I always go in as a walk in and they always work me in. Every person there does a phenomenal job and the customer service is always above satisfying.

Able to use app to sign in early. Didnt take long once I got there to get haircut. Stylist was nice and made sure I was happy with my cut.

They were holding a blood drive, the girl I spoke with name was Jody, very courteous sweet girl, I was greeted with a smile.

Jody was awesome and I was very pleased with her work and total transformation makeover she gave me...well worth it and will be back next time

This is where I get my hair cut very professional and nice but I have to say its a little pricey.

Didnt have an appt. & didnt have to wait long. Quality haircuts for my guys too!

Was told they only had 20 minutes till close so they would not see me because of two people waiting how long does a hair cut take this is bad business poor management some people like myself work for a living and do the best we can with the time we are given it hope their business suffers fir this poor practice of turning people away!

It was busy when I walked in. Waiting area was small and packed full of people not wearing masks. I was there to get my dad a haircut on Veterans Day. We decided not to chance it and left. You can check-in online and they will notify you by text or Email when its your turn. Maybe next time.

I would bring my son to this place I checked in first I had 5 minutes then it went to 19 minutes then it went to 2 minutes then it went to 11 minutes will not ever return because nobody can get of an accurate time and the girls are snotty with their attitude on detailed information..

They were great, the salon was clean and sanitized!! Everyone was wearing their little masks everyone was doing what they are supposed to do!! No appointment needed!!! Again Great place to get a hair cut!!

Being able to check in is a nice touch, the timing it gives you is surprisingly accurate as well. Personally see Shelby as a preference. Shes alway courteous and does an excellent job. Shes also intuitive in her conversational skills knowing when people feel chatty or not.

The staff here is super friendly and the haircuts are on point. Ailyn was awesome and the message was Just what I needed. The teamwork to keep the shop clean was just what all businesses need. They use top of the line products with top of the line staff

Checked in online arrived 5 minutes before and still waited 30 minutes and had to leave.

With the spread of covid-19 the safety measures they have enacted have been followed exactly like they said they would takes any trepidation I might have away I would definitely go back sooner rather than later Jody doesnt amazing professional job and has my trustChecked in online got a text and time and was right on the money plus the whole place runs very efficiently and the people working there are very nice and highly skilled in my opinion Jody and Sara are as good as it gets!

If you are a walkin customer expect to be staying at the back of the line. i went in after work and watched 3 people go in front of me that came in after me. so, if you dont check in online dont go. this was my last attempt to goto this place.
