I lived at Camden Manor Park for just under 2 years after looking at about a dozen apartment complexes in the greater Raleigh area. it offered the best balance of location, amenities, cost, and quality that I could find, and my time there proved that to be true (ample parking, and friendly policies for residents and guests was a huge plus). The staff was very friendly and accommodating, with Chris, and several other members of the staff consistently going above and beyond to make sure my experience, and the experience of numerous friends I recommended to the property was as positive as possible. The Community is kept clean, is reasonably quiet, and convenient to virtually everything you could want or need. In addition, I was incredibly impressed with how Camden as a larger entity handled the pandemic, going as far as providing a multimillion dollar fund to help those who were negative impacted stay on their feet.Highly recommend to anyone looking to live in an apartment in the Raleigh area.

Just moved here about and week and a half ago. We absolutely love it here. while we cant use all the amenities due to the virus, we have been able to enjoy the pool and the apartment itself is just wonderful. We have a three bedroom and two bathroom apartment that is about 1,425 ft². We did have an issue with the cable provider spectrum, but that has nothing to do with Camden. They keep everything clean and the landscape is beautiful. Anytime you need something they are available and very helpful and nice. The direct access to the capital area Greenway is awesome. You can literally walk to the mall in 15 minutes or drive in about 2. While we havent been here too long we are very happy about our decision to move in here and look forward to enjoying Raleigh life.

My boyfriend and I lived at Camden Manor Park for a year and a half. The complex was an amazing place to live. The amenities were wonderful and all common areas were always kept clean. We had to call maintenance a few times throughout living there and they always responded quickly (within an hour), and made it to our apartment the same day. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The manager, Jessica, was always there to answer questions and was a a friendly face to see when visiting the front office. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for apartment living in the Raleigh area.

Camden Manor Park is a great place to call home! The amenities (two pools, two gyms, movie room, etc.) are super nice and the buildings are really well maintained. The Camden team are all super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Moved here from very much out of state and had great responses throughout the leasing process. Jake was helpful in finding us an apartment with the features we desired. Upon move-in, Jessica was super kind in our initial meeting, and she proceeded to offer us additional assistance. Overall wonderful experience and the complex exceeded the expectation.

I wasnt able to stay here long but I LOVED the time I spent here. The one bedroom apartment I rented out with my mom and little sister was honestly super cute, clean, and very new and modern. They had a great fitness, business center, and the neighborhood was very clean and tidy. It was a very new apartment complex so absolutely everything was relatively new. Its also super close to Harris Teeter and the plaza and the Crabtree Mall. The office workers were super nice and accommodating. Thanks so much Jake for helping us move in the very next day! I wish we couldve stayed longer!

Camden Manor Park has great staff, location, and amenities for people looking for an affordable place to live in a constantly growing Raleigh. The staff, in particular Chris, has always gotten back to us about our questions and concerns in a prompt manner. If we were not moving to start school outside Raleigh, we would have renewed our lease.

The day I had an appointment to be let into the new place was not a good reflection of the management. Turned in my payment and the rest of the info they needed at the office, and was told he would meet me at the apartment. He sped off in the golf cart (lost him but thankfully knew where to go) and then stood outside the apartment for 45 minutes (including 5 trips up/down three flights of stairs to ensure I was in the correct place; it was storming and Im pregnant btw) and dude NEVER SHOWED. I called the office four times, no one picked up. So I left a note on the door saying I was looking for him (in case he showed) and went back to the office. According to the other manager he had went on lunch!!!! Didnt even bother to call me (number was on the paperwork sitting on his desk) and see where I was, or give ANY explanation as to what happened. The other manager spent 15 minutes trying to make it to where I could enter the apartment. When I finally made it back, the note was gone. Edit: The manager called today and apologized for the miscommunication which was courteous. Thats at least more than any other apartment management would do.

We just re-signed our lease and it was largely in part to Jake at the leasing office. Jake has been super helpful in answering all of our questions. He’s prompt, professional, and very friendly.

I’ve been living at Camden Manor for a few months now and love it. The neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. I used to live out in Morrisville, and wasn’t as comfortable walking around my complex, but at Camden I find myself walking the length of the complex, and onto the greenway frequently. The views looking up the stairs of the two courtyards from the bottom is almost as nice as the the designs of the rooms. The staff is great as well. I talked with Jake when I was touring the area, and Nicole showed me around to a few units before I signed. Never have I met a more relaxed, and friendly group. I never feel like a burden when I have a question, no matter how dumb it might seem to me. The maintenance is fast, and polite from what the fellow residents tell me (haven’t had a need to call them atm). The quality of the rooms is as good as it looks. Love my kitchen and the amount of prep/cooking space in it.I highly recommend looking at Camden Manor if you are in the area. Jake and Nicole are very knowledgeable and easy to talk whether it is about the complex or the local area. Happy to find a place we’re I can finally relax and get out.

