The technician spent so much time explaining all of our options with us and making sure we were comfortable with our decision. The onsite team who installed our new furnace and who did all the duct work were extremely clean and professional! Great service and the prices are the best We highly recommend the entire team.

They were outstanding communicating when they would arrive and upfront with pricing. That meant a lot to me when other contractors make you feel anxious about what the cost will end up being. They let me know when they were on their way and were on time. They fixed the unit and had us up and running quickly and efficiently. They let us know what they did. I have a service contract with Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning and they come to test the AC/heater every few months and change out the filter. Lewis is always punctual, knows the equipment and services, in fact they called me to ask if he could be here two hours earlier than our appointment! Cant endorse him highly enough. They are the best!!
