I highly recommend Blinson. We needed to get quite a bit of work done and we are pleased with the result.Rick was very professional in his approach and explained his recommendation well. Archie and his crew did the installation and they did a great job. They recognized and took care of past issues at no additional cost. While I chose them primarily due to Ricks sales approach, I should mention they were cost competitive with other companies that also have good reputations.

Blinson are the nicest, most competent, and most fair-minded Ive had fix my AC. I had both my office and home AC stop working last month, Blinson fixed both locations fast, at a very reasonable price, no problem! Their office staff was very attentive, took the time to understand what I needed, and made it happen, giving me regular updates. The tech found exactly what needed to be done, was efficient and super professional, a real pleasure. Most importantly, they made my wife very happy, after the first company I called kind of arrogantly said the units were beyond repair. I highly recommend Blinson.

Just had two new systems installed.. they were very professional and very thorough. During the quoting and selection process I spoke to many providers and found Blinson to be the most honest, accurate, and professional of them all. Was not the least expensive, however the integrity and non-pushy sales, and professionalism earned them the business and Extremely happy they did.

We just had our furnace a/c and duct work replaced upstairs and down.Blinsons folks did a great job. everyone was very professional and courteous and efficient. rick, who i work with from the start, represented the company very well. i could tell he and the Blinson company are just as concerned about the customers satisfaction as obtaining the business. they may not have been the least expensive however, rick did everything he said and more and in the end it was worth it. i would recommend them to friends and neighbors. good job guys.

Not bad for strip mall Italian food

Our 12 yr. old central AC unit recently failed and we decided on Trane based upon Consumer Reports reviews. We picked Blinson as they are the closest dealer to where we live. It turned out to be a very wise choice. They completed the installation in about three days from when we contacted them which was great as we had to leave town a couple days later. The installation was very professional and thoroughly done. They completely inspected the tubing in the crawl space and installed higher capacity wiring from the fuse box on the opposite side of the house. Blinson also got us great financing which let us buy a higher efficiency system then we normally could have afforded. Every aspect of the installation is first class and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new AC.

I always have great service with the Blinson service company. The owner is great to work with.The office manager is perhaps your first line contact and she isterrific. I know that Erica keeps her area running smoothly and is terrific at customer service and if the customers are happy then everyone is happy. Thank you Erica for all that you do. I have to admit I was pretty upset when my new unit failed rather quickly yet at the same time, Blinson has been pretty diligent when it comes to explaining the issue at hand and troubleshooting the issue. I will say that everyone Ive talked to has been very courteous and expedited the troubleshooting process to their fullest. Its a manufacturer defect that turned out to be far more complicated than anticipated. Though companies are accountable for the manufacturers they choose, things like this happen. I feel theyve stepped up in getting this resolved. I would recommend them as a company, very professiona & such great people working there..

If you need HVAC service BLINSON IS WHO YOU WANT!!! This company is FANTASTIC. Every aspect of this company is run beautifully, from the people that answer the phone to the service techs to the owner, all amazing. We had our entire unit replaced as well as all the duct work, every register, and the thermostat; the work was phenomenal. 3 years after the install, the unit starting acting up (this was no fault of Blinson it was a faulty capacitor from Trane). The way Blinson handled the problem was amazing. The woman that took my call (Cheryl), the service tech that came out (Rick, i think) were all fantastic. It was an odd/rare problem so the Owner (Tony Blinson) came out to ensure everything was handled properly. Tony Blinson clearly takes pride in his company and works diligently to ensure all customers are happy. I strongly recommend Blinson to anyone needing HVAC service, they do phenomenal work but most importantly they stand behind their work.

They recently installed a Trane Heatpump to replace my old upstairsunit. They are a well organized, great company to work with and did excellent work at a reasonable price.

I have been a customer of Blinson services and Im just about to replace my HVAC system and also install a bunch of extras. I have had many successes with Blinson Service Company, the first being about 6 years ago when they serviced my condos HVAC. (The service man placed a sticker with the Blinsons name and phone number on the HVAC outdoor unit and on the thermostat) and that was the best thing he could have done. I would never have remembered the name of the company when I needed assistance the next time. Since the first visit to my condo, they have serviced an ancient HVAC in my new-to-me home and serviced my mothers home. I have never had a reason to speak poorly of Blinsons service. They are professional, kind, knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge in an understandable way with their customer.Today, I am making my final preparations to hire Blinson for a major overhaul of my HVAC in my house (the ancient one finally kicked the bucket) and thought I would go online and check reviews. Well, since there were no negative reviews, that gave me some confidence but I thought too bad there were no customer reviews yet ... so now you have one.I have my fingers crossed that all will go well with the install and I will do my darndest to get back on here and tell everyone how everything went. I can tell you now though, that the man who cam out to estimate the work was above and beyond thorough with teaching me and with coming up with appropriate options.So far, so good. Were starting the install on Thursday. Who knows, by Thursday night, maybe Ill be cool again! It is almost July, after all.Update: install was fantastic. No complaints. Solid company.

One word terrible, was a customer of company they purchased and they were awful to deal with, the old company charged me a yearly service contract and they refused to honor it.

Will charge you $125 as a trip charge just to come out to Fuquay, since they are based in Raleigh. Bad way to do business.