I cant say enough good things about this place! So, I had a unique situation, I had to relocate pretty quickly late January to early February from Florida to the area as a result of a new job. I had taken a trip up for the weekend to view apartments and I found this place by chance on my last day right before I drove back down to Florida. I had tried applying to a few other places and was denied as I had no rental history and there was an error on my credit report that I didnt catch, since I forgot to check it before applying for apartments, and such hadnt gotten corrected since I didnt know it existed at the time.The morning I had to drive home I looked up apartments in the area and this one showed up that hit all of my marks; price, location, amenities, you name it. I called up the main office and was greeted by Jake who was a rock star then and continues to be. I explained my situation and he welcomed me to come tour quickly before I drove down and said he believed they could do something for me.After touring the community and viewing a model of the type of unit I would rent I fell in love with the place and decided to apply once I returned home to Florida. The approval came fast and finishing the process of documentation in preparation for move in was amazingly easy. Even with me changing my initial move in date, they never scoffed at my request and always went above and beyond with a pleasant attitude to make my experience easy and enjoyable.Ive been here for a few months now, the community is quiet and clean, there is trash pickup service, it is EXTREMELY dog friendly and the process to get approval for an animal and modify your lease is easy as well. I adopted a puppy mid April so Im speaking from experience. The residents are all friendly, and the community links to the beautiful Crabtree Creek Trail Greenway which is great for biking, walking, and running surrounded by nature, and it has 2 community pools and 2 gyms, a cardio gym and a weight and machine room.Not to mention, the community is down the street from the Crabtree Valley Mall, the interstate on ramps, and main roads through town so getting around is extremely easy.If youre considering moving here Id highly recommend you stop by and check it out. Im sure youll love it as much as I do and the friends who live here whom Ive met.

We absolutely loved our time at Camden Manor. The apartment is beautiful and up to date. When ever we had a maintenance issue it was always fixed it a timely manner and no questions were ever asked. The office staff is beyond friendly and always asking how they can be better. We have a pup and they are super dog friendly too. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will miss living here! Our only regret is leaving!

I have never been so disappointed in how openly someone will scam you. They dont require a security deposit and thats so they can charge you over $500 upon move out. They tried to claim that the carpet was uncleanable but the only stains on it were just from furniture outlines and dust. Totally cleanable, they didnt even try (even though they charged us an initial cleaning fee that included carpet shampooing). And dont try to get any help from management. They dont budge on anything. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!

A nice community, great location, genuinely great people at local Camden team, but unprepared to handle the legacy they inherited.Summary in a few bullets:1. A Nicely designed community with good facilities and benefits, recently modernized apartments. Very good vibe.2. A fantastic property manager - Jessica. One of the most customer-focused people you could ever meet. She’s striving to make it a true home for residents, but limited in what she can do, including Corporate policies and changing the unprofessional culture of the maintenance team.3. Corporate burden / big money problem - Camden is a big business and apparently is solely focused on profitability, not customers. Don’t expect them to side with their clients in any situation beyond their publicly committed community benefits.4. Big electric radiation in apartments, but see #3 above - unwilling to fix!5. Unprofessional maintenance team - short-sighted and trying to get away with quick fixes without caring much about a long-term efficiency or residents. Some exceptional individuals can’t change the culture.6. Packages mis-delivery is a constant issue. Residents have to communicate on the community portal to try to locate the correct recipients of the parcels or find their own parcels. The Camden team did not offer a viable solution.Examples to illustrate the above:1. The Maintenance team “fixed” our patio door blinds four (!) times and the slat still kept falling off. It took several weeks to finally convince them that they need to replace the entire section of blinds to make it truly fixed.2. Electro-magnetic radiation is Well above normal in many places in apartments. While the apartments were renovated, the underlying old electrical infrastructure (cables in the walls etc.) was Not updated. As a result you have a dangerous radiation in your room, including bedrooms. In our baby bedroom the device measured the Electric radiation up to 303 V/m, an equivalent of Electric Train, 3x times more than a refrigerator or 30x times more than that an old tube-like computer monitor (data from WHO). See a photo. Camden refused to make repairs to fix the old cables issue, citing lack of regulations and standards on topic. Obviously that would have been a costly repair across the community and would have affected their profits - the only motivation of Corporate Camden. Hats off to local property manager Jessica, who let us move out without penalties.3. Loud Noise and a hands-off approach: A faulty device in the fire sprinkler maintenance room caused a loud beeping signal for day and night for about two weeks and about 15-20 apartments around it were constantly exposed to the sound, which was above the levels ordered in the City Noise Ordinance. The maintenance team did not have a replacement unit and ordered it through a subcontractor responsible for the room. They didn’t think how residents are supposed to live with that noise for two weeks (!), they just did it the way they are used to. The police could not issue a noise violation to Camden as it was due to a “technical malfunction”. Nobody bothered to revise the SLA with a subcontractor and mandate them to have a replacement within a few hours - residents’ life doesn’t matter to the Maintenance team. It wasn’t until I personally tracked down the subcontractor company and called them, and called the police, when they eventually replaced the faulty device.

