When we arrived to Sullivan Tire we were very nervous about our car. Joe made us feel comfortable, explained our options clearly and went out of his way to make sure we left happy. Meredith, the mechanic, was knowledgeable & stayed late to help. It’s clear that everyone at this location has integrity and puts customers first.

Needed a few pounds of air in motorcycle tires. Paid gas station air did not have correct connection. Wonderful employee helped me out and got me the air with their equipment. Sometimes service is worth more than convenience. Her smile made my day too!

Love my local Sullivan store. Staff are great. Dealership tried to soak me for battery. Just needed terminals cleaned of corrosion. Saved $75 at least getting honest assessment and service.

I went in a for sticker and needed tires, they gave me a price and told me if i find them cheaper they would match the price.i had them put them on, i did some searching and found them cheaper. I called and told them they looked it up and they made good on the difference......nice to see a honest place.

The appointment time is always spot on with Biddeford Sullivan. I get my car or truck back when promised. If something unforseen is discovered Im always notified so I can make other arrangements. And that is only ONE reason I go there.

I took my truck here for an alignment. I asked them what time worked he said drop it off we’ll get it done. No time or anything okay so I did. I get a call a few hours later saying it’s done. I go to pick it up I go in and pay I go to my truck and the tires are still salted like when I brought it there. I asked the guy who did my alignment why he didn’t fix it and e said well that’s the best I can get it. Bring it back Tuesday. I ended up taking it somewhere else and they said he didn’t even touch anything. The tie rod jam nuts were stuck where they were and they definitely didn’t adjust the control arms I would not recommend bringing your car there. What happened if I didn’t know anything about trucks and I just drove it as it is.

I made an appointment to buy new tires and gave a large window for service (6 hours). At hour 5.5 I called to check in. They told me it would be another 2.5-3 hours (well after I was supposed to leave for home after work). They said they were having a rough day due to employee no shows, which totally happens and Im sypethetic. However, at no point did they tell me. 7 hours after I dropped my car off I picked it up (at my insistence) with zero work done. I immediately made an appointment with town fair tire, two days later, I waited an hour and 15 min to have the tires installed. Better service, better price, less stress and hassle. It would take a serious deal to ever make me go back to Sullivans. My complaint is with communication. Sh*t happens and I totally get it. But I wasted a day, and effort, which could have been alleviated with a small amount of communication. I went there initially for tires that they said were in stock online, and were out of stock everywhere else. It turns out they were out of stock there too, so I went with their recommendation... Only to have this experience. I did end up going with their recommendation, but at town fair tire where I had an excellent experience. Maybe Im an outlier, but I am entirely unimpressed.

I’ve brought my car here twice. Once for breaks and once for a state inspection and to fix the hood as the latch stopped working. Two days after they ‘fixed’ my breaks, my breaks completely went out and I had to use the emergency break on Main Street. Brought it back in, took them several days to fix it and they blamed it on faulty parts. This most recent time, they told me they fixed my hood latch. They didn’t. At all. When I called back, they said that they were not capable of fixing it and it’s needed to go to the body shop’. They told me it was fixed. Hands down. Which is quite a different story for being unable to fix it. The man on the phone blamed the guy at the counter for ‘misspeaking’. I won’t be back (even though it’s so convenient) because it feels like there is always ‘something’.

I would highly recommend going to Sullivan Tire in Biddeford. Great prices, great customer service. I will be using them from now on for all my vehicle needs!

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. These guys stay busy for a reason. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to a guy go over various tires and explain the differences. They don’t do a sales pitch, they just care about their customers.

Always take great care of my 3 vehicles. Never a problem. Give me choices before any $$$ expense.

Passing through on vacation Labor Day weekend, had a tire problem on my rental car. They squeezed me in a packed schedule, fixed my tire and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. Great friendly service. If i lived in the area they would get all my business!

Best place to buy tires in southern maine.I dont buy tires without getting 5 estimates and sullivan tire won with quality and price.

Have been going there for years, have spent more than I wish to disclose there. Extremely disappointed with my last visit. I will not be returning ever again, even for a basic oil change. I went for an alignment because I had installed new control arms. I called 20mins before heading back to pick it up. I even asked if there were any issues, was told no. I got a ride back to Biddeford location, only to be told there were issues with aligning the vehicle, after I literally just called and was informed it was fine. When I inquired with as to why the right toe couldnt be adjusted I wasnt given a straight answer. I asked to speak to the mechanic, was informed he was too busy. So how am I supposed to know what to fix before attempting another alignment? I brought my car to get serviced and they cant even tell me whats wrong? Its a 2001 Chevy Blazer the car is not that complicated in terms of the steering/suspension components. If you want quality auto care and a real mechanic, not a technician, do yourself a favor and go to a smaller locally owned shop. They tend to be more thorough and have more in depth knowledge.

