Pedro came out on a Saturday (why do all major failures happen after 5pm on Friday?) after our upstairs A/C stopped working. Within minutes he had diagnosed and replaced a faulty condenser. The regular weekend tech was not available, so Pedro came on his day off. With temp index of 105 today, cant thank ATC enough for their fast response, as our bedroom had gotten up to 85 degrees! Love these guys!
All trade installed and is doing maintenance for my new AC/heating system. Every time I call for maintenance after installation they have an excuse for not performing the work. Last time they were supposed to rebalance my zoning they pretended to do something for a few minutes mentioned the filter needed replacing and the tech walked away without going anything or even saying he was leaving. If you have options run away from ATC.
Called the office to inform them of an issue with my a/c unit they installed. They immediately scheduled a same day service. Patrick (the technician) called 30 min before he came, figured out the issue immediately and fixed everything. Both the office person who answered the initial call and Patrick the technician were extremely helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions. Patrick really seems to love his job, I cannot recommend them enough.
We have some major issues going on with All Trade Contractors. I am going to post something to the extent of our issues later but I want to give them a chance to fix their mistakes. Why I gave one star is the product was not sufficient to my home and is not doing the job. They went down rather than going up (recommended) on my unit ton. Now I am waiting for the owner to take ownership and fix this with a 4 ton unit and a dehumidifier. Or a unit that works well so you dont need a dehumidifier, such as a variable speed and zoning. Our home HVAC issues are major, far too major to list and of what is happening which can make you physically sick. I will come back and let people know if they have fixed the issue. If they have not, I will let people know the extent of the issues.
My parents had a new until installed by All Trade Contractors, aka ATC. The total unit cost was over 4k. After months of issues the finally came back out and said they were setting the thermostat too low and that is was freezing (on a new unit). We set the thermostat to the suggested number of 76. The house did not cool and staggered at 80 degrees. I called and spoke to many people and was told the owner Briget said the unit is to code. I had a new company who did a full exception and was told the duct work and HVAC was faulty and they ran many test. Basically a botched job. Horrible! I am now looking further into my parents getting the unit replaced and small claims.
ATC replaced a 13 year old R22 gas package unit that was out of refrigerant due to a leak. Their price was very fair and they beat all the other quotes we got from other contractors. They did not up sell us on anything we did not need. Would highly recommend them for system replacements. We are in the process of selling our home and did not want to invest in variable speed, 2 stage, or high SEER equipment. ATC provided us with quotes for 14 SEER Package units and even came out on a Saturday to do the install.

Great experience! They installed two outside compressors and a gas furnace. They were honest, reliable, professional and saved me a lot of money over other contractors who were trying to oversell me on items I didn’t need. The owner was honest and thorough in explaining my options.

Aaron came to my house today to do the preventative maintenance checkups on our air conditioning units. He was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. I would tell anyone looking for a recommendation, he’s your guy!!
We have service done on our HVAC unit(s) in the past as well as had a air filtration system installed in our garage to decrease smoke accumulation (guests are allowed to smoke out there). We also had a ac/heat wall-unit installed in the garage. Every time weve needed a service call, responsiveness as well as parts-availability has been outstanding. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable
I have a maintenance plan with them after I bought my house. After the first year I kept the plan going. They are really easy to work with and I like the peace of mind.
Angel serviced our A/C on Monday. The tool he used broke one of the wires, and we didnt realize the A/C was not working until Friday morning. I called the company and left a voicemail at 7:35 am, my call was returned in less than 5 minutes and Angel was here to fix the problem 45 minutes later. He was honest about the problem and fixed it quickly, good service deserves 5 stars.
I called these folks 3 weeks ago to do a number of things in my house (natural gas conversion, HVAC duct work and more). I took the day off work to be there when they came. I was told I would have a quote in a couple days. After a week of not hearing anything, I called to find out they were still working on it. I called 3 times to find out the quote status and was strung along. I can’t wait around any longer. Now I have to take another day off work and let more people walk through my house to get a quote. Not dependable to give me a quote.
I had no heat and called All Trade off my Valpak coupon. They were fast and the tech was very nice. They got me up and running the same day. I even saved $95 off the bill.I will use them again.
All Trade was the contractor that installed my heating and air unit. The unit is seven years old and I have had to call them three different time to service the unit. The last time I call which was today 5/12/2014 the owner Bridgett was very difficult. Customer service is not that important to her as she seems unwilling to listen nor understand the customer view point. Please be aware that 30-days is 30 days to this company. IF your repair fails you will be expected to pay for the same service again until THEY get it right. I now understand their level of commitment to their customers and work so I choose to use someone else. GOOD LUCK Bridgett and no I will not continue to pay you to get it right....

If I could give this company a zero I would! I have tried to not post a review in the hopes that they would get it fixed, but that is not the case. For over 5 weeks they have been unable to fix our ONE year old air conditioner, and the problem was a simple motor fan that needed to be replaced. The company sent a technician out that was unqualified and he created additional problems that their best technician still can not fix. They have made 7 trips to our house, which means 7 times we have had to take off from work. We have not had cool air for weeks at a time while yet another part was being ordered. Each time they install another part it works at best for 24 hours, we tell them it is not working, they send their technician, he tells us all if fine. We actually had to pay for a 2nd opinion from a qualified company (Call BOER BROTHERS!), and learn a ton about HVACs so we could speak their language so they would stop lying to us about it being fine. The only reason we are using this company is because we have a Drees new home and Drees is using ATC to install the HVACs so we are under warranty since still in our first year. As a small business owner myself, it is clear this company either doesnt care about their customer service or they are unqualified. There is no other explanation. In my opinion when we call and say it is still broken they should get a technician to our house immediately, yet we get put on the schedule again. This is beyond awful at this point....and the 5 week period is July and August, not a good time to be without cool air in the house with humans and pets.
Most of us wait until our furnace/air systems stop working, Then we want immediate service or replacement. Alltrade has never failed us, we have dealt with them for many years and they are fast to respond, professional and fair priced.We have referred them to friends and they also were very satisfied. Dont depend on these guys, I hired them two weeks ago and they keep making excuses as to why they cant do the job promptly. The owner told me yesterday they have other customers. I guess my money isnt good enough. I have another plumber starting tomorrow,
Great service and priced very fair
I would have to say my experience with all trade was pretty awful too. After setting an apt for AC service today between the hours of 8 and 12, they didnt show up till 12:45. Though you would think a 4 hour window of opportunity is plenty of time, but noooo, not for All Trade Contactors. Did I mention they never bothered to call to say they were running extremely late?. So after spending half of my only day off this week waiting for them to show up, with no apologies mentioned for their tardiness, they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for what turned out to be someone coming out and running a hose over my outdoor AC fan. If thats what AC service is, I now declare myself a certified HVAC contractor. Would anyone like to pay me to ruin your day and charge you outrageous amounts of money for doing nothing? Just email me, or Call All Trade Contractors. They have a lot more experience at doing nothing and getting paid for it than I do.,