I moved out November 22,2020. After receiving the final notice December 2,2020 we were charge with outrageous fees. The apartment was left in great condition. We called several times inquiring about these to ridiculous fees but nothing was done. Per the contract residents are given 30 days after final notice to pay fees. I called on the 30th day January 2, 2021 to pay the balance & was informed it was already sent to collections early. If you want to be charged outrageous fees upon move out & sent to collections for no reason move here!!Money hungry & no compassion! I was never late or missed any payments during my lease term.

When I first moved to the Raleigh area, I went through the process of touring 20+ different apartment communities. My boyfriend and I narrowed it down to two places. Camden Manor Park being one of them. We ultimately didnt choose Camden Manor Park due to an amenity that was important to us that they did not offer, however, this place was an extremely close second for many reasons. It was beautiful, reasonable priced, good location, but the main reason I am leaving this review is because I want to highlight the property manager Nicole who went above and beyond for us. She was by far the most friendly, kind and knowledgable property manager we worked with across all of the properties we toured. We didnt have a firm idea on our move-in date, and many other communities brushed us off and told us they wouldnt tour us if we werent going to be ready within 4 weeks but Nicole was patient, emailed us every time something within our budget and requirements popped up and was just genuinely really nice. If we were choosing based on property managers and customer service alone, Camden manor park wouldve been our top choice.We still have other family and friends moving to the area, who have different priorities than us, and even though we ultimately didnt pick Camden Manor Park, I will still be referring my friends and family to Nicole.

All I’ve been trying to do is get my Admin Fee refunded and it’s been well over a month since it was “supposedly mailed out” . I have called several times and always told it’s in the mail. Still havn’t received it and for a company to be holding someone’s money for an extended amount of time during a pandemic is just Simply wrong. Staff was amazing but the responsiveness of this issue is below expectations. I don’t want a call back, all I need is my Admin fee refund issued and a tracking number for the check.Please and thank you 👎🏾

We love Camden! This complex is so convenient to shops, food, and major highways. The apartments are designed well and I have even used the clubhouses for parties and the pool for small gatherings. The team that works here is awesome! They are so quick to resolve any issues that come up and having maintenance team members that also happen to live on site make it quick and easy. Levi is our favorite maintenance guy because he is great with dogs which is awesome for our pups when we need things done!

Jessica is the best employee that Camden has. She had helped me so much in my time being here at Camden Manor Park.She has such a great attitude, she’s extremely thorough and sweet; and honestly if she wasn’t working here I most likely would no longer want to live here. She’s just that amazing!

We have lived here at Camden since 2017, at 4411 & 4301 Building (transferred in the complex twice to different units) it has been a great experience. within walking distance of Crabtree Mall & Harris Teeter & Walgreens Pharmacy. love living in the 4301 Building the best, its pretty quiet. Camden staffs are very polite/friendly and professional always ready to answer any questions, their maintenance team is the best quick to resolve any issues you may be having... The only main issues are getting some of the pets owner to clean up after their 4 legging family member. Other than that this is a great Complex to live in.

As a Camden employee you can live at any Camden property, but there was no question as to which property was the right one for me. During my time in Raleigh, NC I lived at Manor Park for about a year and a half and loved every minute of it. Youre close to downtown (less than a $10 Uber ride), right across the street from the Crabtree Valley Mall as well as countless restaurants, and minutes from the interstate.The property itself is aesthetically pleasing and very well maintained. It was definitely a perk having two pools as well as two fitness centers. One of my favorite things about living at Manor Park was the maintenance team. No matter how small the request, their maintenance techs went above and beyond in making sure that I was fully satisfied in my apartment.Thank you to leasing, management and maintenance for making Manor Park such an AWESOME place to live! 10/10

Ive lived in many communities in this area, in Chapel Hill, Durham, and D.C. This is by far the best place Ive lived. I lived here years ago and had to move, and when I had the chance I moved back. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and theyre all on the same page. Things run so smoothly. Maintenance treats you like they actually want to fix your problems -- they are so nice and really care. Quality is great. I never write reviews -- Im weird about being online, but I always read them, and Camden has so impressed me that it feels right to write one :).

My experience at Camden has always been a positive one. I dont live there but have visited and attended functions around the pool on several occasions. Everything was always very clean and the staff very hospitable and professional. I would definitely recommend!

The past few weeks have been bittersweet, very fortunate to purchase a home but hate leaving what was my home. The past decade Ive been in and out of different apartment complexes until I moved into Camden. I was a resident for over 4 years and cant think of a single complaint. All of my neighbors were friendly and Jessica and her staff exceeded my expectations to make my living experience the best it possibly could be. The community was always well kept and the pool was always fun. I made a lot of friends there. The price was extremely affordable with a great cable and internet package included. Tiffany and Kristen were absolutely amazing when I moved in! I’ve been here for a month and the complex is top notch. The grounds are well kept and the amenities suffice for the price. I looked at several other complexes in this area and they did not come close to what Camden offers. The pool is great and the gyms are well equipped. I highly recommend!

