The ac at the location I’m renting went off for 2 days and the landlord company sent one of their incompetent technician he never found what was the problem however after complaining for second time and letting them know this has to be fix today since is going to be 2 days they sent the request to reliable home solutions and I can tell my experience was impressive the technician that it was sent to my home was knowledgeable and found the solution and remembering his words after I asked him do you think this would be fix today he said that he got itHe found the problem really quick didn’t took him long hours he was such a great personThanks god for this company !
Technician arrived without a mask, short circuited our new thermostat, almost short circuited a second new thermostat, and the issue was occurring again within two weeks. Not a great experience or one I’d recommend.
Our old unit finally died. It wasnt worth the repair and parts. A new unit was the better financial choice. Reliable switched out the old unit and got us up and running within a days time. Being cold inside is only good in the summer months...not February. Thanks for getting the job done.
We have been highly satisfied with Reliable and have recommended them to others. They installed the HVAC units in our home as we were building and have regularly serviced the units since that time. Service questions and requests have gotten quick responses (thanks Beth!). Technicians are always prompt, courteous and careful to follow COVID guidelines. Well be sticking with Reliable for our HVAC needs.

Unfortunately have not had a very good experience with this company. They were referred to us through our landlord company, Progress Residential. They came out, stated that their was a gap that was causing heat from attic to get into ventilation, and then they complained that my filters needed to be replaced (they were only 45 days old), and that was probably causing the majority of my problem. Still sweating over here. I think we’re lower then we were yesterday by a degree. The technician called me to tell me that he did think their was a refrigerant leak, and that he would patch that and then it would be good to go. Well, it’s still not cooling and I never got a call back to say he finished. So I called the company, spoke with someone at the office who said she would get ahold of the technician and call me right back. Two hours later...
Fix Ceiling Fan ProblemAnthony was great. He was timely and efficient and completely fixed my ceiling fan problem. This was not easy as I have 20 Foot ceiling and he had to take down two rods and place a new one up.I would Highly Recommend!!!
