Staffs are very professional, they did great job! My gel manicure was last for long time

They were accommodating fitting me in short notice..my nails looked amazing n the pedicures were great..the pedicure chairs have seen better days but hardly a complaint after such good service

I am visiting Raleigh on business and was nervous about getting my nails done sine my nails are real and long. But because they had great reviews, I gave them a shot. Bee did my pedicure as well as my dip manicure and I have to say, it was excellent and I wish I could continue to go to her. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate.

My first visit here and i was thoroughly impressed. They were friendly, and very very professional. There was a high skill level in each step of the process. I appreciated the attention to detail. This was by far the best experience i have had in a salon especially for such a fair price. I will definitely return!

I love this place!!! This is my 3rd time going there. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Amy is super sweet and will do her best to make sure that youre happy and satisfied with your service. Jimmy is amazing, he does great work. I love how he does my ombre sets. I dont remember the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she was wonderful, took her time to make sure my feet and toes were done perfect. Im definitely going to be a regular. :-)

Bee is my nail tech and she is super friendly, funny and very precise. Amy is also very sweet. There is not an overwhelming scent of acetone, theres always nice music playing and the ladies always offer something to drink (including mimosas). Highly recommend Kims nails. If going on a weekend, I would suggest making an appointment to be sure you can get in with your preferred tech.

Me and my friend got our nails done here they’re not the right shape I asked for tapered square and they’re square but it’s bumpy a couple of my fingers are cricket and he has paint on the cuticle and he also didn’t shape it right when he was filing my friend asked for Tabor Square but longer than mine and it was ugly I don’t recommend going here unless you’re getting something very very simple and the rhinestones are ugly

I have been getting my nails done by Amy, the new owner, for over 7 years. She is the best nail technician I’ve ever had!! She is works very hard, and will give you a great experience. We have become close friends over the years. Come to Kim’s nails- you won’t regret it!

The BEST nail place I have ever been too and let me tell you that Ive been to a lot of places! I made a last minute appointment and they took me any ways. I arrived 15 minutes early and didnt even have to wait even when they were busy. The lady that did my nails was perfect!! My massage was awesome! I was so relaxed! Im definitely coming back! My hands and feet never looked better! Thank you for taking such good care of me!!

Kim’s Nails is under new ownership and the quality of the shop is stellar. The women who work there are knowledgeable, hard working, use clean utensils and are so kind. I felt completely comfortable there and my nails look great! I highly recommend Kim’s Nails.

They just moved locations. Hadn’t been there before and Amy did my nails. I am getting my nails done for 17 years and she might just be my favorite nail tech ever. I love my nails she was so detailed, very concerned about everything being perfect and very concerned that I love my nails and was happy. I I am extremely impressed. I have paid less here with tip than most of the other salons I would go to in the area. I highly recommend you give them a try worst case scenario you don’t absolutely love your nails they said just come back in and I’ll fix it and make you happy.

Ann was so humble and sweet, she held conversation but she also focused on getting my nails and toes set for perfection!!!! I’m very insecure about my feet and she made me feel so appreciated! I recommend them highly!!!

Customer service was horrible . I went here a little less than two weeks ago and got a full set . I believe it was the owner Amy . She did good as far as appearance but the quality was not good . In less than a week I had a pinky nail break as well as a few others lifted . I am not rough with my hands, I type all day so I know nothing of my own doing made it break . It came off so easily that I barely felt it ! No worries I was sure to get it fixed in a few days . Went to the shop this past weekend and mentioned how I had a broken nail as well as some lifting . This ho gone tell me “ maybe I shouldn’t have come there” umm how dare you . I will be taking my service elsewhere. I’m truly upset because I thought I’d finally found a shop to go to ... ughh !!

I would have to say that this place has potential if they slow down. I went for a fill in due to this being the closest place to my job. She did the quickest fill in ever, resulting in my nails being bumpy and lumpy. Very nice lady, but she has got to slow down because its not good when one has bumpy nails. I was very dissatisfied with my nails.

Worst manicure ever, she rushed the whole time. She didnt even do a proper manicure, got polish all over my cuticles. Just horrible idk if it was bc she had other ppl waiting but I will not be returning!!!

My daughter went to get acrylic nails with regular polish and they quoted her a price of $35 saying that the length she was asking for was the reason it was so expensive. However she didnt ask them to do them long at all as she is only 14 and they did them the exact way thar she was requesting before for $25. The price changes every time I have bought her here to get her nails done and the work is not that great. If im going to pay $35 for acrylic nails then i will go to a cleaner more professional nail salon. I do not recommend this salon to anybody, unless you can appreciate being ripped off.

Only place I get a pedicure & I live 45 minutes awayI gave it 5 stars earlier (9-12-18) . I changed to 2 stars today (10-17-18) because the last time I got a pedicuare from them the polish started coming off 2 days later. It was still summer time and I dont wear closed in shoes during the summer. When I called and spoke to the female owner, she accused me of wearing closed in shoes and saying it was my fault. That was an untrue statement. So, I refused to take the 45 minute drive up there for her not to service me. So, now I will find a new place, closer to my home. Asians tend to always blame the customer and are usually unwilling to satisfy the customer after a complaint has been made. I had been using her for 2 years and to receive this kind of treatment, caused me to look elsewhere! I AM DONE WITH KIMS NAILS!!!

Theyre ok if you are looking for a quick fill-in. Otherwise, Id suggest you try a different place. I got a full set and the tech barely filed the nails down resulting in really thick nails. I asked for the oval shape and they were rather uneven.

Last year i went to this nail shop first time and also the first time ever getting manicure and pedicure, i didnt know much about gel nails but the owner explains how it works and took her time to give me gel nails but the second time i went in i decided to get manicure which i have to pay extra $5 to get my heels to be well scrubed but that wasnt the case it came out not good because i was rushed and for my maniicure the owner didnt do a good job because she filled my nails so bad that my nails started feeling so sensitive to touch which took more than a month to heal and my nail took more than two months to start growing out strong.And upon that the owner complaine she has arthritis that she cant do much as before that she couldnt take out and redo the nails so after she did as much as she can on my nails i still pay a full price and also tip them even though it doesnt look good at all. It took me more than a year to write this review because looking back it was a very pain service so i decided not to return for any other service. I do not recommend.
