First time calling on Delta Heating & Cooling, but definitely going to use their services again!The phone representative was very pleasant, efficient in getting my information, and surprised me when letting me know that a technician would be out to troubleshoot one of our A/C systems that afternoon!30 minutes before the beginning of the time window the technician was scheduled to show, I received a text message letting me know he was on the way along with a photo of him, name, etc. He pulled up in front of our home right on time.Sean was awesome from beginning to end! He patiently let me explain what was happening, what Id done in the preceding hours, and quickly verified the symptoms and addressed the issue. He also answered lots of questions along the way. Thanks, Sean!I was so impressed from beginning to end that I told Sean right before he left that I was going to sign up for their annual maintenance plan the next day. A neighbor recommended Delta to us after another costly repair was needed to our original, inefficient heat pump system. We could not be happier with the service Delta provided! We had several companies give estimates for our HVAC replacement. Michael from Delta was the most thorough, taking time to answer all of our questions and make recommendations. Delta quoted us several thousand dollars less for a comparable system, compared to the big name companies in the area. While this was not the least expensive quote we received, it was the best value for the type of system we needed. While we waited for our new until to be installed, they even fixed our old unit for free so we could stay comfortable. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and thorough. Another big stress relief during this crazy COVID time was that every employee who came to our home was already in a mask: no awkward “can you please wear a mask” conversation needed. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Delta Heating & Cooling from start to finish. Every appointment was on time and was met with courteous, knowledgeable professionalism. The installation team were efficient and polite and took every measure to ensure drop cloths were in place where ever required. Our installation was done on a Monday, and at no cost, our old system was charged sufficiently with Freon gas on Friday to carry us through the hot weekend. We will certainly appoint Delta later this year to replace our down stairs A/C Heater unit.

The Delta service man attended to our semi-annual service at the time requested. Due to the precautions that we took and asked Delta to adhere to, the service was performed exactly as we asked. Service was performed with a mask and gloves and our recovery after he left was easily done and was limited to wiping down our attic access ladder hand rail. Delta has always been very reliable and professional in their interactions with us.

After getting quotes from numerous HVAC companies, we ended up getting a new furnace & A/C system with Delta. Their install was a bit more expensive, but was well worth it for the added product quality and customer service.Michael came out to look at our old system and give me a quote. He knew a ton about heating and cooling, and shared a lot of info with us which helped us to better understand what we were buying and what the differences between the products was. We asked a ton of questions and he answered them all patiently and thoroughly. Im new to the area and was referred to Delta Heating & Cooling. Travis Lynch showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what was wrong with the air conditioning system and what needed to be repaired after inspecting all the various parts. Its a job that requires an additional visit (parts need to be ordered), but I was very pleased with this initial visit. Its never fun to have your AC out but Im happy with the responsiveness of the company (Travis was at my house the same day I called in the problem), and the easy explanations for me, the customer.

Truly excellent service. Michael spent well over an hour talking us through all of the options when our HVAC died last week. He is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he is doing. They brought us personal space heaters in the meantime until our appointment to get the heat fixed, which kept our house at a comfortable temperature. They spent around 12hrs on the day of the installation and at the end of the day Michael stayed to make sure our thermostats were set up and that we knew how to use them. Michael and his crew installed two ductless units in an addition we had built on to our home a few years ago. We had consulted with him back then, but went another direction with our decision and regretted it ever since. We called 6 companies when we discovered a ductwork issue under our home and needed an HVAC replacement. I contacted Delta on recommendation from a family friend who said they repaired an HVAC issue that two other companies could not figure out.Delta was the fastest response time in both returning our initial call and setting an appointment with us. Then they completed the HVAC in a single day on 4th day after we decided to purchase through them. Notable because it was the middle of summer and we did expect some delay.Michael did the estimate and was incredibly helpful in explaining the process and why he was recommending what he was.He made no attempts to upsell us or give us a salesman pitch, and explained how he was taking our house size into consideration with what he was recommending. An independent energy audit has since been performed on our house and that man confirmed that everything he told us was accurate and also commented that the ductwork install looked like it was performed very well. I had no idea that could make a difference until Michael explained how they can optimize energy use even with the ductwork layout.Deltas quote came in the lowest, with a comparable or superior parts and labor warranty to the other companies we contacted. The two men, Kade and Darryl, who replaced the unit were professional, quick, and left absolutely no trace that they had been here once the job was done. They called when they were on the way in the morning and arrived within that window.I dont think anyone particularly enjoys large unexpected expenses, but we were very comfortable with the process and experience through Delta at every contact point- office, sales, and install. We never felt pressured or condescended to during the entire process. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the company to any family or friend.