Broke down friday night 4 1/2 hours from home. Called and they were able to get me in sat morning between appointments. Great customer service. I would recommend them and would use them again myself

I had a flat tire and barely made it to Sullivan Tire. When I got there they diagnosed the problem and fixed the tire and I was on my way in less than an hour.Outstanding customer service- they have gained a customer for life. They are now my go to tire service center in Maine.THANK You!

I have gone to Sullivan Tire many times for new tires, inspections, windshield wiper motor, etc. They are always courteous and professional and get any job done within the business day. They also shuttle me to and from work as well. This particular time, I had a particular issue and Leo was extremely helpful and understanding and helped me work through the issue. I have only great things to say about Sullivan Tire in Biddeford and would and have recommended to others.

I had an alignment done there in September and when I returned in October for an unrelated service they tried to sell me another alignment over the phone (not realizing they had done one for me literally weeks before). HAVE YOU EVER HAD AN ALIGNMENT? Uh.. yeah, with you last month. Oh. Nevermind. [hangs up].When I went in to pick up my car and call them out on that bizarre behavior, I got nothing but salesman excuses. Shady, untrustworthy, and certainly not looking out for the best interest of their customers. Conveniently didnt tell me on Friday that if I waited until Monday I could have saved an additional $100 on tires.I would 100% recommend that you avoid Leo and this Sullivan Tire location entirely, and potentially their entire business if this is how all of their locations are operated.***EDIT – 11/08/17***Since writing my initial review, the company reached out to me by phone several times to try to make things right. I was very impressed to have received a call from someone higher up in the Sullivan Tire business who really seemed to care about my feedback. While I still wouldnt recommend this particular location in Biddeford, Ive reconsidered my previous statement about them as a company — theyve offered a refreshing level of professionalism that I respect.

Went in for a abs light and stability track light which they originally called and said it would be $300 to fix. Then called back to say later that my wheelbaring was cracked and needed to be replaced which was going to be $600 although it was more then I originally thought would be wrong with my car and certainly more then I was expecting to pay I told them to fix it with no hesitation as my vehicle is the main source of transportation for myself and my two small children. Picked my vehicle up at 5pm on Friday when they called to tell me it was ready and repaired and that the mechanic had test driven the vehicle. I paid and thanked them for service and left. Saturday morning I packed my two small children in the vehicle for a trip we had planned on taking. As soon as we got on the highway my car started making a very loud noise and the tire felt like it was going to fall off. Had to return to Sullivan tire for them to check out the vehicle again to which they said it must’ve been a faulty part used in the repair. Although after a 3 hour headache they were able to put me in a rental which was helpful it was still a major headache and put me behind schedule for things planned. My main concern though was the fact they told me the vehicle was test driven and and all ready to go because they put myself and my children’s safety at risk. Will not use personally or recommend them for service again.-Never heard anything back within 24 hours after being told someone would reach out to me.

I could not be happier with the incredible service received this morning. I had a leak with my power steering fluid.Honest, prompt, courteous and professional from the manager to the mechanics. I would highly recommend the team at Sullivans!

I had a very good experience buying two new tires here. They didnt try much to upsell me, and accommodated me on the same day without an appointment. They also mentioned a couple other things that I should get checked on my car.

Terrible service with zero respect towards their customers Theyre extremely opportunistic in every way. Several times after getting oil changes or inspections done my interior was left covered in grease. 0/10 would not recommend. After getting quoted well over 3,000$ to be inpection ready last week, I got a sticker for 12.50 today right up the road even after mentioning the concerns brought up to me that caused me to fail. Proof 10x over to never go to Sullivan Tire EVER AGAIN.

Over the past few years, I have spent thousands of dollars on car repairs with Sullivan Tire. I just recently sceduled an appointment for an inspection as well as a thorough diagnosis of my car. I am driving across the country and wanted to make sure the car was in solid shape. I informed the store manager Leo about my situation. It took 3 separate visits and 3 wasted days only to have have rear brakes installed as well as new wiper blades, but no inspection. Sticker. The manager did not listen to my needs at all and seemed more interested in doing the bare minimum. I like Sullivan tire, but I would not recommend the Biddeford/Saco location. If you need work done to your vehicle in this area, go to VIP In Saco. A much more efficient and professional shop. Very attentive to my needs and stuck to the time frame that I needed.

A week ago, I called to schedule an appointment for today. Called today to check to see if itd go right in, told no, not for at least another hour and a half. Told him Id have to reschedule because Im on a tight schedule. Not a big deal, they were running behind and I get that, weve all been there. The problem I had, is that the guy acted like it was ME who was causing him an inconvenience by wanting to reschedule my appointment that would be an hour and a half late on their end. I used to have the same kinds of problems when I lived up in Lewiston with that location. Ridiculous. Hire some people who actually want the business.

I had an awful experience - I was told to come in at 2:00 and when I came in, Leo said they could not help me because they dont rotate spare tires from front to back-I walked into VIP with no appointment and was helped right away. Leo was unkind to me and I would never recommend this company! I am posting my experience on my Facebook page with my 650 friends and asking them to post.