A few minor issues that are common to almost all apartment complexes, but overall a good place to live. Solid community to be a part of.

I just moved in a little over a week ago and am very impressed with both the staff and the complex itself. The staff in the main office are professional, efficient, and super friendly. Upon moving in I had a few minor maintenance issues but they were resolved within 24 hours. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well kept. I am very happy with my choice to live here!

I am a Camden employee but I just wanted to share my experiences at Camden Manor Park. As an employee we have the option to live at any of the properties in the are but I choose Manor Park because I absolutely fell in love with the location. It is right beside the Crab Tree mall and just minutes from great eating! Also, it is only a $10.00 Uber ride to downtown. Additionally, the staff there is awesome. I met Tiffany when I was looking into the property and she was so helpful with the whole decision process! I highly recommend living here!

I have toured over 12 properties in the last two weeks, and nothing comes close to Camden Manor Park. I have not moved in yet, but I can speak to the process leading up to it:Upon coming in for my tour, the leasing agent was nothing but polite, helpful, and excited for me. She answered all of my questions (about a million of them), and gave my mom and I a lovely tour. I kept looking after seeing this property, but found myself comparing every other complex to them. Of course, I signed.Since applying and signing my lease (all online, which was very convenient), I have come to the office with several more questions, and they are always there to answer. I will not be moving in until October, but I am confident that I have made the right choice. The fees for move-in and move-out are clearly stated in the lease, and I feel that they have been incredibly transparent with me throughout the process. At first, I was apprehensive about the price, but honestly this is the best value I have seen from anywhere in Raleigh.If youre thinking about touring, do it. Its worth it. The apartments are beautiful, the open floorpan keeps the living space customizable, and the location is fantastic. I am so excited to not move into a cookie cutter, boxed-in apartment.

Camden Manor Park Apartments is a superb place to live.The property itself is beautiful...and beautifully maintained.Even when snow is on the ground the Camden driving streets and sidewalks are immediately cleared.Sometimes during a past snow I was amazed how manicured the areas were where snow-&-ice had been removed.The Camden Management Team is first rate.They truly care about the residents and take pride in the company they work with.Each and every Camden Team member actually likes the Camden Corporation.Their pride shows in everything they do...everyday.The Maintenance Team is excellent.Any and all situations that require maintenance is addressed immediately by a team member that knows their job and cares how they perform.Never is there a post-maintenance clean-up required.I absolutely have zero concerns with anyone from Camden entering my apartment when I am not there.The Maintenance Team are first and foremost professionals...and secondly they are Gentlemen.On countless occasions I see a Maintenance Team member doing some task if just picking up a piece of paper litter as they have pride in their property.The apartments are really big and well designed.The remodeled apartments are gorgeous.(!!!)I happen to have relocated into a remodeled unit and am beyond happy with everything.It is a beautiful canvas to be personalized.There is no noise...my neighbors are respectful of each other...and with the summer on the way we have (2) Pools which are immaculately maintained.I find the main pool as nice as in any resort... the other pool is more boutique and has beautiful wooded surroundings.Seriously... Camden goes way far and beyond to insure our pools are beyond pristine and safe.We have outdoor grills and a Gazebo to enjoy evenings while eating, etc.And the apartment decks are really spacious for outdoor sun or dining.Camden has social events throughout the year... and my favorite are the Food Trucks that cater to us under the main archway.I am very very happy with Camden, and absolutely recommend anyone that wants to be treated extremely special to visit.-ts

I have worked in the Apartment industry for ten years, so needless to say I have incredibly high expectations for service, cleanliness, overall apartment quality and amenity areas when making an apartment selection for myself. I moved to Camden Manor Park this weekend from out of town and my experience has been 5 star from the start. From my first tour with the knowledgeable, professional leasing consultant to the quality of my apartment at move in - everything has been perfect. Not only is my apartment incredible and immaculately clean, but the community is in an excellent location near my work, the grounds are stunning, amenities are beautiful and neighbors are great! I would highly recommend you take a look here. You wont be disappointed!

The staff here are amazing! They are always quick to respond and help you with any issues you have. The units are beautiful and the complex is clean! Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone and its well worth the price! The complex is also very close to the mall and the RDU airport!

