up our pedicures, my sisters toe nail polish was messed up because they werent dry when the top coat was applied and when she had to ask for them to be fixed the technician blamed her. My pedicure was messy and polish was left all over my toes. My sisters manicure was terrible. The tech rushed, didnt ask her what shape she wanted or if she wanted them cut down, the tech cut down her nails way too short, past the top of her fingers and didnt shape them at all, not to mention the gel itself is lumpy because the tech didnt let them dry enough between coats. We also asked for her nails to be filed better and a different technician said the file shape isnt wrong your finger is crooked, her finger isnt crooked the technician just cant shape a nail to save her life. They blame their mistakes on their customers, rush through services, and do not ask further questions like how long you want your nails or what shape you want them. It was a waste of money for poor services. I dont know why this place is so popular, we will not be going back, we touched up the mistakes ourselves at home. We went here because we received gift certificates, I would highly recommend Celebration Nails or Navi Nail Spa, where I have received incredible service and they make you feel special and like they have time for you.

A friend and I booked online to get pedicures on a Saturday morning. Apparently they only do walk ins on Saturday but allow their site to book appointments. I do not mind waiting but I waited over an hr. Not once in that hour did anyone from management or the owner come over to speak to me or even acknowledge my wait. He blamed the staff for being slow but he is the one who mismanaged his online booking service ... I was only able to get a color change due to having to be at another appointment . I will never be back. If you have time to waste and like poor communication then by all means come here. The actual staff were pleasant it’s a shame poor management ruins experiences and business.

I came here (Dad) with my date and our daughters. We walked in and made an appointment however, they did accept walk-ins.I can say that love this place. The staff are absolutely hilarious and fun to be around. It was truly the first time I’ve enjoyed going into a nail salon.I definitely recommend this place for a regular nail day, a group event, or a gift.I recommend you take an Uber there and enjoy the free unlimited wine and beer! We will return.

Terrible service. Poor nail job. I cannot emphasize enough go somewhere else. I could have done a better job by myself. My nails are unbelievably short, like so much so that they are sensitive and my toes are unevenly covered. I will never get my nails done here again. They do not match and they are shaped really weirdly. I have received much better service at other places. This was so disappointing.

I went with my boyfriend to get a mani/pedi. this was my second time going because they did an amazing job the first time for my graduation nails. i went back and the lady that did my nails was sloppy. she was rushing and did horrible on my nails. the manicure is almost transparent in the light. my nails are very uneven on both hands. the pedicure has bumps and the nail polish is uneven. At the end of the session she charged us 90 dollars when i got a regular mani/ pedi (no design) and my boyfriend got a pedicure as well (regular) 45 for mine and 30 for his. DO NOT GO HERE

I decided to give this nail salon a try a few days ago. I made an appointment the day before and let them know that I was wanting 2 services (SNS mani and a regular pedi). When I arrived I sat down and a gentleman started my pedi and did a GREAT job. However, once he was done I was escorted to the bar where they were going to do my manicure. I had SNS on my nails already and was sort of surprised that they did not wrap my nails before doing my pedi, for time purposes. I got to the bar and the man that did my pedicure told me he does not do SNS and that it would be a while before they even wrapped my nails to soak. I was quite disappointed as I had made an appointment the day before and I watched a few people come in and say they were walk ins and got sat immediately. I left that afternoon with 1/2 of the services that I was expecting and no one even tried to fit me in or make it work. They also only take tips via cash and if you dont carry cash you have to take it out of the ATM they have there and of course you have to pay a surcharge. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

First time getting gel and I loved how they turned out! when i walked in I thought I would have to wait and while but I was surprisingly sat right down and they started getting to work. I liked the vibe of the place a lot and thought the service was good. for it being my first time getting gel I thought the price wasn’t too bad ($35) I love how they’ve held up even after one week.

Ive been twice now, and I can say I have yet to be disappointed! 2 fantastic gel manicures and one great pedicure later, I will definitely be back! Oh, and dont forget to eat something before you go, because the drinks do not go unfilled :)

Tina did such an amazing job on my nails! I had never been here before and I’ve always bounced around between salons because I never found one that really did my nails well, and the way I asked for them. She did it in a timely manner and did so well. I love this place and I will be going back again!

I always come in here to get my nails Dipped, a lot of the times I come in here a lot of the techs will assist other customers first that are non black, and I don’t appreciate that, I feel like they get better service when my money is green just like theirs ! Don’t go to this salon if you want to get treated like you lower class !

