I absolutely love this salon. I recently moved back to the triangle area and struggled to find a good nail salon but thank god I found this one. All of the employees are wonderful but I have a special place in my heart for Yumi! She is the sweetest and no matter what nail art or design I ask for she does it no hesitation & perfectly! 10/10 Recommend; the ambiance is great too!

BEST NAILS EVER!!!! I went to joja nails because my friend saw their instagram and it looked so good! It lived up to everything we hoped for! Jackie did my nails, the green, and did so amazing. She took her time and her attention to detail was unmatched. She was so personable and made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this place for your next nail appointment!

Probably the worst nails ive ever had. i paid $75 for this. the website says its $45 for a full set with acrylic gel powder. my nails are uneven, different lengths and crooked. i want my money back.update: they are now refusing to give me a refund saying they have a no refund policy posted and i didnt say anything to have them fix my nails, i didnt because i have anxiety and i dont like confrontation. they shouldn’t have let me leave thinking these look good, especially for the price.Update: yes i did tip because im not a bad person, you had other customers in the salon and i also have anxiety as i mentioned which is why i waited until i left. it was also explained on the phone that i am from new york and im here on vacation, meaning i didnt have time to sit there and have my nails redone or come back to get them fixed. i dont think its right for any business to not have a return policy because as a business you want your customers to be happy and to recommend your business and not have to leave reviews like this. the girl that did my nails was very nice and explained to me that she just moved to the area which made me feel more anxious about telling her that i didnt like my nails and that they were uneven. the only sign i saw in the business was to use a bluetooth device for your phone while getting your nails done.. nothing about not having a return policy, which is also funny to me because the fact that you dont do returns makes it clear to me that this must happen a lot.

I drove an hour to go to this location after looking through their website and seeing all the incredible services they offer and I had an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and had great attention to detail. I loved how they prioritized ensuring my nails looked the best they could and that the nail design I wanted came to life perfectly! While I was there every customer was helped immediately and offered a drink prior to starting their service. I loved the environment and how caring the staff was. I will definitely be recommending this salon to my family and friends in the area!

My friends and I went to Joja Nails to get gel and acrylic nails, the staff was extremely helpful and our nails turned out wonderful. The price was great for the quality and attention to detail. Ive been here 3xs without complaint. I originally found them on IG and saw the designs they could give so I was on board. I booked with Quinn and shes my go-to. From what Ive seen others are capable and super nice too! Im a simple design girl who has been getting gel-builder for over 10 years but had a horrible experience at another shop in Wake Forest that caused my nails to break so I had to start over with my overlays. Quinn asked me about trying the dip powder and its been amazing. My nails are almost the length I want them in about 1 month (they were low as you can imagine and brittle). I also love their policy on not putting your phone on speaker to talk to whoever is calling you. Wear your earpiece because its rude and I dont want to hear your entire convo! I book my appointments online as well. They also offer comp drinks like other places.

I set an appointment today at 2:00pm for 3:300pm to get a gel pedi and a dipped manicure. While I was setting the appointment, the lady hung up on me before I could give her my name. Because I saw how awesome the worked looked, I called back and told her my name so that we could confirm my booking before I came out. I arrived to the establishment ten minutes early, and gave her my name. I checked into their kiosk and was asked to sit down to get my pedicure done first. After sitting down for atleast 20 minute one lady came and asked me to put my feet in a bowl that had cold water in it. She filled it ymup with more cold water. Then I sat for another hour as two more women came and and tried to translate my very simple light blue French tip. I sat as several other customers came in ans were seen who had confirmed that they didnt have appointments. After getting a foot massage and the color taken off of my toes, another women came that I hadnt spoke to and cut off the gel set I had on, as well as my natural nail without even removing the original set. This was painful and inconsiderate. As I asked her who she was and why so many people were working on me and why I had to reexplain my design so many times, she didnt answer and kept cutting at my nails. I asked to speak to a manager and asked why she cut down all of my natural nails and she said because it was easier for her that way. Me and my husband were appalled and do not appreciate the unprofessionalism. We would like to be contacted by management to get to the bottom of this issue as I do not appreciate the discrimination or the unprofessionalism.

Today was my first time going to Joja Nails and I will definitely be going back. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles from the whole staff. Everyone was really friendly. The salon is very organized and clean. I ranted to my sister about Joja Nails and she will be going there as well for her next full set. Quinn did my nails and she did an AMAZING job. I’m so happy I found a great nail artist. She’s amazing. Definitely recommend Joja Nails for someone who loves those crazy, cool artistic nails.

They are right next to the garage public parking which is so convenient.Don’t forget to ask for complimentary drinks. They serve real fancy wines here, not gallon carton cheap wine.I think their soft opening super deal is still going on. Try them before the deal ends.

When the tip fell off I had a huge green spot in my nail. Not sure what caused this because I didnt close my finger in a door or anything. This is very disappointing as I Dont usually go to the nail salon. This was the first time in years ive gotten my nails done, and this has never happened before.

