We had a central air installed four years ago by another company. The problem is that upstairs is not getting cool. They figured out that our return air system was way to small for the house. They spent almost two days repairing and updating. We can already feel a difference. A great transaction.

Expert Air Control dispatched Jesse to talk to me about what options I would have. After deciding on which option, Expert Air Control ordered the equipment. The day of installation, (Juan and Matt), the installation team was on time, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Juan, the lead installer was amazing in manufacturing the sheet metal parts. Even the mechanical inspector said the the sheet metal work was amazing. The Service Technician (Cory), was also very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Cory connected, checked, and made sure everything was working properly and efficiently. The overall experience working with Expert Air Control, was OUTSTANDING, and the installers/Technician was head and shoulders above others that I have dealt with in the past.

Jesses visit was very educational, pointing out key elements to look @ in assessing HVAC systems. SEER, HSPF & temp range were all critical in making the decision. Jesses quote included all available rebates & discounts & was the best value for money. The rest of the team were also exceptional! Our furnace stopped heating our home and the fan kept blowing cold air non-stop. We called Expert Air Control on a Friday and their customer service was able to fit me in on Monday. I was very grateful!Kevin arrived early and jumped right t in. Apparently Kevin was already familiar with our home since he performed an inspection 2 years before we bought the house. Kevin diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue pretty quickly and we have heat again! He shared his concerns that had been communicated to the previous owners who did not address them.We are planning to resolve those issues through Expert in a follow on visit. Highly recommended!

Expert Air just finished installing my Navien NPE180A tankless water heater. Was given an install start window between 8 and 9 AM . 2 Techs promptly on site at 8:30. Meticulous install. All piping runs neat clean and arranged to allow for 2 other piping projects in process. Thorough clean up. Even cleaned part of the garage that was dirty when they arrived!! Jesse thought to recommended a UPS back up in case of power outage. Electrician placed the new outlet exactly where I could reach it and use the UPS if needed.

I had a good experience with them. I did not engage a contract, but I will use them when Im ready.

They always do a great job with our yearly service calls. Tech let me know that we could use a 2 filter rather than a 1 filter and get better air quality. After our most recent service our AC stopped working. I called the office and they were able to get another tech out later that day to get it fixed! Love working with them!!

The service was excellent and very helpful. My problem was getting the service appointment. I called once and the call was never returned. Then with the second call a serviceman was sent to the wrong address. Finally, after more than a month all is well.

Cory came out to give us a bid on getting AC installed. He showed up on time, was very thorough and so very kind. He explained options that we had and went through what the process of installation would be like. I didnt feel pressured to purchase any extra items that werent necessarily required. He also offered a few different quotes with different options which was extremely helpful! Also, the office staff is AMAZING. They actually answer the phone and have a great understanding and knowledge of the business.

I was really happy how he went about looking into the issue instead of doing what 3 other companies that came out press on a button and said all is $10,000 for all new unit without even looking into the problem first and just to take your money. I originally was considering a replacement heat pump and furnace when Jesse came out and after looking at my situation suggested having a tech come and and diagnose it instead. We purchase a new Lennox gas furnace and had it installed along with a new Lennox iComfort E30 thermostat. The furnace is so quiet I wish wed done this years ago. The thermostat is way smarter than me buy pretty easy to set up. We also got the PureAir filter system. That should help with all the dust I seem to bring in. Were happy with what they suggested and had installed.

I had Expert Air control install a split system in our new home. There was a leak in two units. Kevin was sent out, he quickly found the problem corrected it and then checked the other units. Shannon took care of our fried TV without a hassle. This company has the kind of customer service that is rare to find these days. Id give them 6 stars if I could.

Had a problem with my furnace that I needed repaired. Jason ran through my options with me and showed me mathematically how much better off I would be with a new system. The cost of fixing my older one just didn’t make sense compared with the efficiency of these new systems and the warranty. They came when they said they would and finished up faster than expected. The new Lennox gas furnace is a beast blowing nice hot air and warms up my house much faster and both my gas and electric meter spin slower while in use and my lights no longer flicker and dim when the heat kicks on. My house was 52 degrees when they started and within a half hour of them turning in the new furnace my whole house was a toasty 70 degrees. It took an hour just to go from 65 to 70 degrees with my old system. They say you get what you pay for but I think I got ahead on this one. Should have done this much sooner.

I really recommend expert air. They are kind, reasonable, and professional. Installed quick. Im happy as can be now that I have a bigger working heat pump.

