Was referred by a friend after coming back from a 2 month trip. Called the number yesterday morning and they were able to come today. After the job was done the apartment looked (and smelled) better than ever. I travel a lot and have no one to really clean for me. So glad I called them. The team was very professional and quick but thorough with the cleaning process. Would definitely recommend and will definitely have them clean again. Very good quality for a very good price.

I have been having Gold Maids clean my house for the last 3 months once a week while my wife and I work. We work long hours and get home late and don’t really have time to clean. I feel good every time I come into the house after work and can see (and smell) how clean our house is. Let me start by saying I have had cleaning crews throughout my entire life and this is by far the best cleaning ladies I have had the pleasure to meet and clean my house. Our home was an awful mess, they came right on time, I showed them around quickly and off to work they went. They were conscientious, if in doubt about anything she came and asked me. They left my kitchen sparkling, everything in refrigerator which was quite dirty was pulled out and cleaned. The bathrooms were quite disgusting as I have 3 step kids who to put it simply quite dirty. They were so efficient and worked so well together. We recently had gold maids over for a move out clean. They did a great job! They were recommended to us from our realtor and I was impressed I could book online - with so much to do when selling it was convenient for me to be able to get on their books quickly and move on to the next task. Also, I thought the prices were fair. As you know move out cleans can be quite expensive. We were in a unique situation where we did not need a full house deep clean - we needed something in the middle - since we had recently had all the carpet replaced and hardwoods refinished. So they walked around the house with us and asked what all we needed done. We really focused in on the bathrooms and kitchen and not much else, and we were charged accordingly. I would use them again and would recommend to a friend!

Excellent service ! I contacted Richard for an emergency cleaning on a Saturday morning when I was surprised to learn I’d be hosting a dinner party Sunday evening. His team came through for me. They were prompt, courteous and very thorough. I was previously a regular customer with another firm but am DEFINITELY switching to this one. I could not be more pleased.

Well the first deep cleaning was awesome, detailed and superb. For the second cleaning i was not at home to supervise. Couple of things disappeared along-with my Clorox bottles they used to clean tubs. When i inquired, no response at all. Second cleaning they finish 3000 sq feet of 3 kids in 1.5 hours. Either stay on their head or take risk.

Its my in laws property which I did not know they painted the wall improperly without laying down the paint sheet to allow paint to drip. The staff was friendly and prompt; however, I requested a one-time deep clean. They dusted around thing instead of moving them or dusting the objects; didnt use any polish on furniture; missed a number of tables, pictures. I was told that they would dust blinds, ceiling fans, clean baseboards, wipe off doors/cupboards - none of that was done. The main complaint was that the floor had dirt up under the counter edge, and specks of dirt all over the floor (as if their vacuum wasnt cleaning properly). Even their supervisor was bending to pick them up on the way out. Im also not sure if they wet-mopped the hardwood, but they said they did.Overall, average surface clean, but not what I was expecting.

He was VERY prompt, very detail oriented, explained everything from START TO FINISH. They showed up at 10AM SHARP, which is what I NEEDED, due to meetings I had set for the day. The TWO cleaning ladies, did a THOROUGH walk through with me, listened to ALL of my requests, and ACTUALLY showed ME a few spots that I Did NOT catch with my OWN eyes. They completed the WHOLE job in a timely manor, I was ON TIME for my meeting, my house was COMPLETELY cleaned THOROUGHLY!! And MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY earned themselves a NEW FUTURE client.ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS, IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A CLEANING SERVICE THAT IS GOING TO 1.) DO A FANTASTIC JOB!, 2.)