Me and my best friend can not get enough of this place. We would like to go more often but our pedicures last us at least a month or longer… Even when we do strenuous activities such as hiking and dancing this place continues to give us undeniable results. I have stubbed my toe twice since my pedicure. No chip or roughness that’s noticed. Will be returning for 3 week appointment. So patient in you choosing colors and/or services.

Scheduled an appointment with Jackie on two different occasions. When I arrived for the first appointment I was told that Jackie wasn’t there and had to receive service from another tech. My nails didn’t turn out the way I requested and I had to return the next day to have them fixed. I scheduled another appointment with Jackie a few weeks later and when I arrived she told me she doesn’t do dip. This should have been disclosed when I told them I wanted dip service, from Jackie, upon scheduling my appointment. When both appointments were scheduled, no one mentioned that she wouldn’t actually do my nails but of course they allowed me to come in and find out after sitting down for service. Twice I was given a bait and switch. They knew Jackie wouldn’t be doing my nails but allowed me to schedule and find out upon arrival. I would have cancelled had I known otherwise and I’m sure they knew that.During my second appointment (I scheduled dip and pedicure) I was given gel colors that didn’t have matching products for dip. I was completely irritated with the lack of attention to detail around my scheduled services. The service is mediocre, certainly not worth the prices and the poor booking procedures/follow up were a major turn off. I really wanted to like this place but the service have been completely unsatisfactory.

I had a great experience. It had been a while since I had anything done to my nails, toes or eyebrows since Covid. I found this great salon I had a 10am appointment and I was seen on time. Quinn did my dip nails and eyebrows very satisfied. Another lady did my pedicure, she did a awesome job as well. I left very satisfied. I was only there 1 hour that was a added benefit.

Got dip powder acrylic tips. Kept asking for the tech to make the nail shape flatter and shorter and she didnt really do that, but I could have communicated that more decisively. Got sliced with the nail file on my pinky at the beginning and then cut near my cuticles on three nails with the nail drill near the end. The nails started lifting near the cuticles about a week later. Paid $65+tip and was really disappointed. This was my first time getting acrylics as a long time nail biter, so Im not sure if Im being overly critical but I was really turned off by the experience.The place itself was very clean and professional and nice, and the tech was super friendly and polite. The nails themselves looked very nice, even if they werent exactly what I wanted. I feel bad leaving a negative review but I feel like between the multiple cuts and lifting, I had to say something.

Quinn was professional and smart. She took care of my dreadful nails from my last experience I had from another place that I had been going to. She offered me a drink when I arrived and set right to work getting me all sorted out. Price was even better than the last place. Already booked my next service. Love my new nails.

I got my acrylics done not even a week ago. I loved them when I first got them but now they’re cracked and coming off already. I paid a decent amount for them and what I was expecting for the price I paid was a set that would last more than a week at least.

Never been to Joja before and don’t have my nails done often, but I had three broken nails and needed to stabilize them so they were still be useful for me. They were open on Sunday so I was happy and I was greeted with a request to sign in and did not know where to do that so I signed into a little notebook at entrance.They take appointments so that was good, but when I told the little girl what I wanted, she said I should have dipping (no idea what she’s talking about) and I said ok. As I sat waiting in the chair though, I got thinking about it and said no I want acrylic which I am sort of familiar with. She told me to “don’t change my mind again” and was very rough, did not put any tips on and and was very rough and mean. Told me not to move my hands (I shake a little) left me with a little tiny fan to dry my nail polish(which turned bumpy)Called the next day to say I was not happy, owner was nice and said I could come in and pay $15 to have the acrylic removed and no charge for re-doing them. Hmmm....don’t think so...I’ll live with my mistake of going in there and never go back.she also cut me under my thumb nail which hurt a lot and took 3 days to heal.

For my first experience they made it very welcoming and accommodating. Very upscale but felt like home environment. They definitely have raised the bar for nail salons in this city and the quality of care that is given to their clients. Im definitely gonna continue going to JOJA for my all my nail needs!! They come highly recommended from me!!

Ive had my nails done at this place 4-5 times. The first time was great but the quality went downhill after that.Most recently I went before my 30th birthday to get my nails done. A young man with short blonde hair was selected to do my nails, and they looked like complete garbage when he was done, even though I kept raising my concerns that they were too short and all misshapen. He didnt care though and I was charged an insane price.Do not go here unless you want to be over charged for mediocre or worse quality.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had getting my nails done- I asked for the Pamper Me manicure as I had booked online, however was provided with the basic and was told I did not book the Pamper Me. Also the entire process was rushed, and my nail tech kept getting up and walking around randomly while painting my nails, some to even go work on other customers feet without washing her hands in between. My nail tech was done within 5 minutes (which is extremely short, even for a basic, which is still not what I asked for) and told me not to rush drying my nails by AIR. At this point there were more people in the store than COVID guidelines permitted and I wanted to pay and leave, and the person checking out answered her personal phone during this process. I also overheard her tell a customer that she was lying. Incredibly rude service all around, and from what I’ve seen on the reviews, it looks like the owner likes to blame the client who is paying for services. To me, if I am paying a minimum of $20 and a tip, I expect customer service the same way I would at a restaurant or hair salon, and this place just does not care about their customers.

