Tammy arrived promptly and worked hard during the three hour period I had reserved. She is very professional and pleasant. My three bathrooms were left sparkling clean and I am so pleased. I plan to use The Other Woman again for some special cleaning.

They did a move-out clean on a rental condo and were very easy to work with and very accommodating about scheduling. They genuinely listened to my questions and answered all of them. Reasonably priced, I would definitely use them again. Old-school work ethic, love it!

For the last year and a half, the Other Woman has visited my parents home 2-4 times a month. My elderly mother was my fathers full time caregiver and though I visited at least once a week from my home out of town, they needed more help. I did a lot of research and was blessed to discover the Other Woman which provided more than just maid service. Besides freeing my mother from household cleaning concerns, they did the laundry, ran errands, and helped with many non-typical things, such as decorating a Christmas tree and addressing Christmas cards. They were professional and personable. This was a good combination because they always provided my mother with much needed social interaction while quickly and ably doing the requested tasks. I highly recommend their service to others.

The Other Woman is a well-established company that I feel fortunate to have found. The young lady who cleans my home is very professional, respectful, efficient, and cheerful. She has helped me schedule non-regular cleaning tasks and has cleaned my home so well that my allergy-prone daughter stays healthy, even when visiting for a week. They were fabulous and very personable. I was in a rush with moving, a new job, and in-laws visiting for our upcoming marriage. I couldnt do it all, so the Other Woman came in and cleaned everything, then they unpacked and helped me get organized and set up. Its hard moving to a new place and not having friends or the time to clean, but this service provided solved all my worries and will be used again in the future.

We have used the services of “The Other Woman” for almost two years and Loy and her team are outstanding. Although our Raleigh residence is rather small, it is situated at the top of a high rise building downtown which adds to the logistics of providing housekeeping services. They are cheaper, but also not the best. Not sure why its rated 5 stars. They arrived on time. Cleaning supplies was rather simple. Only one person who cleans the home.Now that I checked the house, I still find little crumbs in the microwave, fridge, etc. That tells me the cleaning was not in depth.

Loy and her staff has been great as a currier for us. Our company is in Matthews, NC and we have to pick up a list of General Contractor license applicants from Raleigh twice a month. Loy picks up the paperwork and send it to us the same day we call her. She has been a great help and is easy to work with!

I think I am addicted. I keep hiring them over and over again. Today my fiance asked them to help her organize a closet and the woman (Suzzane) not only organized, but put post-it notes on all the drawers telling me where things are (Ross- Socks and Belts). Yeah, this is not just a cleaning service. Of course they will be over again in two weeks. Amazing.

On the day of my discharge, I opted to call The Other Woman, Inc. to see if they could take care of an urgent situation. My apartment was in pretty bad shape and really needed a delicate and professional touch. By the time I got home, which was only a couple hours later, my apartment was spotless and comparable to the hospital room as far as sanitation. They were friendly, efficient; detail oriented, and took care of the situation with virtually no notice for a very reasonable cost. I will never consider using another cleaning service.
