Benito told me I needed a solenoid and when I had him replace the solenoid it made my truck drive even worse. Now hes telling me I need something else. Then when I start asking a bunch of questions he all of a sudden doesnt understand English very well. Avoid this place!!!!And I have never been to a repair shop that had one car lifted above another one. How dangerous is that?!?!?!????

I’m telling you, if you need a nice, professional mechanic to work on your car. Do not come here, that simple. There’s been a couple of occasions where Ive took mine and my parents car and I had to go take it somewhere else after because whatever was wrong stil wasn’t fixed, And after you tell them(Benito) My A/C still wasn’t fixed, they will try to charge you the same full service AGAIN for not doing anything the first time!I’ve never felt like my money was stolen from a mechanic shop until I came here. My friends have gone here and same thing for them. If they say your car is fixed, test drive it to make sure, reading the other reviews I can see this is a common thing and it’s honestly sad

I wish it was an option to give this place no stars! Let me just say, I brought my car here 3 different times, to fix the same issue this month alone!!! Over $1700 spent and the car is still cutting off, shaking and the engine light came back on, right after we picked it up! Will have them investigated and I will get my money back!!! Be careful, they will take your money and say bring your car back just so you can pay more!!! My car was there for almost 3 weeks, in total! If you can’t fix it, don’t touch it! Not get over on people!!!

Brought our car in yesterday morning and the work was completed in a couple of hours. Very friendly people and best of all their prices are much lower than other repair shops we have been to. We estimate we saved hundreds of dollars by going to Benitos shop. We will tell our family and friends about them for sure. Would highly and confidently recommend them!! Very good prices not to expensive. Prices are somewhat cheap but other than that, they do an excellent job on your car. They are straight forward and they dont tell you it is something else when it isnt the right part. They will tell you what it is and if they cant figure it out they will let you know what you have to do in order to find out what it is or they will tell you what they have to change and see if its doing the same thing then theyll know what is it exactly. They dont tell you right away its this if they dont know they tell you Im not really sure what it is cause there are several things that can make this part misfire, we have to check it out and do process of elimination in order to see what is really causing you the problem. They are very nice people.

I was in town for the weekend and needed to get an oil change and my brakes replaced in my truck. This company has excellent service and fair prices. I highly recommend this honest mechanic.

My experience wasn’t the best here and I hate being that person. We took our family Van here once to get the AC fixed they fixed it but only the front and not the back and wanted to charge us again for the back granted I’d never expect free work from anyone but I thought you take a car somewhere to get it fixed the FIRST time and not have to battle to get full service worst part of it is the lack of them just trying to work with you. My advice is to definitely go to the mechanic. The girls upfront weren’t that helpful and ask them ‘are you sure that’s all that’s wrong with car?’ Get it in writing (receipt) so you don’t end having to pay twice for something that could have solved the first time.

This place is the best in Raleigh! Saved me 100s and did a great job compared to other high priced places. Give them a call, youll be happy you did. Stress free also, which means a lot!

Always quick friendly and affordable

My wife had swung by for an AC checkup as it was not blowing strong. I suspected it needed a gas refill so asked her to swing by to request it. (Routine job) They were a bit pushy and surprisingly quoted her for a new compressor trying to sell her a 650$+ job. I called BS and showed up with an AC Pro tank from autozone for under 40 bucks. Surprisingly the compressor was fine and it only needed gas. Needless to say there’s no way we’re coming back.

Benitos is a great reasonably price repair shop.

Went there to fix my xterra, it was turning on and off, they told me they had fixed it quick and fast so Benito suggest I do a tune up, we did and got charged almost $300+. At the end after paying one of there techs told him it still was doing it, so I left took my car elsewhere. Dont waste your money here. No good mechanics.

I’d hate to be the one guy that shows hate on here, but these guys are very unprofessional here at least they were with me. I took my car 2 times in a matter of two weeks to get my A/C fixed and the first time they told me it was the condenser which cost me 400$. Now when I pick the car up the next day later( which they didn’t lemme know they were gonna keep my car till the next day when I droppedi it off @ 8 am) they told me it’s now the compressor. Which is gonna cost another 800$. This was just a real unfair experience for me, I hope this doesn’t happen to the next person

My check engine light turned on. After taking my truck to several shops in a two year time period and paying for everything but what was wrong I finally went to Benitos shop. Turns out my issue was a head gasket issue. Benitos fixed it at a competitive price. Ive had no issues since then. Very pleased! Would highly recommend.

Replaced my rotors and brake pads on the spot in under 30 minutes. Very affordable and great job. I had an awesome experience and I will definitely be back with my next auto repair. I would recommend them to anyone!

As I was getting the quote to fix the problem a customer waiting to get her oil change told me I should go to Benitos for auto work because they are fair and do great work! APPALLING! I do not recommend this workshop to anyone. Yesterday I took my car to a simple sensor change (change cost: less than $ 50) and I left with my damaged car (cost to repair damages generated by Benito himself: $ 180) It cannot be that looking for a simple solution such as changing a sensor, they have done me that damage and worse not be responsible for said damage. Mr. Benito even tried to play with my mind telling lies about the problem. They really made me go through a bad time that I dont want ANYONE to go through, so in the end they damaged my car and were not responsible; because they lost a customer because I didnt even give my cars to them again. 😡😡😡
