I was in a rush to have the AC/heat pump repaired on a home for sale, and they worked to fit me in and have just been super kind and helpful. They were able to fix the problem quickly and the repair guy was very nice. I would recommend them!!

Took care of me from quote to build, and the system kept me cool through the record heat this summer and cut my heating bill by alot. Very satisfied.

Our fan was continually running; we had to throw the breaker. Bill trouble shot the problem to a short in the fan control board. He was able to work around the problem by jumper if around it. After he left the heat pump started to ‘short cycle’ . Again I threw the breaker to protect the system. Bill came back and troubleshot the problem and decided everything was ok and the only left had to be the thermostat. I bought and installed a new thermostat and so far everything is good. Thanks

The fit and finish reminded me of the care that goes into commercial HVAC systems. Shawn, the owner, was the person that quoted the job for us. As I suspected, the installed units were undersized to serves our heating and air conditioning needs. The system, Trane, has been fantastic. Weve had the temp set at 70, and the house feels better than it ever has.

The service I received was either dishonest, incompetent, or both. My furnace was not heating my home properly. The technician opened the front of my furnace, jiggled a few wires and told me it was temporarily fixed but I needed to replace my furnace to avoid future problems. I repeatedly asked what was wrong with the furnace and how he repaired it but he would not give me a straight answer, repeating that I needed to purchase a replacement furnace. After he left, the furnace was still not heating the house properly. Later on, I went in the house crawlspace and found out sever of the ducts had become disconnected from individual heat vents. Upon reconnecting them, my house warmed up properly. The puke technician just wanted to make a big commission by talking me into purchasing a new furnace. Ill never use Serenity Air again and I recommend the same for others...stay away from this rip-off outfit! UPDATE: The owner of Serenity Air contacted me shortly after posting this review. He was very apologetic and seemed genuinely interested in the details of my experience with his company. He refunded the payment for services and my impression was that he was going to follow up to improve how they provide services. I appreciated his efforts and responsiveness. Great service all around from the scheduler Meg, to Luke the technician. Answered all my questions, offered good advice, and gave a great discounted rate to pay for 3 years of service in advance. I liked this idea to help me not forget the next couple service. I would recommend Serenity Air for electric heat pump and gas furnace services.

I was able to schedule an appointment just a couple days after I called. The technician arrived promptly and let me know what he was doing and how the system was. My system had suddenly went out back in November and we used space heaters for winter/early spring and then fans for spring/summer. The tech was able to pinpoint the cause, fix it and it has worked wonderfully since I had it done on my birthday. Best way to celebrate--it only cost me hundreds instead of thousands like a replacement system would have. I have only used this company 1 time but signed up to be a return customer and would recommend them without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Serenity Air to anyone looking for new air conditioning and/or heating system. Their salesman Drew was very informative and laid out all the options and priced several packages based on what I wanted not what he wanted to sale me.The installation crew was great as well. installation pricing was scheduled for two days, however Serenity sent 6 installers and finished the job in one day. Installation was top notch!Drew followed up a few weeks after install to make sure we were satisfied with the install and answer any questions we had. This was a great touch as you don’t hear from most companies after the jobs complete and they have your money.

We recently had a new furnace and heat pump installed by Serenity Air. From the initial scheduling to the install everything went very smoothly. The installation itself hit a snag when one of the components for the outdoor unit was bad and the factory wanted to take 3 weeks to ship out a new component, however the folks at Serenity air flat out told them that wasnt acceptable (I was standing there when the tech made the call to the factory). While the factory said there was no way to send the part any faster, these guys started thinking on their feet. They ended up taking the bad part from another unit in their warehouse and replacing it the next day that we were available and got the unit up and running. Additionally, since we had chosen to finance the unit, Serenity Air pushed out the billing so that it wouldnt even start until we had a working unit and were completely satisfied with how it was working. It says a lot when a company is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that every part of the customers experience with them is positive, including the rare issues that come up. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a professional company that actually cares about their customers and stands behind their product!

I checked google and yelp and they had a great rating, so I felt good about the appointment. Tech was supposed to call and confirm time frame. Tech never called and was not here by initial time. I had to call and ask when/ if tech would get here. Tech finally shows up and does inspection. Says I need replacement of AC and Furnace. He was very nice and well explained. I paid the fees and was told Id receive a call back from the office in a day or two at most, for someone to come out and measure for quotes. Its been over 2 weeks and I havent heard from them since. Would give 0 stars if I could. No wonder they had availability next day, they dont really care about their customers. Disappointed

Luke was professional and explain in details what was done. The only reason I didnt give a five star was that we got rescheduled last minute and then one hour late arriving on the new schedule. However once the tech is here he was quick and I hope thorough (I didnt go up there ebut he explained what he did).That being said, Id use them again Id just allow extra time in my day.