We were thinking adding a Heat Pump to our existing Gas furnace as a dual fuel system so we called Expert Air Control. The advisor Jesse Kelpszas took a look at our Gas furnace and told us we already have a high efficiency gas furnace system, he would not recommend us to add a Heat Pump even with an efficiency one. He even showed us some tips how to run our gas furnace better. I would highly recommend Jesse and Expert Air Control for their honesty, integrity and professionalism based on my experience dealing with them.

Our furnace wouldnt heat up past 62 degrees. After calling several other heating and air conditioning companies which gave me the run around I called Expert Air Control late in the day. I explained that my wife was very sick and that I was in my late 60s and we needed our furnace fixed as soon as possible. Their service person went out the way to find a service tech to come to my house. Wes arrived and immediately identified the issue with my 28 year old furnace. He had it up and running like it was brand new within a half hour. I expected a huge repair bill or even worst being told I needed a new furnace which is not good news for anyone living on retirement benefits. We have used this customer for several years and the one technician that had come out the first few times (Wes) was fantastic, we then paid thousands of dollars to have a heat pump installed, which sometime after this they had merged. I had set up a maintenance agreement which I signed on a I-Pad to have our heat pump, furnace and gas fireplace inspected every 6 months, never happened. I called and they promised this would happen, never did. I then scheduled another appointment and they ended up being 2 hours later than I was told. Then we decided to make 1 more attempt only because of Wes being fantastic, then we ended up getting another technician when we specifically asked for Wes. It just seems the communication has gone down hill drastically.We will be looking for another service provider going forward.Thank you Wes for the wonderful service prior to us having the heat pump installed.

Called on weekend heater wasn’t working didn’t want to pay emergency price was told they awould call me back on Monday, didn’t when I called them back was told cost to show up informed them what was wrong was told that I didn’t know what I was talking about and their tech would check and that they stock all parts on truck. Tech showed up late spent one minute checking problem agreed it was bad blower motor, they would have to order then spent two minutes on phone to check on part from distribution center informed me it would be $760 some dollars for new motor. Informed tech I could get motor on line for $230 told me there was no way and that there was way more to fixing, long story short was $230 dollars and less than thirty minutes to fix. Plus the service fee that expert air charged just to show up. $108 dollars wasted. Call some one else or go online repair was so easy my ten year old son could have done it.

It started for us when Jesse showed up and gave us a quote to install a system. His quote impressed us, as well as the fellow that was doing a home inspection for us. It didnt stop there, because on more than one occasion I had questions for Jesse and texted him. He responded, even though he wasnt sure who I was. This continued until and after my wife and I agreed to purchase the Lennox Air Conditioner and Air Cleaner System from Expert Air Control. I had very positive conversations with Toby in the shop. Juan and Daniel did an excellent installation job and cleaned everything up when they were finished. After the installation were responsible for getting an inspection. The voice response system used by our City is poor at best. Allison at Expert Air Control said she could schedule an inspection for us online and then sent us an email with all of the information. Everyone that my wife and I have worked with at Expert Air Control has been awesome to deal with. Thank you all for a great job.

Went through home depot for my furnace. These guys are awesome. Fast and efficient. My electric Bill went from 400-600 every other month to 150 every other month.I must have had a electrical leak somewhere from the old furnace put in by affordable heating and air. Dont ever use affordable heating from Spanaway Washington. I found out they have to get permits from the state to do the work. Then it needs to be inspected by the state afterwards. Affordable did neither .if my house had burned down my insurance would have denied the claim because no permits. Dont get tricked into cheap repairs.You get what you pay for. I will return to expert air for all my needs.

Kevin came and fixed our furnace control within minutes. Took the time to hard wire the thermostat so it would run the furnace 24/7 without using battery power. Told me an alternative way to pipe the intake and exhaust from our tankless water heater.

My furnace just stopped working, I called them on Moday afternoon and they were able to get someone at my house first thing Wednesday morning. He did a quick check to see what he thought it might have been and gave me a recommendation to service my furnace and said that he thought a part went out and that was a fairly easy fix. He was able to get a technician out here within a few hours and have it fixed. They were so professional. I always get concerned when I have people come out to my house for quotes when my husband isnt home because I feel like there are people that will take advantage and try to upsell me or charge too much. They did not do that at all! The technician that fixed it even wanted to show me the broken piece. So glad I went with this company because I feel like they took such great care of us.
