Some of the best tint work Ive had done. I had them install a brow on my Super Duty and it looks amazing. I dont think Ill ever go back to my old tint guy after seeing the quality and service these guys offer!

I had a scheduled appointment for Saturday 7/21 weeks in advance. I was going to have Tint Tech do a paint protective film on my vette rocker panels. However, my car is having some warranty repairs done and wouldn’t be ready by Saturday. I called Tint Tech on Friday to confirm my appointment and notify them about my car, and that I would instead get my windows tinted on my Jeep. The Rep I spoke with asked me to arrive early, since he was the only one doing window tint on Saturdays. I arrived early around 9:20 and waited until 10:15 and nobody arrived. I called a few times and I finally received a call from a Tint Tech Rep, saying I had been taking off the schedule since he thought I had cancelled. The Rep did offer to do the tint but wanted me to wait until 11. Since I had been there waiting since 9:20 and wanted me to wait another 45 minutes, I decided not to wait.They have done tint work on two of my other vehicles, and did awesome work and was treated with the utmost respect. Not sure what happen since the last time I did business with them. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on both of us. However, they are still one of the best shops in Lubbock and do quality work.

Extremely respectful group of people and very easy to work with. Had my truck done extremely quick and did a wonderful job. I will be back to have my truck wrapped with PPF before to long. Thanks for the great service Tint Tech.

2nd time Ive used Tint Tech! Back in 2016 and this week. Both times were due to my vehicle failing inspection for window tint. Bummer! Took to Tint Tech and all is good. Had a 10am Monday morning appointment, and less than an hour n a half I was outta there! Will not hesitate to use again!

Tint Tech does business the right way by caring about each and every customer. The owner tries to be hands-on with the initial vehicle assessment/estimate, and he is honest about if he can or cant deliver on the customers expected deadline. I appreciated that, and I adjusted accordingly, planning for a longer timeframe without my car - a 2011 Jaguar XJ which needed the transparent paint protection film applied. The quality of the work was exceptional, communication was great, and the owner was even accommodating when I asked for a lift after dropping it off and picking it up since I was relatively close to the shops location. All-in-all, it was a good experience.

I had so many scratches on my drivers side window that I couldnt see out if the sun was shining on that side of the car. A truly dangerous situation!Tint Tech buffed out the scratches, and now its as clear as it was when I first bought the car! True professionals! Great job at a great price!

They kept my appointment time and moved other vehicles out to get me in... It took about 10 mins two get all the details ordered up. I added a windshield. It was a cold and cloudy day. Was told that after three weeks dose not work it self out to go back. It took 3 days! I wanted to give them a 4.5 only because pricing was a little high. BUT I got what I paid for and then some. Going back for some additional work.

I had a situation and stopped by here to see if they could help me out. The lady upfront explained it to a guy in the back and even though they were busy they were able to work me in. All of the techs worked on my vehicle and got me out fast. I was extremely pleased with how well this business handles thier customers. Start to finish they were professional, explained everything and answered my questions. They have earned my business.

Amazing quality and customer service. The front desk attendant was very helpful at educating me on the different tint materials and which one would be best for my vehicle. I did leave my car there and they notified me when to pick up. Would recommend to family and friends.

These guys were awesome. They did an amazing job on my 14 charger. I dropped it off went to the movies and got it back the same day. It’s now a day and a half later and all the bubbles are gone already. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with all my questions. I will refer them to all of my friends.

Stoped in for a quote. Found them cheaper than my normal place. He also sounded more knowledgeable and seemed like he enjoyed talking with me more than my normal guy. I enjoyed the short visit. The office was clean and had interesting items on the wall. I recomend this place and suggest you at least stop by for a quote. I like to find one place to do business with and stick with it but I have to say Im pleased I decided to shop around today.

Showed up 10 mins after open, waited 10 mins at the front desk to even not even see anyone but a man on the side of the building who was on the phone. Much too busy to even bother to say “I’ll be right with you”. I was ignored. Customer service 0 out of 10. Anytime you call the store you’re also greeted with “Tint Tech” and nothing else, no name, no friendly response or anything.