When our homes AC went out on a hot summer day Delta provided quick service (45 mins from time of call to at our home) after 5pm. The tech, Travis, was friendly and quickly identified the issue and had the correct replacement part from his service van installed within half an hour. Very reasonable pricing for the immediate fix. The service was so good we switched to them for our preventative maintenance going forward.

Within 2 hrs of calling the repair man was at our house reviewing our system. He quickly found the issue and had the part to make the repair. He gave us the price upfront, which we really liked. The installation of our new HVAC unit was completed today. Thus far, working with Delta has been a great experience. Michael was actively involved in overseeing the install to be sure it went smoothly from start to finish. He was very friendly and answered all questions comprehensively. The installation folks were also polite, seemed knowledgeable, and left our house and property clean and neat.Buying a new HVAC system is a big deal and I feel good about how it went. I would feel very comfortable recommending Delta.

We received outstanding service by Delta Heating and Cooling, when they replaced our heating and air conditioning system. They were efficient, did the job in 2 days,, and cleaned up completely when they finished. A few months later, the circuit breaker tripped off, but they came within a few hours to fix it. They replaced it soon as well. The only problem is that our house is often Hot upstairs and Cold downstairs - often 10 degrees difference! It was never like that with our previous system, and I do not think it is normal for there to be so much difference.I HAVE been keeping our air conditioner on circulate, which was Deltas only recommendation to me.  However there is still an average of 9 degrees difference in temperatures upstairs and downstairs.  The ductwork we have now is the same one we had with our previous air conditioner, and there was only a 4 degrees difference with it - which is more reasonable than 9 lr 10 degrees.  It is frustrating to have spent money on a new system that is not as efficient as our older one.Their first visit after they installed our system was in early spring 2018, so we had not gone through a summer.   Temperatures arent as contrasting in winter.  But this large difference in temp. has continued throughout this summer.

I always have Delta come out to replace what HVAC work was damaged for my clients because the work is always performed on-time and perfectly. They know how to respect homes and leave the work site clean.

Our house is 14 years old and the HVAC system had been giving us intermittent problems during the two or so years we had owned this house. We had a couple of repairs done during those couple of years but it was quite apparent that what was needed was a new system.I spoke with three firms and decided on Delta Heating & Cooling. Everything I was told when I received my quote was exactly how the install went. The guys were great. They worked for two days (12 hour days) two get the two systems installed and running perfectly.The install went very well. Had regularly scheduled inspection; Fred took the extra time to answer all of my naive questions with clear thorough explanations. Not once did he seem rushed to leave.

Our machine was over 20 years old and requiring Freon every year or 2. Michael politely explained that this type of Freon would no longer be manufactured after this year and the price of refills would only go higher. He helped guide us to a decision we knew had to be made. We decided to get a new Trane and couldnt be happier with our decision. Jhon and Kade did a fantastic job of the installation and the system works perfectly. No one wants to get a new system and its always at a bad time but the people at Delta made it painless and were very helpful and friendly.

EXCELLENT service from start to finish.Our heat went out Wednesday and I was able to book an appt for the next day. The person who booked my appt even took the time to call me when there were any cancellations. Two cancellations later my time moved from evening to the morning.The technician Michael arrived on time and was informative and very polite. All costs were presented to me upfront. He explained what was needing to be replaced and why. Honesty I never have experienced this level of great service with this industry.Great job Delta. You have a great team and I would recommend to all.