We have lived in Camden Manor for a year now, and I would give this property 3 stars.The apartments are nice, new, and in a great location. Youre 15 minutes from downtown, next to the mall, and near the Harris Teeter shopping center. It is a very convenient location for a decent price.However, if you have a dog, or if you dont like bugs, I dont recommend moving here.This is by far the least friendly community of residents we have ever lived in. I have had several dog owners not be able to control their dog from going crazy, lunging towards me and my dog, and losing their mind barking. Very poorly trained and very aggressive. A ton of owners know that their dog is not friendly, and they will just turn around on the sidewalk to avoid you because they know their dog is aggressive. That made me uncomfortable that the other dogs were far from friendly. There are also dogs who poop right on the sidewalk, and owners wont pick it up.We have had another resident record a video of us, without our knowledge, of us walking our dog without a leash because shes in training for being a support dog. The team had nothing to say about them recording us, even though it was for her legal training, which is required.We have had other residents literally leave their trash on our door step not once, but twice.We have spoken with a few other residents who also said this is the least friendly people weve ever lived at a complex with.There have also been cockroaches and stink bugs since we moved in last year. The cockroaches have been in our bedroom, in our bathroom, in the stairwells, in the lawn, and they never seem to go away like theyre not getting the right treatment to control them.Overall, the apartment is nice, in a good area, and an affordable price. However, for the hassle of the other dog owners, people leaving trash everywhere including our doorstep, and the bugs, I wouldnt live here again.

I should start by saying that I am an employee of Camden. I live at Manor Park and work at another Camden community in Raleigh. I want to be fair and balanced when it comes to writing them a review, and the truth is I LOVE LOVE LOVE this community.My two bedroom layout is bright and spacious and so easy to keep clean. The grounds are well-maintained and me and my boyfriend love going for walks in the community and on the trails nearby. The 24/7 fitness center is always squeaky clean and smells fresh. The theater room is cozy and spacious and easy to reserve.But the best part of living here is maintenance. Ive almost never needed to put in a service request because the apartment is so nice, but if I did it was always handled the very next day. They even left me notes to explain what work they did. Ive been calling this place home for over six months now and it just keeps getting better!

My partner and I lived at Camden Manor Park for about a year and I want to give a shout-out to the staff there. They are terrific and were ALWAYS on top of every request and need that we had. Jessica (manager) has a terrific ability to hire helpful, kind, and funny staff members who work together very well. The apartment was just what we needed at the time. Yes, it was small, but we were looking for low maintenance, easy to clean, and inexpensive. We werent sure when the closing on our new house would be, so we were uncertain about when to give notice. Luckily, the office staff helped walk us through how the notice periods work so that we didnt goof up the amount of notice and have to pay a bunch of extra rent. With their help (and a little luck) our lease ended EXACTLY on the right day -- we didnt pay for days we didnt need and we didnt pay any penalties. That would NOT have happened if the staff hadnt helped explain it all carefully and in detail.In summary, if you are looking for a place to live -- short-term or longer-term, Camden Manor Park is in a great location, has a terrific staff, and is a great place to live. Go see the staff and youll feel right at home, right away.Apartment-seeker pro tip: If you are planning to store some of your furniture or items, look into getting an on-site garage. We rented a storage unit and had a lot of our things placed there. When we realized that an on-site garage was cheaper, cleaner, and easier to access, we moved our things to a garage just steps from our apartment. There are nearly always garages available and we liked having our boxes/furniture where we could access them when we needed. Also, if you have a boat or other trailer, there is on-site space for parking those. It saves you $$ and time!

I have lived here for over a year and could not be more pleased with the environment that I get to call home! The office staff is accommodating and helpful, the maintenance team is fast and reliable and you can truly become friends with fellow residents! Wonderful environment for young professionals to live and meet new people!

Ive lived at Camden Manor Park for almost 3 years now and have been enjoying every minute of it. I would highly recommend this complex to any friend or family member because you will receive more than what youre paying for with an top notch staff working for you in a very friendly community that is easy to call home. I loved living here - 15 months. Maintenance people were really responsive and thorough; leasing office staff was friendly and always helpful. The amenities provided were almost always up and running in good condition. Plus the location is a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants and shopping nearby, and traffic is pretty manageable. It was a GREAT location for my husband and me. Lots of other young professionals in the complex.My only tiny complaints are:The pool was closed quite a few times over the summer because of people breaking glass :/ So if youre a new resident dont ruin it for everyone by bringing glass to the pool areas.The Camden Offices stopped accepting packages so packages are left outside of doors in the hallways and package theft was pretty bad. We lost 9 in a year.When it came time to re-sign they raised our rent higher than what we thought was fair and was the only reason why we left.Overall though, great place to live!

I would never recommend someone to live here, everything seems great until you are trying to move out and they falsely charge you to replace carpet that you didnt damage or they charge you a cleaning fee that they are then going to use to remodel the apartment and then clean based on their repairs. I have yet to hear a successful move out experience as I had previously recommended friends and coworkers that this is the perfect place...dont fall for it, they will charge you tons of hidden fees following your stay

I lived at Camden Manor Park for 2 years and absolutely loved my experience. I had to move away on business but I would have stayed for a couple of more years at least considering how good my time there was. The service and property were top notch from the moment I toured the apartments all the way through my last day there. The leasing office, maintenance, and amenities are fantastic as well as the location. Highly recommended!

