I had BlueLine out to take a look at my failing heat pump. I called three companies to come out and they were able to come out a week earlier than all the other companies. They diagnosed correctly (verified by other estimates) and gave me a no BS recommendation. I had another tech come out and they promised they could fix it without doing a replacement, and although I was skeptical, I gave them the opportunity to try since it would save me a bundle. They came out once, them said they forgot a tool after tinkering around, then ghosted me (ignored calls, hung up on my if they accidentally answered, never returned calls/texts). I panicked as I didnt want a baby coming home in a home without reliable heat in the winter time. I called BlueLine back and they squeezed me in to replace my outdoor heat pump and the in-line evaporator coils in my garage. We went into labor the day before they were coming, so I called and notified them that I wasnt going to be there, and it would be our friend babysitting our toddler, and they assured me they would get it taken care of for me. Our babysitter told us they were polite, quiet, and fast, only needing to come inside twice to access the thermostat, and did so in masks. We werent able to get home until late that day so I asked my father-in-law if he could go and meet them and they were nice enough to wait for him and give him the rundown on the whole system and gave him all the literature for us. I was able to bring my newborn home to a climate controlled house that evening. Anxiety gone. They saved me a LOT of money, didnt try and upsell me for something I didnt need or wouldnt provide a return on my investment, and showed up when they said they would. They were awesome, and cleaned everything up nicely, and were very professional. As somebody who works in construction and deals with subcontractors, I can tell you that these guys will be called whenever I need their services, and I wont waste time with the other guys.

I had blueline HVAC install a complete home heating and venting system. New heat pump, new electric heater secondary, new ducts and vents for my 1930 house . The service was completed behind scheduled, but that is normal and should be expected from contractors. The problems started with the heat pump, the pump was making a hard clunk sound whenever the heat pump turned on, I questioned the noises and the install crew stated it was normal. After moving into the house we started having to call blueline HVAC to come fix the problems. 1)no access pan for a air filter. 2)the insulation from the attic started blowing throu the second floor ceiling vents, it took 8 months to come complete what took the technician 15 minutes to repair. 3)I called in for the first maintenance to the heat pump the service tech ( not involved in original installation ) stated the heat pump was operating out of normal ranges, and that should install a hard start modulator to protect the system. I agree for him to order the part and install it. I did not hear anything from blueline HVAC to install the part . then 3 months later the heat pump stopped working, the technician came back and stated the parts are under warranty but the labor would cost $1600, I agree it took a month for parts to arrive, After the in repair was completed I thought the problems were over . 3 three week stopped working again, the technician came back made a repair for free, now a month later the heat pump stopped working again. I called it in again and Blueline stated it is out of warranty, .

This company is top notch., Michael the owner, and his technicians I dealt with are all professional, courteous and knowledgeable! AC was installed last summer. Installed as quoted - clean up was perfect too. Most recently, I had questions regarding my furnace not igniting; I received prompt replies on a Saturday and a visit/ inspection the following Monday. I’m sold on Blueline HVAC. You have earned my return business and referrals to my neighbors, friends, and family. Thank you!

I love working with Michael and his team at BlueLine. They are very professional, punctual and do great work. I have worked with a lot of HVAC companies in the past that cut corners or did hack jobs, but I have been very impressed with BlueLines commitment to quality and value. I will be using them again.

Was suppose to give me a call before coming to do furnace maintenance that was scheduled between 12pm-2pm. Never called I was home from 11:30pm-2:00pm eventually I called in and they claimed their tech was at the house at 11:47pm which is odd since I was home in my living room and nothing....? I took time off work and sat around for 2 hours waiting for no reason. Do not recommend.

Every one of the people working at Blue Line HVAC are wonderful to work with. They are all very trustworthy as well. If you need a furnace, a new thermostat, and a/c unit, you will be very happy with the quality of the work, the quality of the equipment, and the pricing. We had to replace our 27 year old a/c and furnace. While the cost was not small, we know that the pricing was very fair, the equipment is excellent quality, the work was accomplished quickly, they cleaned up before they left, they arrived on time. Before Dale left helped close all The windows, checked the heat and a/c out put, made certain that I knew exactly how to register the equipment We highly recommend Blue Line HVAC

We called Blue Line when we woke up and realized our heat was not working. They sent someone over quickly and assessed the problem and ordered the needed part. A few hours later another service tech came out and replaced the broken part. Very easy to work with! We were very happy with the service we received.