Awesome Heating & Air Business in Puyallup after taking multiple bids from other competitors Serenity Air for a New Furnace. Where to begin? Aaah Yes I had a Trane XR 80 Furnace that lasted 17 plus years. Unbelievable on how long it lasted without any maintenance issues till this past winter. I had to do a maintenance call during a cold snap, Uggg I called around got a Contractor who did the basic snow job repair kinda of thing. So we started to venture out looking for a Furnace Replacement we knew it would be a big investment and wanted the best we could afford.Serenity Air popped up in one of my searches. I read up on their Company see what they were all about. Look out other Furnace Companies this company is like Old School, Down Home & Family oriented company in my town who brings it. After getting many bids we chose this company.Sales / Estimator Drew and Side Kick Tyler (New To There Team) came to our home did their thing, gave us multiple options for us to choose from based on our needs. Drew gave well in detailed explanation of each particular Furnace models based on our size of our home. I learned a lot from Drew on Furnaces that day lol. I told Drew I would get back to them.After several days we chose Serenity Air. Drew is also a Trainer for his company, too see his passion for his company & the knowledge of Trane Product like Heck Yeah...Plus guiding Tyler and explaining things I knew I had the right Furnace Company for the job.On Installation day installer Joe and Side Kick Tyler showed up to install our new Trane XV80 AWESOME FURNACE by the way. Joe & Tyler did a fantastic job in removing old furnace & installing new furnace. Joe also showed his training skills too in instructions & guidance. Tyler jumped at the chance to assist Joe in our Furnace installation so he could be well round in knowledge working for the Company he loves to work for.The Furnace works beautifully super quiet no issues knock on wood, plus got the Trane Effects Air Cleaner another great product. I just had my Mechanical Inspection done today plus follow from Drew & Tyler. Follow up what’s that right, another reason to go with Serenity Air making sure the customer is happy with their services and gives you that aaah ha moment on more instructions on your new furnace. Plus a Free Maintenance visit to use during the first 12 months. Dats Old School if I was 20 years younger I would love to work for this Company. Hadnt serviced my furnace since I got it 8 years ago and it was starting to have some issues with it starting (as well as the bonus of it sounding like a jet engine every time it started). Serenity Air was suggested by a friend so I gave them a call. Luke came out and was prompt, knowledgeable, and able to stop all the issues we were having. I HIGHLY recommend this company! I got a Trane XV18 heat pump, Trane XC80 furnace with a Clean effects air filter, and a Trane XL1050 thermostat installed in ONE DAY! They are very efficient and quick to answer any questions. Drew, the comfort specialist, is very down to earth and willing to answer any question at any time. The air quality already feels great in our house.

They did a great job. They worked for over 9 hrs. to install the furnace and came back the next day for more work. They then can again a week later to be sure that all was working correctly. Great job!

He is very knowledgeable and provided plenty of information regarding the products and services they provide. In the end they had a competitive quote with appealing payment terms and we chose Serenity. We purchased new a/c, a new furnace and an air cleaner. The installation crew were all extremely nice and respectful. They did a great job with the installation and we couldnt be happier. The install guys did a fantastic job! They cleaned up afterwards and made my house look very clean like they were never there! That is very important to me! They have a new employee Benjamin that will be a great addition to the Serenity Team! I highly suggest this company for all your HVAC needs!

This company is top notch. They are knowledgeable, experienced, punctual, hard working, professional and their workmanship is second to none. Call them 1st, dont waste your time anywhere else if you need it done right the first time.They installed a ductless heat pump in my home. Took about a week from the evaluation/quote till work began. They were completely finished with the install inside of 4 days. Incredible. The system works flawlessly and its matched to my home perfectly. Couldnt be more satisfied with the whole experience.

Had excellent service from Serenity Air. Next day service, on time. The service representative name was Luke. Luke saw the problem and fixed it. Luke was good at explaining the problem. He was knowledgeable, and polite. Would use them in the future.

Our furnace quit in December, so we needed to find someone to fix it or replace it fast. Serenity was able to send someone the next day who checked out the issue and gave us a quote for repair. The price was lower than we expected, the technician was great to work with and we were very happy with the experience.