I set my appointment for a pedicure and manicure earlier that day . When I spoke to the polished nail representative he was super friendly and professional over the phone. When I walked into the establishment I was greeted by a couple employees . Upon entry they check my temperature and request that i wash my hands . Which I appreciate during the time (covid). After washing my hands Jason greeted me and showed me to my station to get my pedicure . Listen ladies/ Gentlemen the seats here are super comfortable. Jason was awesome he did a great job giving me a pedicure. He was friendly and could keep up a good conversation. Amber did my manicure and she did great . She was super friendly and did a great job on my nails . Pricing is extremely fair . The music there was a great mix of today hits . 10/10 would recommend this nail salon .

Polished is one of my favorite spots in raleigh. The girls (and guys) there are insanely talented and always great to see and talk to. Not a lot of nail salons create a welcoming atmosphere for guys but polished nailed it. There are guys getting pedis every time Im in there, so get your mans in there! All I have to say is champagne and glitter walls. GLITTER WALLS!

I have mixed feelings. I have been here twice because I usually go to a salon a little closer to my house. The first time I came to Polished I got dip and it lasted a very long time, typical of other dip manicures I’ve had. I went back recently to get an ombré french dip manicure. It came out amazing and my experience at the salon was very positive. But the manicure started chipping the day after I got it. The polish at the tip of the nail wore off immediately and smaller chips began to make their way up onto the nail. The chipping looks the way regular nail polish chips. Very easily without any struggle. I’ve never had a dip manicure like this. Usually dip is extremely strong and thick and takes some serious work to get off, but this is just flaking off. The manicure was also $20 more expensive than other salon prices nearby. I’m assuming the brand of dip they’re using now has changed or is something different. I don’t think I’ll come back, but if it didn’t chip I would.(Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner, but every single nail is chipped and getting it fixed would require every nail being re-done which I think would be time consuming and may happen again. Im not rough on my hands, no physical/manual labor, etc, and the dip practically flakes off just looking at it! Dip will destroy your natural nails, and the true benefit of it is that it is quite solid and long-lasting, which isnt the case here)

I have mixed reviews on my experience. A few of the technicians I observed had nice interactions but the lady that did my nails seemed in a rush and got very frustrated when I asked for one of the nails to be touched up. After many loud frustrated sighs and making my cuticles bleed I told her not to worry about it. Other ladies in the bridal party had a better experience but I wont be back.

Im taking away my 5 star review away. After wasting over two hours of my time and the owner refusing to give me a discount, Ill take my money elsewhere.

I went here to get a pedicure. First they didn’t put anything in the water! That’s right plain ol water and it was cold. I told my tech that but he completely ignored me. This place wasn’t clean. I seen leftovers nails on the floor & the pedicure bowls looked very dirty. Also they did not use a liner. This place looks fancy but that’s not the case, they are overpriced! DONT GO HERE!

Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed the day before for 2:00 p.m. at the Glenwood location and was told it would be a bit of a wait. Sure, no problem, however after sitting around for 45 minutes I eventually got fed up and left. If I was simply a walk in, then a long wait time would be acceptable. But seeing as I had an appointment, having to wait for an hour is absolutely ridiculous. I suggest not confirming appointments for a specific time when you obviously can’t honor them. Terrible waste of my time and patience.

I went in for a liquid gel fill in with gel polish. My nail tech and I guess the manager kept pressuring me to get dip powder. If I wanted dip powder I would’ve asked for it. Then when I said no to dip they still wouldn’t do the liquid gel fill in. They said that acrylic would be better but I hate acrylic on my nails because it isn’t healthy. I went ahead and got it since they were basically forcing me to. Now in two weeks I’m going somewhere else to get the acrylic soaked off of my nails and get the actual liquid gel fill in like i wanted. I don’t think I will be back. Please just do what the customers ask. Thanks

It was awesome the first time I ever got my feet done and the staff was awesome my feet feel sooo good and will be going back!!!

I went in to get one nail fixed, and they told me that they had no way to charge for that, they couldn’t color match the shade unless I did a complete polish change on all my nails....the color was burgundy.... and “besides that, my nail looked fine to them, it was my finger shape that was the issue” and so I was basically turned away from this business unless willing to pay $35-55 for, basically, completely new nails. There was only one customer there and I’m not surprised. I said thanks but no thanks and I went straight to Cameron Nails and Spa on Cameron Street and they had no issues matching the burgundy or fixing my nail. I am very happy with the results, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I also got my eyebrows done at Cameron Nails and Spa and they did a great job. For anyone reading reviews to see if they should go to Polished Nail Bar, I recommend Cameron Nails and Spa instead.

I called to see if they accepted walk-ins and they worked me in immediately. This was my first mani/pedi in a long time and it was worth the wait! John and Chris were very attentive and did a great job on my gel mani and pedi. I also got my brows and lip waxed and the technician was quick and efficient. I will be back!