They installed the system efficiently at the price quoted. This is a 2 interior unit ductless mini split system. I will have to wait for cold weather to see how the Daikin system performs. I am happy with BluLine’s performance.

I just want to thank Blue Line HVAC for their service of fixing my HVAC furnace and AC Unit. My HVAC system kept blowing the Control Fuse and couldnt get the Unit to Heat or Cool. Becca was able to get me an appointment and Maxwell the Technician came out to troubleshoot the problem. Maxwell found that the Control Wiring to the AC Unit was chewed by an Animal and caused a short, causing the Control Fuse to blow. Maxwell also found that the Contactor on the AC Unit was burned out and replaced the Contractor. Maxwell was very friendly, courteous and professional and found the problem very quickly. Thanks again, Maxwell for getting my HVAC System up and running!! and Thank you Becca for getting my appointment scheduled.

I was presented with several options and decided on the optimal system for my residence, with a very competitive price. Blue Line had Lennox furnaces which were compatible with my Lennox heat pump. Very responsive in communications and professional in installation. They also recommended an electrician to upgrade my panel to accomodate the electric backup furnace. Definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service and now a lying response a year later, wow? I closed on a home this company serviced for the seller slapping on their sticker to the HVAC system and pointing out the basics of not even washing out an electronic filter is by far negligent of the basics in HVAC maintanence. So, my call to this company was to come back and finish the job and I would never use them...I guess your response is correct, I did not have to pay for a service you neglected to do for the seller of the home I purchased, nor was it requested for me to do so.

Got a quote. Wanted to sell me what they called a “mid-level” system. Turns out it’s a bottom of the barrel system. If I can’t trust somebody to be honest, I’m not going to be very happy.EDIT:Apparently the business has accused me of being a “fake customer” and they’ve never had any contact. Which is surprising since they were in my home. Dismissing a potential customer concern is not the greatest tactic and makes me even more happy that I chose to do business with someone else. Honesty is important.

Paid owner Micheal Rayborn almost 15k for a new Daikin VRV heat pump system in Oct 2018 after his visit, quote, and design for my house. I also paid for a wireless smartphone app controls and a American Standard air filtration system, I have not received a working app unit yet and the air filtration isn’t working as intended with the VRV system. The Daikin VRV Unit was dented when arrived unpackaged out of their van. Unit cooling has never ever worked! Dustin the installer was out to “fix” it several times. Daikin also sent a rep out after two months of hellish waiting and al he said was a ducting issue. Well after new ducting it isn’t the issue and it’s now almost May and my cooling isn’t working still. I’ve requested customer service numbers for Daikin and the wholesale house where the unit was purchased and I have been denied any information on the equipment that I paid in full for. This has been such a depressing experience for my whole family. Why does BlueLine think it’s ok to drag this out for over 6 months? I have not received what I paid for in full 6 months ago.Resolution required: come install a new VRV unit that is unpacked in front of me to insure it’s not a used damage unit and figure out the issues with the current unit on your own time because I paid full price for a working unit... I only want what I paid for. How hard is it really?

Quoted 2500 to install a furnace for my home and gave him the measurements. I explained that I ordered a heater and it was too big. and that I would have to cut out the back wall and it would interfere with other. He brought over the same make and the same length but width was different. Still cut out the back wall crudely and now it sucks air from under neath the house. We were changing from electric to propane and had the tank outside and showed him where it was and didnt connect the hose to the tank. He was to connect two rooms to this and only did one. Was told he would return and finish up later so I paid him. He never came back. I reported this to the Atty Gen of Washington and will probably take it to court and since I had to do work on it, I will ask for more than I paid him. I was told by one of his workers that he got in trouble for tax issues. Funny, there is no tax added on my bill. I asked Mike about the heater as it didnt fit. He said, oh, the one you wanted is twice as much and I would have to charge you more. This is supposed to be a 60k btu heater and it takes longer to heat than the electric did. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS CROOK
