I use Fowler and Son at 2 of my multi family properties whenever I need help installing appliances or tracking down leaks. They have always been very punctual and knowledgeable every time.

Great local company! We have used Fowler and Sons for our business and home hvac needs for the past 3.5 years. They are responsive, professional and genuinely kind people in the field and office. They recently assisted us in relocating our walk in cooler and freezer and did it the same day we called. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians is why we will continue to call on Fowler and Sons for our hvac and refrigeration needs.

Very pleased with this company. My AC went out yesterday and I thought, because of its age, I would need a new unit.They showed up when they were expected and the technician went right to work diagnosing the HVAC problem. Turns out it just needed a condenser fan motor. Other companies sent sales people but Fowler sent someone ready to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

Fast, friendly and reasonable rates! And on a Sunday! Tim Fowler was very knowledgeable and polite. Got our AC working quickly! Will definitely call him again if needs arise. Exceeded all my expectations!

They advertise they are open 24 hours. I called them at 1:30am one evening and the dispatcher connected me to repair man. He told me he was to tired and that he would not help me. He was very rude when he said it to and told me he was mad because I bothered him In The evening when he was asleep. I was so confused I was like so sorry but isn’t this your Job. Don’t advertise you are open 24 hours if you are to tired and grumpy at that time. I was told I believe her name was Rhonda Fowler would contact me in this issue but I heard nothing Back from them. Was very awkward when repair man got mad at me for that. He needs a new job or daytime hours.

We got Bobby Fowlers number from another contractor we had used in the past. This evening our house was at 85 degrees when we called Fowler and Sons. Got super lucky - they were here in less than an hour on a Friday night! They solved the problem quickly. Would highly recommend using them if you have HVAC issues. Awesome service!

Fowler and Sons came out on a Saturday night to fix our HVAC, promptly responding to our call. They worked quickly to resolve the problem and were exceedingly kind and accommodating. Id recommend them to anyone.

The price is very expensive, one people job, send us two people, my freezer, after repaired become cooler, two people play at here, need me pay money. terrible.

$85 an hour for travel time. Thats stupid! I could see doing this if you have to travel outside a reasonable area, but we are located in Raleigh. Plus a truck charge of $25, these people are delusional.

Fast, Friendly, Knowledgably, & Reasonable. I called and spoke with Tim Fowler at 5:30pm to explain our AC wasnt cooling properly & my wife isnt happy. I was hoping they could fit us in the next day. One hour later Tim is at my home, diagnosis the problem, has the replacement part on his truck and by 7:30pm we have cool air blowing and my wife is happy! No attempt to up sale additional services or products. We found Tim to be knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and was extremely reasonable on the service charge. All I can say is WOW, best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I definitely recommend Fowler & Sons if you need HVAC work done. I trust them and they will be my first choice for future HVAC needs.

They cost our restaurant money. They are rude, incompetent, and cause damage of which they dont bother to rectify. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