I went to an event that a friend of mine hosted at one of the clubhouses (YES there is more then one :-) ) and loved the atmosphere of this place. So clean and well decorated and the grounds were kept so nice. It really felt more like a home then a clubhouse. I liked it so much so that when Im out of my current lease I will definitely be staying here. The Staff were approachable and the maintenance staff must take pride in their work because everything worked properly and you could tell everything was well maintained! Definitely a positive in my book!

I moved out of Camden in June. I wish I hadnt moved out and chose another apartment. Camden has superior customer service, online portals that make being a resident easy, and the apartments are clean and bug free. The manager is very nice and really good at her job. When you live here you will love it!

My name is Juan Romero and I went to see an apartment at Camden Manor on 2-21-18. I was really excited to look their 2 bedroom 2 bath they advertised on their website for 1100 dollars. When I got there, I spoke to Rob which he was very friendly at the very beginning but at the end he got little irritated. He told me the price for the same unit I looked in their website was almost 1300 dollars. I showed him on my phone what I saw in their website and he continued telling me different stories. I asked him to speak with his manager. He told me that Jessica was on the phone that may take a while but if I want to leave he will call me with an answer. 30 minutes later he call me, told me he talked to his manager and told me that the price I saw was their system glitch and could not honored the price I saw in their website. I don’t expect to live for free but what is annoying is what a waste of time. I feel they should be more accurate with their pricing. I hope the possible new residents don’t have to experience that kind inconvenience.Juan.

I love this place!! The entire area ia beautiful! The pool area is amazing! The theatre room is great! The apt we had was fully furnished and didnt disappoint at all! The Path that leads down by the mall is perfect too!Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I have been living in Camden Manor Park for more than two years now and we just LOVE it here! I have lived in several apartment s in the Raleigh area in the past 10 years and Camden Manor Park is the best of them. The service is incredible, issues are almost always solved the same day. The community has great facilities for pool, gym, theater room, etc.

Beautiful property, gorgeous rooms, great location! I couldnt be happier here. The fitness center and pool are always well kept and clean. The staff is incredible, happy, friendly and made my move painless and fun. The property manager has helped me out beyond her means when dealing with any issues that may have come up. Honestly she is one of the main reasons I choose this property. Very personable, listened to me, very professional, but also not your average manager…..she is very cool and her personality is special. So thanks Camden! Thank you Jessica! Tell your employees to keep up the good work, I appreciate your effort in making my apartment feel like a real home! Whens the next community get together?! Those have been so fun and its nice meeting other residents!

I have been a resident of Camden Manor Park for over a year now. My experience so far has been nothing but great. They have an excellent maintenance team who are quick to respond, friendly and helpful staff and great amenities. Quick access to the Capital Greenway trail system is a bonus for fitness enthusiasts!Would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent an apartment in Raleigh.

I have lived in a half dozen apartment communities as a student and young adult. This place is the best because of its staff and responsiveness. You will get same-day-repairs and the staff seem to take an interest in your experience. You wont just be dealing with college kids who are there because their parents pressure them to get a job! I have dealt with Jillian and Randy and they have been great!

After nearly 4 years as a resident I will applaud the staff for always being readily available. I can also confirm that all maintenance request are completed quickly and at your convenience. The location is unbeatable. Monthly rent is at the area average rate. Deals are limited.

Camden Manor park is a great place to live. Staff and maintenance team are great, service is always prompt and professional. A quick Uber to downtown Raleigh too, it is a great location.

We toured Camden Manor Park looking for a 1-bedroom. Jennifer Cissna was the leasing consultant, and she was just tremendous. First, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Also, when we had a slight emergency needing to mail a package, she went the extra mile to help. Although we didnt end up renting from them, I cant say enough good things about Jennifer. Shes tremendous.

I have only lived here a little over a week, but I have learned a lot. This place is amazing. The staff are extremely kind and understanding. I tried to wash a comforter that was too big in my washer and it was damaged, and it clearly was my mistake, but they still looked into it and were very responsive. All maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly by knowledgeable and kind staff. Amazing location, amazing courtyard, I truly have nothing to complain about!

Manor park is a great place to live! Its proximity to Downtown Raleigh, NC State Campus, shopping and a vast array of restaurants -all within a quick drive, makes the location of the complex ideal. The office staff is very friendly and eager to help. The maintenance guys are prompt in addressing any repair request and respectful while in your apartment.Overall, this complex gets 5 stars from me; if youre looking to move to the Raleigh area or looking for a new place to live, I highly recommend Camden Manor Park.

