We had carbon monoxide leak on fireplace log apparatus. They came within the hour. Tested and re confirmed our belief. Heading to store today to look at new apparatus. If theyre as good with their service going in we should be pleased with their service going out. I will write a follow-up.
Had a service call about a suspected leak, they came and shut off the gas. I was at work so I had to wait until I got off for them to come back to turn it on. I called after work and told them I had only 2 hours before I had to leave for another job. After 2 hours nobody had come so I called and they said they put the date in wrong for the order and that it wasnt even scheduled for today. Wasted 2 hours. Then they tell me that they only can do orders from 8-5 so I had to wait until the next day. Next day, after work, I call again. The lady tells me that they CAN do orders at any time and I didnt have to go the whole night without gas. So now its 4:30 and they were supposed to be here at 2:30. Wasting my evening AGAIN waiting for them.
PSNC has terrible customer service. Their method of pick up the no caller ID phone call, or miss out on your service, is ridiculous. I wish I could choose another energy company to move my business to. Unbelievable that I have to continue waiting and hope that Im near my phone the next time the no caller ID number calls me. This is infuriating and I do not recommend using this company at all.

Called to get gas turned on. Was told they would schedule it 8 days later. What a joke. They can sponsor arenas but cant get enough crews to turn gas on.
