My washing machine broke on a Friday nite, and I was in a bind. Q responded quickly, and made arrangements to meet me Sunday morning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and above and beyond accommodating to find the part I needed. He had the washer fixed and running by Monday. Added bonus, he cleaned my dryer vents while he was here. His fees are extremely reasonable, and I will continue to use him and pass along to all my neighbors. Suzanne

My experience with Q was amazing! He was fast and professional. When the dryer at our business stopped working I was expecting there to be a huge wait to get scheduled. But Q responded quickly and came in same day. He has our dryer working better than before it broke!

Q repair appliance service is an amazing company. the staffs really responsive and well versed on appliances. the tech troubleshooted the problem, sent me the link to the product and explained the issue. He also gave suggestions on how to maintain the dryer and ways to preserve our unit! So happy to be a client.

I have given Qudell a fair opportunity to respond; unfortunately I now need to leave this negative review.The experience started positively. He responded quickly, and offered to diagnose the dryer the next day. His payment terms were presented fairly... 90 dollars to diagnose and repair if no parts needed to be ordered payable on the first visit... An additional 20 dollars payable on the second visit if parts needed to be ordered (and the cost of parts if he ordered them).He arrived, diagnosed a broken dryer motor and left. I paid the 90 dollar fee. I found the part online and ordered it, he confirmed a follow-up appointment on Thursday of that same week.... Then, he stopped responding...Thursday came and went... I sent a few messages asking for confirmation of his intent to finish the repair... No response. Now 2 weeks later I still have not received any response. In my last message I advised him that I didnt want to be forced to leave a bad review, and asked nicely for any type of response.... No response.I hope he is alive and well. However, if he is well then his lack of response is unprofessional at best. I feel robbed by the diagnostic, and abandoned as a customer.If he answers any new customers, please do not fund someone who only is trying to collect diagnostic fees with no intention of performing the follow up repairs.I am shocked that an apparent 5 star service provider has preformed this level of disservice.*** Update due to his response to this review... He was respectful meaning he put on shoe covers and asked should he remove his hat, out of respect for my household. I thought that was awesome along with fixing my Samsung flattop stove. He saved me a lot of money.

What a great guy! I called a couple companies to come fix my ice maker. Both companies were going to charge a couple hundred but neither showed. I called Q Repair Appliance Service who asked a few questions over the phone and told me how to fix the problem. I got his number from people hes done work for in the past who say hes prompt, responsive and fair priced. I had a washing machine that I was about to throw out when a friend told me about a guy who happened to be the owner of Q repair appliance, so I immediately called left a message he got back to me promptly set up an appointment. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he pretty much knew what was wrong from the phone diagnostic and only confirmed the problem upon arrival.. I will definitely call him if I encounter any problems with any of my other appliances and will recommend him to friends and family.

We had an upright freezer that wasnt quite doing the job, even though its only a few years old. I thought that I was going to have to purchase a new one but found out that because of the pandemic, freezers are on 5 month backorder! I was told that there was not one freezer for sale in the state of NC! I was panicked as my freezer is currently full to the brim. I called several repairmen and Qudell responded promptly and gave me a window of time that he would be at our house. He texted me several times to let me know when exactly he would be arriving and how much his services were for diagnostic. Well, he arrived promptly and was able to fix the freezer on the spot, saving me hundreds of dollars for a new fridge and lost food! I was so happy that I paid extra for the service. Highly recommended.
