I have used this company a few times and they have been great for me. I called them for my refrigerator, my washer and, most recently, my moms washer and dryer. Each time, they have diagnosed the issue and made the repair just as they said. This last time I called was for my moms washer and dryer. Both of them were purchase 20+ years ago. The problems were diagnosed and both needed parts ordered. The washer was repaired within a week, but the dryer part took several weeks, probably due to covid-19 delays. Outside of the delayed part, I have been pleased with their work, timeliness, and price.
I would not recommend them. We had issues with our washer, and our insurance company sent them out for the repair. The man who came out said he had to order a part, and he would contact me when the part came in to fix the issue. I tried contacting them 5 days later, and received no response. The next day, the insurance company contacted me saying that DK had contacted them saying they didn’t know how to fix the issue.They wasted our time rather than admitting up front that they couldn’t fix the issue. Another appliance company came out and fixed the issue the same day. Thankfully, we mentioned this to our insurance, and they are working to remove them from their call list. Take your business elsewhere!
Came to our house. Did some repairs, took the service fee, and told us that the warranty company would contact us in 24 hours. 4 days later I find out that the warranty company records show that the initial service call has not happened. Called DK Appliances and their phone does not ring any more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Gentlemen came to my home told me what was wrong gave him my deductible of 100.00 said he would follow up with my home warranty both them and I tried contacting this company multiple times and never heard back from them.
