Very satisfied with CMR! We had a time-sensitive issue, and they came out the same day we called for a free inspection and reading. They provided excellent service, above and beyond; and they saved us lots of unnecessary expense. We highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience. Arrived on time, explained the process and most importantly, cleared the dryer vent like not never before. This was evident by what was shown to me that came out of the vent line from the previous owner who had house pets and one very badly clog line. Dryer is running great and the excess heat in the washer / dryer area has stopped. Thank you we will be repeat customers!

This has been a terrible experience. Perhaps the worst service in my 11 years of business. I hired CMR as a sub contractor and paid over $7000 for crawl space work. The owner of the company, Ron Nichols, told me the work was completed. He took payment and now has virtually disappeared. The work was found to be incomplete. I have tried to reach him for a month and cannot get a call back. I would not recommend Ron Nichols or CMR Duct Cleaning. If CMR would make things right I will update this posting.

Ron was very nice, he took the time to show me the problem, and he also cleaned the unit coil. He came inside, checked the air flow. he was respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He arrived on time, and did the job fast but well. I am pleased with the services that I received.

They were able to offer same-day service!

This company charged us $400 for air duct cleaning and wouldnt use professional machine. They only used small, portable vacuum which when they cleaned it, I could barely feel the air flow. If the air flow was so weak when cleaning, why would we spend $400 to do this? We could just turn on the HVAC and let it blow the dust out. The air flow is weaker than the normal HVAC air flow. Also, when they patched back the hole on the duct, they used screw, not glue. So now the air duct is leaking. Our energy bill will go up. I will have to find someone to repair the damage. Also let real profesionals check what else they messed up with our HVAC.We actually hired this company 2 years ago. They were really professional using those really powerful vacuum mounted to the trailer. The hose was really big and they put cloth on the floor for the hose very careful and attentive. But they need to cut a hole on the HVAC air duct and I wasn’t sure about it. So the job didn’t get finish. Later I learned that is the only way to do a professional cleaning of air duct. So this year we decided to do the air duct cleaning and since the good experience last time, we hired this company again. To my surprise, it seems to be a different company now. They don’t use the powerful vacuum any more. They only use some really small portable vacuum. I told them to use the last hole they cut. Too bad, they open the hole and didn’t glue it back. Last time it was glued back really well, but this time it is put back by screw. Now the air duct is leaking. My husband has some allergy and that is why we decided to do it even knowing there will be a hole on the air duct. If I know they will use some small not powerful vacuum, we won’t use this company this year. They put some foam on the insulation and told me no more insulation will come out. We turned on the HVAC and the insulation kept blowing out as before. No improvement at all. We are so disappointed and confused. How a good professional company could become a scam company? I actually don’t need the company to clean the HVAC unit like coils, all I need is to use the powerful mounted to truck vacuum to clean the air duct. And yet some really small vacuum is used. Just think about it, the air duct is so long. How can such a small vacuum do the job? I basically pay $400 to have our air duct recut and not glued back. That is all we get.
