I came here to get my daughters antique wedding ring fixed for her as a surprise. This was the best experience I have ever had with a jewelry company. They made sure to give us great customer service and treated us like family. The two female associates were so great and made sure we were taken care of. They really went out of their way to give us a good deal. I will come here in the future anytime I have a jewelry need.

I absolutely love my ring! I went other places where they told me I had to have gold and a diamond, but the people here said you know what it’s your ring and you should love it no matter what material it is! They were super helpful and kind! I will definitely come back over and over again! 😍

My girlfriend and I went in ring shopping and one of the clerks was down right rude and discriminatory towards us. She had a disgusted tone, and asked us If we really want to be doing this? Are you sure you two really are ready for this step? How rude. She also was not trying to hide the faces she was making as we would discuss our options. We just were asking simple and basic questions about engagement rings.

Inwent in for a watch battery today for a watch I purchased at a second hand store. The staff treated me just as respectfully as they would have treated someone who had spent big money in the store. I will definitely shop there for jewelry when Im ready!

Shoutout to the nice lady that cleaned and did my inspection on my ring this last Monday (she had purple in her hair). Usually in the past every employee there has done a bad job cleaning my ring, all they do is dip it in the solution they use (or whatever they use), wipe it off and hand it back to me... (yep Ive watched several times, but I havent said anything) I can clean it better at home than if theyre just going to do that! But she actually took the time to scrub under the gemstone and made my ring all nice and sparkly so definite shoutout to her. I will look for her every time now because i know she actually cares and does a good job. Everyone at Kay should treat it as if it were their own, no matter the price!

Came in to resize my wedding ring. Sent it out with a matte finish, got it back with a glossy finish. They fixed it but it is not the same as the day I bought it.I do not recommend purchasing from this store.

Sent my ring in for repairs and they wont fixed a flaw diamond cause it is within the clarity range...... They really dont care once you have bought the ring, the store people are decent but dont concern themselves once you make your purchase and the refund time is over, but their cooperate people dont give 2 cents about your satisfaction. I personally would go with a company instead that prides itself on quality and doesnt put in KNOCK OFF diamonds into your wifes ring.... talk about shady dealings, try another jewelers, Kays will not give what was promised. Their manager Jerry will care until the sale is done and you cant return the ring.

Horrible experience at this Kay jewelers. We bought a new engagement ring and the diamond had a large inclusion which we did not see before. We were only a week out from purchase and wanted to exchange the diamond. We were told that it was not possible but we could use it to upgrade the diamond. Mind you that Kay has a 60 day return and 90 day exchange policy at any store nationwide. I called up corporate and they annotated my account and gave me a reference number stating I could return or exchange the diamond. I called them back up and told the local store and they still sounded noncommittal. Ill drive somewhere else and go to another Kay. Its worth the drive for better customer service.

If your wondering why only 2 stars...My fiancé recently bought my engagement ring from Kay, about two weeks ago. We went in looking for the perfect ring and Jerry helped us find it! He was honest and I didnt feel pressured to buy, only to gather options for the perfect one. He made our experience definitely worth coming again.So we did... We spoke with another woman there and she was really nice, and helped me choose the one I wanted. However, when it came down to the pricing and payment for the ring, she didnt seem to know what she was doing and gave us the wrong information. We had to order a different clarity for my ring and instead of it coming on the shipment date she told us it would, it came almost a week later after my fiancé left for boot camp.My fiancé, wanting to propose before he left, got the same ring just different clarity, and when my ring finally came in I had to switch it out. Nothing is wrong with either of the rings. I just feel the service was a little confusing, and needed to be handle more clearly and professionally. When it came down to paying for the ring she told him it would cost him x amount each month. Instead it is costing him $10 more each payment twice a month.We have no problem paying for it, however it would have been nice if things were laid out the way the employee had laid them out for us when he bought the ring. Now Im stuck paying twice as much as we budgeted for.

My fiance ordered a ring the second week of November in 2018 and it is currently January 29th 2019 and the ring still has not arrived... He has been given multiple dates as to when it will arrive and it obviously has not arrived. First it was before Christmas then it didnt show. Then it was before New years still didnt show then was supposed to be here the 4th of January still is not here now they are saying February 4th it should be here but I can almost guarantee it wont be. I think it is very poor service and very poor communication. The ring has been fully paid for but has taken months to arrive with no real answer as to when it will be here. Incredibly disappointing.

I dropped my watch off to be repaired November 2nd. It is now January 23rd with no information. I called and the lady told me to call who ever was repairing it. She had no idea whats going on with my watch. Almost three months have gone by and my very expensive watch is nowhere to be found after leaving it in the hands of Kay Jewlers. Nice. Thanks for nothing.

Im beyond pissed and irritated with kays right now. Have you ever heard you cant use all your store credit on one item? I have to spend about 3200 into a ring worth over 5000 to be able to use all my 2800 i have in store credit and i try buying a ring under the worth of my store credit then half of my store credit is theown away. My plan was to get pictures and purpose but i dont know if i can make it happen now.