Lived here roughly three years. As far as Raleigh apartments go, it’s a pretty good value. Only left due to a change in smoking policy, which is a bonus for the majority of the population.Only a few personal negatives. Communication is handled almost entirely through email, which was inconvenient when you aren’t in the habit of checking it often and because you’re bombarded with daily newsletters and random messages that make it difficult to differentiate what’s important at a glance. Second is parking. You’ll be able to park onsite, but you’ll probably have to walk a few hundred yards due to a lack of available apartment-side parking. Their solution was to designate an allotment of spaces out of an already sparse pool as paid-for spots. Third minor gripe was that the pools fill up in the summer and turn into something resembling the college greek life. No idea if they were residents or if residents were bringing their friends, but they rage pretty hard all summer, so it’s not a particularly welcoming environment if you want to bring kids.Positives are many. High quality units and great amenities. Wonderful staff. They have two gyms, the newer of which is reminiscent of a small Planet Fitness. You’re obviously not going to see a power rack, but it’s easily the most complete and spacious apartment gym I’ve ever seen. And the location is unbeatable.This place is a great midline value for someone looking to live near everything without springing for the deluxe gated community situation of the ultra luxury apartments in downtown Raleigh and North Hills.

The complex, staff and apartment itself are great! The apartments are a great size; ours being a 3 bedroom, 2 bath; we had plenty of space for our family of 5. We also really like the location of the complex; close to shops and restaurants. Anything you need is just minutes away. Definitely recommend leasing here!

I just moved to North Carolina last week for a job and moved into Camden manor park, after losing my first apartment at another Camden complex. Jennifer was extremely helpful and accommodating with me and my situation of needing housing ASAP. I am very happy with my transition to Camden manor park- the complex is gorgeous and my apartment is more than I expected (very large, I loveeee my floors, everything is newly renovated, a lot of storage space). The maintenance team is great and come to help very quickly. I was working today when my couch was being delivered and Jennifer had opened my door and taken it in for me and as well as deliver a fax. The staff is great. Plus the location is great, cant beat it. I have yet to check out the pools and gyms but Im looking forward to doing so. Thank you!!!

No apartment complex is perfect, but my wife and I liked Camden Manor until we moved out. Thats when they slapped us with an unexpected bill for a half-grand and said we had no choice but to fork out.The bill centered around our apartments paint. When we gave our move-out notice, the leasing office worker said hed send someone over to estimate the cost of painting our apartment back to a neutral color. That never happened, so we moved out thinking we were OK -- or that the leasing office thought it wouldnt cost us enough to do an estimate first.Then we get a bill for $500 in painting fees. We talked to the leasing office. They said we never came to talk about a painting estimate and told us to pay up. We told them we felt like we were being taken. They told us to quit whining and cough it up.I had a good time at this complex but now I can only recommend it if you go in with open eyes.

The complex is beautiful, but it comes at a price. They force amenities on you that are addition to the rent that you dont have the ability to opt out of. $30 a month for valet trash pick up, $70 a month for cable, and lots of fines peppered in. Be sure to lock your doors (not that it helps) My roommates car has been broken into (as well as other in the parking lot). Weve also had locked bikes stolen within the same month.

Absolutely amazing community! The leasing office is perfect and the maintenance staff is on top of everything, they are great. Me and my wife love it here. The staff makes you feel like you are truly part of the Camden family. I definitely reecommend living here.

I can’t express enough how amazing it has been to live at Camden Manors. Jessica Stover and her team made me feel right at home and welcomed from the start. If there were ever any problems, Jessica and her team addressed them immediately and with extreme empathy. I was always greeted with a smile no matter who I ran into. I felt safe, comfortable and right at home there. It was a great experience overall! I just want to thank Jessica Stover personally for making my stay at Camden Manors one I will always speak highly of. I truly enjoyed my stay because of her and her team! Thank you!

I love living here! It is a beautiful place to live, I feel safe and Ive made a lot of friends. The summers are a blast by the pool and the office hosts cool events throughout the year. Couldnt ask for anything more!

I love living at Camden Manor Park! Not enough can be said about the quality of the facilities or the people that operate them. Tori, Jennifer, Jessica and the rest of their team do a great job of taking care of their residents. Customer Service comes first here and if you value that, this is the place for you.

Ive lived at CMP for 2 years and Im so sad to leave. The community staff is very friendly and helpful. They are super pet friendly and my dog loved to stop by the office to pick up packages because she got lots of treats. Ive made lots of friends in the community - there are so many dog owners! Loved my time here and would recommend the community!

I have lived at Camden for over four years now and I absolutely love it. Any time I ever have an issue it is resolved within 24 hours. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Some of my favorite parts about living at Camden is that I have tons of closets, 13 foot ceilings, it is very pet friendly (a lot of people have dogs, and there are a lot of good places to walk your dog), there is an entrance to the greenway, 2 pools and 2 gyms, the community consists of a lot of young professionals, and all of the Camden employees are great! Plus you are close to North Hills, downtown, crabtree and Cameron Village. If you are looking for an apartment in Raleigh I would highly recommend looking into Camden Manor Park.

My wife and I recently moved from Texas to the Camden Manor Park Apartments without seeing the place beforehand. The complex and the staff were/are OUTSTANDING. Robert Beeghly was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and responsive and went out of his way to help us with our move. He helped us through every step of the way - from the first phone call, all the way up until the day we arrived at the complex after a 3 day drive. He was there waiting to welcome us the moment we stepped out of our car. We never felt stressed, pressured or lied to. The place is just as he described, beautiful and well-maintained in the great state of North Carolina.