I just recently started coming here because of Yumi! She did my nails at another salon and she is awesome, which is why I followed her to the current place. The salon is cute and stylish and not overly crowded. I have a few friends that also followed Yumi here because of how well she does. She is great at designs or just plain simple polish and takes her time.

I have gone to Jackie (the owner) for years now. No matter what salon she went to. I would specifically request her because of the amazing work she does!! I can envision something and she would make it come to life better than what I could have imagined. She truly does a killer job and she holds her staff to the same standards. You won’t be disappointed with this salon.

Okay, so I’m a really picky person. I mean REALLY particular about my nails. I went to several nail shops, and no one could nail (pun intended, I guess😆) exactly what I wanted. One day I went to Jackie and was so amazed at her work. There was not one thing I didn’t like about my nails. She listened to my ideas with patience and then flawlessly delivered what I wanted. What impressed me the most is aside from her skill she is so professional and each time I come she puts 110% in to her work. She always makes sure your happy with your nails before you leave. Not to mention her shop is clean, it’s fun, it’s visually modern but the soothing music playing in the background gives it that classy spa feel. It doesn’t stop with her. Her staff also mirror her sweet and warm personality. You just feel so welcomed from the time you walk through the door until the time you leave. I am so glad I found her. I will not be going anywhere else ever again. Highly recommend Jackie and the staff at JoJa nails. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I went to Joja nails for the first time last Saturday. First things first, the salon itself is gorgeous and located in a pretty decent spot for walking downtown. I made an appointment for 12 noon and I was very nervous because I legit hate packed nail places but everyone had a place to sit and all customers were being helped.I havent gotten acrylic nails or a pedicure in 3 years since leaving college because my nail tech was so bomb, when I left, didnt want to settle for clunky, weak or badly shaped nails. It is safe to say that I didnt find any problems here at Joja nails.I got acrylic dip powder full set & a pedicure. My feet are so soft and the polish is neat and smooth. The nails, I am not used to dip powder but the color and application was detailed and so pretty, cant stop staring at it. Yumi did a fantastic job and I will most definitely be going to her from now on.The only downside is, when I stopped getting nails the price for a acrylic full set was 40-45 at most and a pedicure was 25-30 bucks max. For amazing work at that. For just the full set (no designs, one color) & a pedicure the total was $114 and left a $20 dollar tip. Do I think that ridiculous? Yes lol.. Luckily my boyfriend paid but if you are looking for a value, this place isnt cheap so please research and ask them about pricing before you get anything done. I will be back to Yumi again for my nails to be done though, loved her.

Had an absolutely awful experience here after one employee refused to fix my nails the way I had asked, after telling me she would. When I very nicely told her I was not happy with the way they looked, she took her clippers and cut my acrylic nails off. I had to go to another salon and pay to get the acrylic removed and fixed. Would not recommend this place.

Super happy with my nails, also loved that they started my nails during my pedicure. Some people might feel rushed by that but everything turned out great in half the time.

Disappointed because the nail tech couldnt do the things I asked. I asked for gel builder repeatedly and was told it would burn and I wouldnt like it so the nail tech decided to do acryllic. I brushed it off. I asked if I could get ombre nails and was told only if I did powder but I didnt want powder so that was a bummer. When cutting my tips I asked if the nail tech could go shorter and was told any shorter and she wouldnt be able to do the shape, my nails are currently medium length and I like them short. I was disappointed because I wasnt able to get my nails the way I wanted and paid alot of money to be told everything I wanted couldnt be done. It was a clean salon and my nails came out fine.

It was wonderful all the employees was nice considerate I had a pedicure and it felt great my woman was right across getting her nails done and some of the women was talking to me but she held her head so the experience was really good.

Called in last minute for a mani/pedi/eyebrows. They got me right in and I was done and out the door in about an hour. It was lovely. If you have an appointment give yourself time to find parking though!

My sister came here and paid 75 dollars for the most basic nails. This institution is a joke and is overpriced. Everybody is shocked about the price of her nails and they don’t even look good the color is coming off already. Don’t come here you don’t get what you pay for quality is trash wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

BEST NAIL SALON IN RALEIGH!! I have been going to Jackie for YEARS and I have yet to find anyone who delivers the quality that she does. All of her nail techs are amazing as well. I went to Joja nails a week ago and received amazing service! Everyone was super kind and professional. You can tell they really care about their quality in what they do and while I was there I noticed that they really have genuine connections with their clients. The owner actually pretty rude I went in there saying that my little cousin paid 75$ for nails and three were already coming off and she shrugged her shoulders and said I’m not saying I’m not going to do them to just come back but I called yesterday made a appointment they said come around 11:00am came and she wanted me to come back when I live 30 mins away and I called ahead of time I’m really disappointed I went there at first they were nice but now I won’t be going here anymore she need better attitudes for someone who’s a owner it’s sad cause there good but I’m taking my business else where had to share this experience don’t like putting anyone down but I’m highly upset on how she responded
