Brendan was very timely, professional, and upfront with his pricing. I have an extremely busy work schedule, which most repair professionals aren’t able to work around. He walked me through my options and explained each possible outcome with my older (7 years + Refrigerator). He was able to repair my water line and Ice-maker. I would definitely use his services again. Great job!!

Called and made an appointment. They called back the next day to say they didnt service my address.Edited after phone call with owner. He was very ugly and demanding about the review. I did not say anything in the review that was not true. I was given an appointment with the service he uses for two days later. He called and left a message saying he does not service where I live the day after I was given an appointment. All truth. I was then put behind on my repair because I had to find another service. His website says he services Zebulon which is 5 minutes from my home. He told me during the phone call I was 45 minutes outside his service area. Just know that if you leave a truthful review, he will call and speak unkind.

The supposed owner of this company has refused several requests to return my phone calls. He came out to diagnose what was wrong with my washing machine and charged me 80.00 and was informed by LG and myself that he needed to order the parts for repair but unfortunately has not done so or returned my numerous call. I will probably have to get a lawyer involved with this issue. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the headache and loss of money and time without a washing machine repair!!

DO Not use this company- they do not answer their own phones, but use a service that is not reliable. I booked an appointment and waited for a technician that never showed up. I wasted a day on getting my dishwasher repaired.

Do not use this company! They did not do the clean out on my dryer they were suppose to do. Paid almost $150. Had to call another company and they found a huge lint ball in dryer. Two calls to ARK before a response. They stand by their work. Ha! No refund. Even sent a pic of said lint ball and asked for partial refund. No response. BEWARE

Never again, I paid them almost $350 to have my refrigerator fixed and that never happened. They ordered the wrong part and after a few months of not getting the refrigerator fixed I contacted them and asked for a refund. They first agreed to return the money for the part but as of right now they havent return me anything.So please learn from my mistake and stay away from this company, Brendan was polite and professional but unfortunately was not able to keep his word. I will never again contact them for anything and will not recommend them to anybody. If you value your money, stay away!!!

I would recommend this company without reservation. Brendan made the initial visit to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher. He ordered the part needed for the repair and returned within a few days to fix the dishwasher promptly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable. Overall, the experience was a very positive one.

Received a call and email the evening I made the request on Angies List. I was not able to call back that day, but called the next weekend. He called back. He set up an appointment to examine the stove. Upon doing so he ordered the heating element and replaced it later in the week. Brendan was prompt and professional. The stove worked correctly. The price was about $260.00. I feel the rate is reasonable but dont have other experiences for a frame of reference. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.

Still broken. Paid half up front. supposedly fixed yesterday. Wont come look at it until payment. Would you pay if what someone did was still broken? Offered to meet him there so I could waste my time and babysit so he can get paid. I am in construction too and know that I would never get paid if something was still broken before my client could pay. Do the right thing

Fantastic repair service for my 15+ year old appliances. Brendon is expert and very reasonably priced . (Replacing a washer timer, and cleaned out the Dryer lint from inside out). He effectively extended the life of my washer and dryer- hope to get another 5 years out of them!

I had an issue with my refrigerator. The owner Brennan worked me into his schedule that day. He informed me that the parts are still under manufacturers warranty and by working on it would void that warranty, he did not charge me for the visit. While he wasnt able to help me this time I appreciate his honesty and I will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommended.

Brendan ( a very Christian man ) with Ark Appliance was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He came and serviced 5 appliances for us on Wednesday. Two appliances needed minor repairs. Brendan ordered the parts and came back on Friday to make the repairs. We are very pleased and will call Ark Appliance for any future needs !!! COST WAS VERY FAIR !!!!!

Brendon was great! My ice maker went out on fridge and he was quick to repair. Very professional and friendly service! I explained the issue over the phone and he knew exactly what the problem was!

I had an ice maker replaced on a 5 year old Jenn Air fridge. The owner, Brenden, is clean cut, workman like and soft spoken. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement unit on the first visit, and made short work of the installation on the second visit (4 business days later). Total cost was $260 which I think is reasonable. Brenden was formally trained as a sears technician before going solo. He calls prior to arrival with an eta, takes major credit cards and is honest. Look forward to working with him again.

I highly recommend Brendan if you are looking for a professional and honest repair service. I called ARK Appliance Repair when my washing machine stopped working. Brendan called me 15 minutes before his scheduled arrival time to let me know he was on the way. He informed me of what he thought was causing the problem and the cost to replace the part. He also advised that due to the type of machine I have the repair might not fix the issue. He knew by providing this info that I might choose a new washer over the repair, which would have resulted in loss of business for him. I chose to let Brendan repair the machine and it works like new. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that Brendan displayed and I would definitely use his service again.

My dishwasher was stopping mid cycle and I was frustrated, since it had just passed the warranty period. Brendan presented himself very professional and knowledgable. He knew, quickly, what the problem was. He replaced the computer and it has worked great ever since. It was a reasonable price. I was very happy to have my dishwasher working again. With a family of 6, we go through dishes pretty quickly. I would recommend Brendan to anyone, and will surely call him back if we have another appliance break down.