Glenn and Ricky made my experience here worth every penny. As a renter, they went beyond my expectations and were able to work with me to accommodate my current roommate. The maintenance team at CMP was quick / responsive to requests and left detailed notes on service provided. Camden also has landscaping crews which leaves the property looking very immaculate, especially during the summer months. The amenities here (along with the cost of rent) cannot be matched with competitor apartments in the area especially in the Glenwood / downtown Raleigh district. Theyre very pet friendly and many tenants here have pets. Parking can be tough at times especially during the week after 7PM. Never have any problems with noise especially with being on the top floor. All-in-all my experience here was perfect for a first time renter. Highly recommend Camden Manor Park for all types of renters and people looking for a good first experience renting.

I am a Camden employee but wanted to give my feedback on all of the the Camden communities I have lived in. Being in this business actually makes me more picky when apartment shopping because I do this all day long. Kudos to Camden Manor Park. I absolutely love my apartment there. It is honestly my favorite of the 4 Camden apartments I’ve had. My one bedroom floor plan is so spacious! The largest one bedroom apartment I’ve had. The upgrades in the apartment are so modern and fresh that you’d think you’re in a brand new place. I love the location. It’s near everything I need/want and I never run out of restaurant or shopping options being so close to Glenwood and Crabtree. I don’t exercise as I should but the 2 gyms there sure make me want to lol. They have 2 pools too which is pretty cool. But again, I just love the experience I’ve had with this community and wanted to share. Thanks Camden Manor Park!

I moved to Camden Manor Park Apartments April of last year. I can honestly say I love living here! My wife and I love the area. We are close to downtown and we also have the privilege of having a beautiful greenway which connects to the Crabtree Valley Mall. The staff has been very professional and responsive towards our needs, especially the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff has responded to our requests in less than 24 hours whenever we had any issues. Additionally, we have social events every month which sometimes include food and entertainment. One of my favorite social activities here at Camden is Poker Night; Marcus makes it a lot of fun for everyone involved. We would highly recommend Camden Manor to anyone searching for a new apartment.

We had a pretty mediocre experience overall, but two different robberies happened on site that the Camden team did nothing about. The first occurred when our keys were stolen from the key rack in the gym and their security cameras conveniently didnt work that particular day and the second was much worse. My cars catalytic converter was sawed off in the middle of the night while parked in the lot. Neither occurrence seemed important enough for the team to help us with, but oh well. I just hope future residents have a better experience.Overall its expensive for what you get, and the gym equipment is always broken. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Going on my 4th year living here at camden has exceeded my expectations. Tori Jessica and Rob in the office took their time to accommodate for me with my moving situation. Without their work to accommodate my moving situation i really would have been in a bind, the staff will go above and beyond for you and it really makes you feel like they care and thats worth it in my opinion. Aside from that all four years Ive lived here Ive had friendly Neighbors and no bad experiences. Highly recommend this community to anybody looking for a new place to live in Raleigh.-michael

I noticed Camden Manor Park as it was first being built. When I was ready to move into an apartment, it was the second place that I visited. I found out that the leasing consultant happened to be a friend of a friend, and she made me feel comfortable immediately. I didn’t need to look any further – it seemed like it was meant to be. And I’ve now been here for about 10 years!I’ve seen lots of changes during my time at Camden Manor Park. However, the office staff has consistently been friendly and helpful, while the maintenance team has always been immediately responsive for the few times that I’ve needed something. The buildings and amenities are still in great shape – including renovations to the gyms and community center. The new dog park that just opened this week is really neat and should be lots of fun for my neighbors and their furry friends!The location is great. I appreciate that it is so close to Crabtree Valley Mall, and I can get on the major highways in just a couple of minutes to go anywhere in the Triangle. I also enjoy that Camden Manor Park has access to the Greenway trails for walking, running, or biking. The neighborhood feels safe – although ordinary things like car break-ins have happened on occasion – and I’ve never been concerned to walk around, even very late at night. Events such as game night and food trucks that come in every now and then are a great way to get a quick bite to eat after work, meet other people, and build a sense of community.In the past few years, Camden Manor Park has started to upgrade all of its apartments. I’m considering whether to renew my lease, and I was excited to see the new features that I can look forward to if I move to a new apartment or upgrade my existing place. While the rent had been very stable for the first few years – even going down at one point (!) – it has crept up over time and even had one or two big jumps. I’ve been okay with the increases to this point because I understand that this money has been going to newly added conveniences (valet waste and technology package) as well as the aforementioned renovations and upgrades.It would be silly to expect perfection from any apartment complex. There will be issues at any place that you choose to make your home. But Camden promises “Living Excellence” to its residents, and they do very well to follow through on their commitment.