Luxe ambiance and impeccable service. They did my design exactly like the picture I showed them. And the took me right back and started on me. No waiting. And I liked the precautions they took due to COVID. I was very pleased. Highly recommend.

My gf dragged me here for a couples mani pedi day and I gotta admit, it wasn’t bad. Fair warning, the place isn’t as clean as in the photos. But the work was incredible and they have a very cool staff. First place I’ve been where they spoke English to each other while working. That gave the experience a more personable feeling and that put them over the top for me. I would definitely recommend

I love the ambiance and vibe of the place. From my experience the men nail techs are the best! My last visit didnt go so well & i dont know if they were too busy or not but my nail started to lift literally 1 week later. I felt like a HUGE inconvience to my nail tech. Although i love this place and going with friends, i wouldn’t recommend going at the busiest time. Long wait and you feel rushed

Me and a group of girls booked pedicure appointments for our girlfriends bachelorette party. We actually booked for pedicures and a facial, but were told once we arrived they don’t do facials on the weekends. (No one told us this even tho we booked our appointments weeks in advance.)When we arrived we all decided to do the most expensive pedicure. I myself asked my nail tech the difference and his response was “more massaging” however, one nail tech did the wrong pedicure on one friend. Another did gel when she didn’t want gel. & mine & the brides pedicures were quick & NOT worth $100. I’ve had better pedicures for half the price. Very disappointed. I’m a hairstylist in the area & could tell that the reason it was rushed was due too it being so busy that day & im assuming they were low on staff. However we set our appointments weeks ago, therefore we should have been priority over the walk ins. Instead they rushed us and sent us on our way. And still charged $100 per person. One of our girlfriends had an AMAZING pedicure by a male tech and i wish i would’ve caught his name. She got an amazing massage and was the last one done, over about 30 mins. We ALL wished we would’ve gotten him. In reality he should’ve had the bride. They AT LEAST could’ve made sure hers was done properly.

Very nice place to get your nails done, my wife had hers done and they took there time and done a great job next time we are in Raleigh my wife will get her nails done here good job.

Great experience at Polished Nail Bar! They were SO great in helping me find the perfect nail color for my wedding. They were quick and efficient and we are so pleased with the final product. Will definitely be back!

Found this nail salon a month ago and loved it! Came back to get my nails done again by them. The place is so clean, the staff is so friendly. There are so many nail salons so I bounce around until I find one I like - and I found it! I’ll be back every 2-3 weeks from now on for my nails ❤️

Amazing nail work very professional have been coming to them ever over a year and will not go to any other nail salon due to the amazing work and beautiful quality of nails that last longer than anywhere I’ve ever had my nails. By far the best nail salon in Raleigh 15/10 for me and all my friends who also come here.

Coco does my nails each time and she is amazing. She is a perfectionist and her craft shows. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. The nail shop is clean and elegant. I applaud their kindness and professionalism. I will refer anyone to Polished Nail Bar.

Never in my life ...mind you get my nails a feet done every 2 weeks on schedule and spend 70.00 for both services together!!!...$30.00 for gel polish in addition to a 35.00 pediure... what in the the world is going on here..first and last time...15 min pedicure..and basically only got my nail clipped...halfway did a callus removal.. Donnie andnhis crew should be shut down dont waste your time.. price in store does not match online price list... 35.00 dollars pedicure plus 30 Gel polish ..Every other place is 15.00 but Oh per Donnie ..Excuse we are on Glenwood..makes no kind of sense!!!Lost a great consumer.... .. and to respond saying its not clear .. I am quite sure Donnie remembers charging me 35.00 for a half done pedicure with no polish not even regular polish plus a 10 removal gel fee on only two toes. If they have to scam and overcharge people for services I sure they wont last long!!

My roommate and I came here to get our nails done and we loved it. It is so cute and fun inside and our manicures came out so good!

Friendly and great customer service

Got my nails done on new year’s eve, i made an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes to get any service. the lady did my nails very quick, my nails are two different sizes and they’re chipping. it’s january 2nd.

I didn’t love my experience here. My technician was pushing me to get extra services I wasn’t interested in. Mask use was inconsistent when I was there. Initially I was happy with the way my dip nails turned out however, it’s been less than a week and they are lifting off of my nail.

They were very professional, got me in and out quickly, and are on top of their COVID precautions. I was very impressed, will definitely be returning.

We had an online reservation for 3 but when we arrived the manager told us that “the online system doesn’t know what’s going on” and that we would have to wait an hour and a half. Very unprofessional.

Polished is my new favourite salon!Vina does fantastic work and everyone there is super friendly :) My nails are perfect and I couldn’t be happier!
