Reliable and thorough cleaning service, the ladies always do a great job!

The Yellow Team is amazing!! They always arrive on time and do an excellent job. If I have any questions or need anything when they are present, they are attentive and friendly. I will be using their services for the foreseeable future and I always look forward to their visit.

Team (yellow) is always prompt, friendly and courteous but very professional. They are flexible about timing if we need to reschedule and only extremely rarely have we had any type of a problem with any of their services. Our home is clean and fresh when they finish and they are very thorough, quick and efficient - and safe, given the current COVID situation. We’ve used them for many years and hope to do so for many years to come!

Ive used The Maids for weekly house cleaning for years, which is a testament in itself. C and the Purple team are always on time, polite, professional and friendly. If I have to skip a week or reschedule days, the office has always been very accommodating. I love coming home to a clean home after vacation!

SUPER pricey! Did ok job. Still had grout dust on tiles on bathroom wall. But floors and windows were good. Staff very friendly. But for price, would not use again.

We have used The Maids in two different homes in the area and LOVE the attention to detail! I needed my home cleaned before company came in from out of town and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect while I was at work. I can trust them to do the job right even if I am not there.

While what they did clean in my house looks wonderful, I had a few issues with The Maids.1. They were very late (hours late.) We are in the process of selling our home, and we had quite a bit to do, so that was very inconvenient.2. The house I live in is 1500 square feet, so not very large at all. We are also having the carpets replaced, so I was very clear that they didnt need to spend any time cleaning or vacuuming the carpets. However, The Maids were there for 2 hours and didnt even touch anything upstairs. Nothing. They also left quite a few marks on the wood laminate in the living room that I had to clean up the day after they left. The fireplace also had marks on it that I got clean with a Clorox wipe. For the amount that we paid, none of that should have happened. They wanted us to spend more money for more time (and seemed a little baffled when we said we couldnt because we had somewhere to be), when the estimate I got said it should only take them an hour and a half to 2 hours.Like I said, what they did clean looks great. However, if you are looking for a cleaning service, I would recommend having someone come out to your house and give you an estimate because what they tell you on the phone is obviously incorrect. The ladies were super friendly, and was very comfortable with them in the house, but there were some problems that shouldnt have occurred.

Wes & his team did a very great job! I came home from work, and my apartment was spotless. Loved the sticker they left on the toilet paper, cleaned everything inside of my display case, and cleaned the inside of my fridge & oven.

First time and i am very pleased with their services! Top to bottom not a single thing that was missed, my home was spotless. Quick availability, good prices and friendly staff, i highly recommend The Maids in Raleigh!

I will never call The Other Woman, Inc. every again. That will be my first & last time. The worker thay was at my house was stating that Whites, Jews & Native Americans are all nothing but racist toward blacks & how much she hates them. I could hear her all the way in my kitchen. I kicked her out my house. I was so furious. I really need help so I called The Maids, they was so nice, help & above all not racist. I will use them again & again. I recommend The Maids to anybody.

The worst maid service our company has received. They quoted a price, then we added the windows it was 100 more, which I didnt mind paying. Stove, light fixtures, bathroom mirrors, baseboards, tubs all dirty. They told us they cleaned the windows. I had to hire someone else to clean the windows they claimed they cleaned. Johanna was more interested in collecting the money vs. keeping the customer happy.

The girls did a very great job! I left them a key to get into my house and when I came home after work, it was spotless - a very convenient service for the price!

The attention to detail and the small things they do, really makes it worth the investment. Love them!

The Maids of Raleigh led by Karen do an amazing job every time! Excellent service experience.

While they did a good job cleaning my living room and kitchen, there were 3 apparent problems:1. They were not on time. In fact, they were 3 hours late.2. I was promised with 4 people, but only 3 came.3. They completely missed the bathroom. They were unable to work on it because they were shorthanded.I kind of felt bad for them so I didnt pressure them to redo or what not, because what the office would probably do is to make the maids go again without paying them.

Karen and her team always do a good job and it is a pleasure to work with them.
