Absolutely love this place. It’s very chic and modern. Every tool is sterilized and everything is cleaned well. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. Even after one visit they will remember your name. I get a manicure here and my eyelashes done too. Perfect everytime, and if you are unhappy about something, just call them and they will bring you back for a correction.

It is super clean here, very easy to book an appointment online. You do pay slightly more for services but it is a much higher quality which lasts a long time. My dip nails last a minimum of 3 weeks

The staff is very nice and the atmosphere pleasant but the gel polish I got did not even last 24 hours. The base coat is still on my nails but the color literally peeled off in one piece. Very disappointing.

The place is very nice inside and has a calming atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, BUT only 6 days after my gel manicure and the corners started to peel. Now 8 days later my entire gel manicure is off. Absolutely ridiculous for paying over $40 for a gel manicure it should last at least two weeks! Very disappointed.

UPDATE 3/18/19 I was contacted by Vicki and she asked me to come back for a complimentary manicure. I did go back and my experience was much better. I was paired up with Hanna and she was fantastic. I have booked 3 more appointments so I am hoping things work out. I am changing my rating to cautiously optimisticOver the last couple of years, the service has slipped. It became more common for me to sit there for 10 -15 minutes waiting for my appointment to begin. I stopped going there and today I decided to give them another try. I arrived at 10:10 for my 10:15 appointment and at 10:30 I had to ask when my manicurist was going to be ready as Ive been sitting there for 15 minutes. She said she was running then the receptionist said to me that I should have spoken up earlier??? I asked her why should the customer have to remind YOU that Ive been sitting here for 15 minutes! RUDE

I’m just surprised by the good reviews on this place. I have only been there two times but both times were terrible. First time was with an unfriendly nail tech and did a terrible job on my toes. The girl upfront was very nice and tried to fix them but you would have had to re-do them.Second time I went it just for a toe polish change. No one was at the reception desk for over 10 minutes. Finally a nail tech came over and apologized but after looking at the computer which I’m not sure if they knew how the booking system worked that they told me no one was at the desk and they didn’t have the time. Just a wierd situation. Salon has a nice vibe, but so-so service.

Rude employees didnt give me the French manicure I wanted and had the nerve to argue with me and had someone else finish.There are many places to get your nails done in Peabody in fact anywhere I would suggest anywhere besides this place.
