This was my time using Enovana and I am very happy. It was so great coming home to such a clean house. Obvious attention to detail! Beds were made, towels were refolded and straightened, etc. Also, getting an online quote and scheduling was SO easy!

I was very underwhelmed with the quality of the cleaning. They were more expensive than other cleaners I looked at but the great reviews convinced me it was worth the price. I was wrong. The “deep clean” left my house with visible dust on windowsills and dirt on the floor. It was significantly less clean than a standard cleaning had been with a previous cleaning company I’d used. They did come back out and re-do the floors after I complained, but the quality was hardly any better. Very disappointing, not sure where all the great reviews are coming from. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I have my house cleaned about once a month by Enovana. The cleaning crews are friendly, work very quickly and do a great job. Im always impressed by how much in my home is literally sparkling clean after they leave. The price is very affordable, which makes regular cleanings a no-brainer. Just FYI, because they use natural cleaners, your home will smell like vinegar after the clean.I do have two minor issues: 1) I wish the same crew came each time so that I dont have to explain certain things each time. 2) The company gives you a 3-hour window for the crews arrival, but they always arrive 15-20 minutes before that wind even begins. I have two toddlers, so were on a tight/strict schedule and the early arrival is almost always more of a headache than helpful.

We hired for a move-in clean on a house we purchased. The house was empty and we paid for house cleaning with a cabinet cleaning as well. There will still crumbs in the pantry and the wire racks in the pantry were still covered in syrup and gunk. I provided my initial feedback with pictures of the pantry not being cleaned at all and crumbs still found in the cabinets. We paid extra for the cabinet cleaning service and dont feel that we received what we paid for. After my initial email there was an offer to come back and clean it but we have already moved into the home and had already cleaned it ourselves. I was offered a $50 credit on future cleaning but cant justify using it after seeing the effort that was put in the first time. I understand policies for no refunds exist for a reason on services, but when its very clear that the ad-on service was not fulfilled there should be some sort of partial refund for that portion. I dont like to post reviews until I give the company a chance to remedy a situation. In this case the remedy was unsatisfactory.

WOW! I have never in my life had such a great experience with a house cleaning. Enovana has by far been the best choice in house cleaning! I returned to a sparkling home. They took extra time to make sure they cleaned everything! I recently let go my previous cleaner because she wasn’t doing a sufficient job, but Enovana blew them out of the water! I am so happy with the cleanliness of my home. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a thorough clean!

After all the great reviews I read I thought that this company would be great! My wife was so excited! They did not clean our home like we were expecting they would! Very disappointed. Have turned to another cleaning company and they actually do our laundry (washing and folding) and dishes in the sink for no extra charge! If you are not satisfied with them you should def try Two Chicks and a Broomstick cleaning. They are the only company we have found that really works for us so far. They are wonderful and very detailed.

Great pricing as well, especially compared to other quotes we received for the same cleaning schedule. And they leave chocolate on your first cleaning!

I am willing to work with this company to get things right but for the moment I am going to give them 2 stars, to reflect the level of cleanliness of my house once they are done. I am not sure why the team that has cleaned my house lacks attention to detail, but there are always 7-10 areas that I notice are not clean, such as large smudges on the cooktop, not wiping down chrome fixture in multiple areas, not wiping down stainless appliance fronts or kitchen cabinets, not dusting baseboards, leaving large smudges/marks on our hardwood floors that are obvious when we walk in the front door, occasionally neglecting to clean an entire bathroom, etc. I have called the manager to review the issues and they sent out a new team to clean, which did a fine job. Unfortunately I think the old team showed up again today and did their same mediocre job. Ive sent a message to the manager so well see what happens. I might be particular about cleaning but Ive had other cleaning services where none of this was an issue so I dont think its just me being a clean freak!!

I find it hard to understand the one poor review that was written with such vehemence. My only thought on that is this is a very unhappy person. I just hired this team to do my move-out cleaning and they were friendly and happy workers who did a truly great job in a short time. The place looked brand new and Im signing up with them for a monthly cleaning in my new place. I will recommend them to all my friends.

My husband purchased a gift certificate from Enovana a WHILE ago, and I put off cashing it in because Ive never used a house cleaning service before. I guess I felt like I could do a better job myself, and just didnt feel very comfortable with the idea. Well, I was so WRONG! They cleaned our house from top to bottom (more thoroughly and efficiently than I could ever do) - the blinds look brand new, hardwoods are shining...window sills, baseboards and trim look like they were just painted, bathrooms are sparkling, even my old carpet looks alive and well again...I could go on and on. Oh, and it smells fantastic (but not like bleach and chemicals)! Coming home from a long day at work to all of this was awesome! I will definitely use Enovana again, and highly recommend.

Triangle Green Cleaning does an excellent job cleaning! I found them a year or two ago, and was impressed from the initial phone call. Derek is incredibly sharp and on top of everything. I trusted that whatever I asked him to do was done exactly right. The cleaners clean everything incredibly too.We have recently moved to Charlotte and I am disappointed that TGC does not have an office down here. We were very fortunate to have found a personable, organized, turn-key, high quality housekeeping service for our home in California.Having just moved here, we were trying out both independent contractors and licensed crews, searching for their equivalent, and toxin-free professional cleaning sounded wonderful.We were trying to work with this company; the cleanings went from OK to improving, but to say we did not enjoy our interactions with management would be an understatement and it just got very personal.There were additional poor reviews previously, but this company has always been really on top of social media promotion and they seem to no longer be viewable. There are several still on Yelp, however.Perhaps their work practices, customer interactions, or management have improved since this experience. I would hope so, as the owners origin story seemed very heartwarming and we would otherwise be strong supporters.
